Employees were nice but this place was incredibly overpriced, and my haircut was awful my hair was left uneven and partially uncut. Don't come here unless you want an overpriced hackjob haircut!

The service was excellent, the girls were super sweet very professional and did a fantastic job! I was super pleased, and will be planning to use this establishment in the future. I had a difficult hair color very stubborn to get out and they spent the extra time and effort to change it back to my natural color with 3 different washes and several hours. They cared more for my hair than I really did and were just as excited as I was for the end result. I would highly recommend!

Horrible, mi mamá pidió un corte específico y hicieron lo que se les antojó. Y a mi, la primera vez que yo los visité dejaron mi cabello chueco. Y aún así intenté regresar. Después de la primera mala experiencia fui 3 veces en días distintos para tratar de cortar mi cabello, hasta hice una cita y el día de la cita la chica llegó tarde y tuve que irme, los otros días nunca me atendieron.

I used to like coming here until I have been told twice to come in for scheduled appointments and show up and the person I'm assigned to can't take me because 1. They started another cut with someone else 2. They were not aware they were scheduled with me 3. The previous appointment is running 30 mins behind. This is so uncalled for. If you tell me to be there in 15- 20 minutes I expect someone to be able to do my hair when I show up. Ludicrous and unprofessional. I cannot give 5 stars because of this.

I walked in and asked when the could take me, they said they could take me in 30 minutes. I waited an hour then they told me they couldn't take me. Said they thought I had an appointment!

I just happened to be eating next door and noticed them. I went in told them what I wanted and made the appointment. Now I've had really bad luck with hairdressers so I was really nervous. I got there was greeted right away had to wait about 10 minutes not a big deal at all. Cynthia gave me a consultation and looked at my really damaged hair. Now mind you I haven't had my hair done in over 5 years so it was really bad with all the box coloring I had used. I wanted to go more silver gray and so that's what we were going for. Anywho she foiled wrapped my hair and was extremely careful not to burn it. I spent 6 hours having my hair done and it came out beautiful. When I asked when I should come back in I was told in about a month but if my hair was as damaged as it was this time they would not do it. I really felt good about the honestly . Yeah she could have said no prob just to make a buck but didn't. Yes she had other clients there when working on me but never ignored me. Another girl cut my hair and it came out beautiful and even what I spent I thought a fair price for the time it took. I would recommend them to anyone. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you ladies you made my day. !!!

I booked my appt 2 days in advance, showed up 5 minutes early. I was told my haircutter had been messaged but had not shown up. There were 4 employees there, only 1 was with a customer, another was telling her a loud dramatic story. Another was on her phone. I waited 20 minutes, nobody said a word to me so I left. I guess they don't need the money, lol

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! I walked in to book a blowout - the lady that worked there ran to the business next door. She told me they were closed Friday but the manger would come in at 1 to do my hair. Day Of I called her to confirm the time - this is the manager mind you. She said she was there- we drove across town in Black Friday traffic Only to find The shop was locked up and closed. I phoned she said she would let me in She never came to the door and hung up on me repeatedly when I phoned back over 8 times. What a waste of my time !!!!!!!!!!! No way to run business I was perfectly happy with Saturday appointment- she made a big deal of opening Friday for me What a joke

Lacks professionalism and I will say it 100 more times. The place does not look well kept, was a little dirty. I have never been to a salon where sandals were allowed to be worn or spaghetti straps, that is just my observation. It may be more laid back than the bigger, more professional salons. My stylist could not speak English very well, which is not a problem at all; however, I asked her to cut my hair short, she gave me medium hair. I asked to style with just product to bounce my curls. She did not understand and proceeded to curl my already curly hair. Total was $65.00. Way, way, way, over priced. I should have made the drive to Mastercuts at Park Place Mall (been going there for over 9 years and had never had a problem) where I could have got my hair done how I want, eyebrows done, and walked out with product for the same price. Based on how the owner responds to her reviews, she seems to not care and is very unprofessional. You can see, what seems like, she is putting up a fight in the response reviews as well. You got a negative review, how about working with the customers instead of against them to better your shop. If you are looking for professional work/atmosphere then this is not the place for you. Sorry.

Was there almost 2 months ago never been there thought to try it out. Wanted to get a dark root to silver I was already kind of blonde, I told the lady if my hair was too damaged then it’s ok we didn’t have to do that color but she continued to do my hair. While I was sitting with the bleach she took customers and was on her phone chatting I was finally like we should rinse this out and she did i looked and saw a huge clump of hair that she tried to hide from me but I kept quiet because that can happen when bleaching, she cut 4 inches off and it’s so butchered not even at all. I complained that it didn’t look good at all and it didn’t. I was literally green! Had to tone 3 times and still wasn’t right I had to tell her what to do and I started crying. And she blamed my crying over the fact that my grandpa passed away. She said I can go back to get it fixed but hell no!!!! I will not go their again at all!!!!!!! Horrible service. You should never help other customers when you have a patient with chemicals in their hair!

I recently visited this place after not going for many years because of a previous bad experience with Erica who is still there. Anyway, I was a walk-in and my daughters got a simple haircut. Erica cut the older one's hair and had no issues. The younger one was cut by an older lady who did not speak English and gave the poor girl an uneven haircut. Anyway, for two haircuts it was $35. Both Erica and the older lady insisted on shampooing the hair. For $35 I could have gone next door and had all three of our toes painted. This was the worse thing of all...the worse was the owner, Cynthia Rodriguez, talking to another employee about all the "negative Yelp reviews." HAHAHAHA. And here I am, Yelping away. As a professional, you should take your complaints about negative Yelps to the back room where there are NO clients. I grew up in cosmetology thanks to my mother who owned a number of upscale salons before her transition to higher education. The one thing I learned was that if it is a place in a strip mall and it's empty, there is a reason why. The next thing I learned was that if you walk in and see box colored looking bleach blond hair, turn around and walk away. Although I had a horrible experience prior (when they were still on Ajo Way) I do believe in second chances but not here. Next time, I'll just drive to the other haircut place in the strip mall.
