Kelli is impeccable at hair , she will forever be my hair stylist, whether she wants to or not 🤣 She has high standards and high quality services, and did the impossible on my hair. I’ve been happy in the past with Kelly but my last visit with her was anything but. I paid 290 (plus a tip) to be shuffled around by stylist just out of school and was barely seen by Kelly herself. Not only that, my hair looks awful, my money piece is not blended well at all and the color on the rest of my hair was applied terribly and has old highlights coming through, I had my hair done 2 weeks ago so this should not be happening. Now, I am having to pay another stylist to fix this mess on my head. Kelly needs to stop overbooking herself and pay attention to the clients that are paying to see her.

Brionna Glasper did an AMAZING job on my cut,color, eyebrows and style. I have had traumatic experiences with my hair and she made me comfortable by explaining everything she was doing and why. She is fresh out of school and on her way to big things

I had my haircut here a few months ago and I was very satisfied with it. I called to set up another appointment and they told me they needed a card on file. They didn't need one last time, and I asked about it, they said now they had a full team it was always a rule but now they were enforcing the rule. So I think whatever card on file happens. So I give them my card number in my name, but that's not all that they need they also need my ZIP code, expiration date, and security code. In other words complete access to make purchases with my card. This makes me incredibly uncomfortable. This was over the phone I had no confirmation who I was speaking to. Phone numbers can easily be spoofed. And all of this to set up a haircut appointment. Not even anything special literally just a trim. And again this was not necessary my first time visiting. This seems like a bit much and they have definitely lost my business.

Absolutely butchered my mother's hair on a simple cut. She spent over $100 to get it fixed at another salon, although it's kind of impossible to fix/reattach the 8-10 extra inches of hair she lost. My mom is the nicest lady and left this place sobbing.

Boiling on the website was about as easy as it gets. You’re always welcome with a smile when you check in and you get to sit back in some comfy chairs and listen to some good music and some good people cutting up. Also, love sharing stories with the owner about how it used to be “The Caterie”! Simple, comfy, nostalgic, cool people and great service!

Literally love this place! Amazing and welcoming atmosphere that doesn’t feel overwhelming. As someone with terrible social anxiety I feel super relaxed and at home here! My stylist, Patsy, is amazing and always has me leaving the salon feeling beautiful every time! The Hair Show is a salon full of top notch, talented stylists who are friendly and knowledgeable! My hair WAS long and curly (almost waist length). I told Patsy? to cut it to mid back length in the pony and save it so I could donate it, cut and style with long layers that started about shoulder length. First she cut it just The ponytail off a few inches below my shoulder. OK shorter than I asked for but dealable. I mentioned it, and told her layer it long with the front around my shoulder because the curls will spring up. She started in the back where i couldn't see how she was cutting it , next thing I know, I've got a shoulder length reverse bob with layers starting about 4 inches long at the top of my head in the back and ending above my shoulder. As soon as I noticed I stopped her. My hair was butchered. Her coworker took over and tried to do what he could, but there was no recovery for 10 inches of hair. I left crying looking like carrot top. Thank god Paris Parker had an opening and was able to salvage it into a decent style but it will take a year or more to grow back to the length and style it was supposed to be.

They said they couldn't find my online reservation made the week before. Thank goodness I took a screen shot to prove it. They didn't seem to be very concerned that their system mysteriously loses bookings. The gal I had booked was doing some expensive looking foils. Just sayin. So I had to be "worked in" by some other hair stylist, 45 minutes later. They acted as if they were doing me a favor. I was not impressed with the quality of the haircut I received. It's not even on both sides. I guess she was in a hurry. And way over priced. I could have done better at Costcutters. At least they know how to do an undercut.

Went in and took way too long for a a haircut and also cutoff way too much on the top than what I asked for. Also they wet my cloths after being in a shampoo station for my hair.

I usually do a complete shave bald all around and beard trim my self. But I decided to let someone do it since I didn’t bring my own stuff. Got cut on my lip then my neck and then left side of head. Then trim on beard uneven. Never again. Then they still charged me full price. SMH . Something so easy ended up horribly wrong. Now I’m back home trying to fix this myself.

If the treatment doesn’t work and you want a warranty or your money back, don’t come here. I went on Friday for a keratin treatment b3. I paid over $350 for a color b3, keratin and a haircut. The hair color is great. However, the keratin didn’t work. I was told by the stylist (Stacy) that I should leave the treatment in my hair for 72 hours which I did. Then she mentioned that I would have to come back to get my hair washed with a sodium-chloride free shampoo, I bought the shampoo that she told me to use and I washed it at home. The treatment did not work. I had to work until 10pm last night so of course I couldn’t go to the salon. My husband called the salon and asked for a refund because we literally wasted our money. And what the stylist said was “I didn’t do anything wrong, if the treatment didn’t work that’s on her” we asked her for a refund for the service and told her to charge us for the product that she used. And she said that she can’t because she’s not the owner. I just want to go somewhere else and get my hair done right but of course I’m not going to pay another $350 that I already paid!! Then we asked for the policies and they said that they didnt have policies, so I paid for something that didn’t work and didn’t get my hair fixed or my money back If a client is not happy with the results the provider needs to fix it or refund.
