The worst Haircut experience ever! Alice was on her phone the whole time and I mentioned how I wanted to keep my hair long she said she couldn’t do it for the hairstyle I wanted I trusted her but asked to keep it long even if it didn’t go with my style she laughed and started cutting. She completely ignored what I asked for. She ruined my summer and it’s gonna take years to grow back, she cut off 11 inches . So unprofessional and destroyed my confidence.

We went to the Hair Palace on a Saturday and Alice and her team were able to get us in. She did and amazing trim on my daughter and I. It was just what I needed to freshen up my hair. Letty was also able to correct my daughters grown out hair. I recommend these ladies 110%

Not sure about the service, I stopped by for an eyebrow wax. Was told immediately that I may want to come back, they were about to go to lunch and it's 11:31am. Oh and did I mention, one was doing the others hair. SMH I told the two girls that I only needed an eyebrow wax they told me that the person that has the machine for cards was not here. Lol I'm like WOW.
