Carlos is great! This was my first time coming to Societé and i'll definitely will be back. I was greeted at the door by Carlos and right away I was offered a drink on the house I enjoyed the full service and the amazing conversation I made with him while he provided phenomenal work! Great location with great surrounding restaurants! I already booked by second haircut here!

Jessica is the best!!! She’s super sweet and fun to talk to, and always makes my hair look amazing! She’s great with asking about style preferences and always cuts my hair exactly how I ask :)

Jessica is THE BEST! She just did my teenage sons hair today for the 2nd time. He likes to change his style often. She always gives him exactly what he wants! Would recommend 100%

I had the most amazing salon experience with Danji. I came in looking for a big change. I wanted to be able to express myself with my hairstyle & Danji was able to completely transform my look with his magic. He was extremely through & walked me through the entire cut, allowing me to fully understand where my hair would be laying, and how it would now form it’s shape. He had beautiful techniques that were able to create this beautiful cut. The consultation and conversation had before even cutting made me feel confident that Danji knew what I was asking for & how to deliver it, it was clear he was a master stylist. 🤌🏼 This is by far the most beautiful cut I’ve ever had, and I had the best salon experience yet. 😊😁

I am not one to write reviews however this was the worst haircut of my life. And I cut my own bangs in middle school. Went in asking for a simple cut - cut the dead ends and layer to frame my face - when the session wrapped the stylist spun me around and I said "it doesn't look even or correct" to which the stylist responded "it's probably just the way your hair lays." Hm. So I felt gaslit thinking I didn't know my own hair but hey, I'm not the professional. By the time I walked the 2 blocks home my hair was showing the true style. Uneven, chopped, and horribly done. So I called and expressed my concern and scheduled a follow up to get it fixed with a new stylist the following Monday at 2pm. Show up on Monday at 145pm and the doors are locked. Get a call from the owner saying the stylist isn't coming and I should've gotten a phone call. Then the backup stylist arrives from lunch around 230pm, takes a look at my hair, and says "yes, you should have NEVER been allowed to leave the salon like this, it's VERY UNEVEN and it's not done well at all I am so sorry." The stylist even pointed out several SECTIONS the first stylist missed - literally let me walk around looking like a fool. Unfortunately, as sweet as the second stylist was, my hair and bangs are still noticeably uneven. To the point people ask "is supposed to be that way." I then had to hop on a plane and present to a room full of hundreds of people feeling the most insecure I've felt in a very long time. I wish more than anything I would have had the same experience as others, but I will never come back to this salon.

I love coming here, everyone is so fun, nice, and welcoming! Matt has been my regular hair stylist for a couple years now, and I wouldn't have anyone else do my hair. It's super-super thin, and he knows exactly how to cut and style it, and he's just fun and upbeat and asks good questions about how I prefer my hair, while also offering good suggestions. I recently had Matt do an updo for my wedding, and their new makeup artist Annalisa did my makeup. As expected, everything was outstanding...I drank prosecco while Matt wove my hair extensions into a half up/down masterpiece, and then Annalisa made my skin glowy and flawless with the perfect amount of makeup. She was also great at asking good questions and adjusting my makeup based on my feedback. I highly recommend as a one-stop shop to get glammed up ...and also just regular haircuts!

Jessica cut my hair and dld an amazing job - it’s rare that I love my bangs day 1 of getting a hair cut but she gave me exactly what I wanted- will definitely be coming back! (And also so happy to finally find a hairstylist that is able to do perms!)

Sky at The Hair Societe salon is an artist! I have been wanting extensions for a really long time and took the plunge. I saw how amazing her work was and let her have some creative freedom. We colored a row pink and she hand tied hair tinsel in my hair. I have my barbie dream hair it looks and feels natural. No one can tell I have extensions and I'm over the moon! It was worth every penny!

The salon is beautiful, very clean inside and lots of natural light. My daughter and I both got haircuts by Sky and my daughter also got fun hair tinsel or “fairy hair”. Sky was really great with my daughter, she’s friendly and easy-going. She was also very professional and accommodating. We enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be back!

After struggling to find a barber a friend suggested I go see Danji at The Hair Societe. Danji did a great job giving me the exact cut and style I was looking for and took extra time and care explaining what products to use and how to style my hair on my own. The benefits of a professional stylist became very clear and I will certainly be continuing to use him from now on. The salon was also a great environment as a whole!

I don’t know how Sky did it, I have the most beautiful hair now. Sky is a color and cut master she is the most talented hair stylist I have ever been to. I can’t leave the house without getting a compliment. She made me feel practically famous for my hair. She is the only person my sister has been to that can CUT COLOR and STYLE without wanting to make any changes. This woman is not a hairstylist she’s a hair artist. I am thoroughly impressed to say the least.

I’ve been seeing Sky for bang trims and blow outs for a little bit now, and she’s been more than fantastic. So, after having a few traumatic experiences at other salons I have been scared to let someone color my hair, but Sky made me feel so comfortable and safe I was ready to bite the bullet. She was very knowledgeable and honest with me when it came down to what was possible and what wasn’t with my hair. And the end result is TO *DYE* FOR. I’m obsessed and I feel so confident. I haven’t felt this great about my hair in quite some time. Not only did she accomplish a color, that I didn’t even dream of being in the realm of possibility, she gave my hair back some life. I felt beautiful for the first time in a while. Sky is literally a magician when it comes to hair! I keep getting compliments on it, and catch myself stopping to look at myself in store windows and mirrors! The color is stunning. I cannot wait to come back again. If you get a chance to book with her. 10000000% do it.

I had an appointment with Matt today at 3:30pm for a blowout. I arrived at 3:25pm, was greeted with a bottle of water and was told he’d be with me soon. He had another client he was working with, and he was the only hair stylist (employee) in the salon. At 3:45pm, he still hadn’t started my hair (or acknowledged how much longer it would even take before he could begin our appointment) for my scheduled appointment. When I went up to ask about ETA, he told me he was running behind and is the only person in the salon and would start my hair soon. He then asked if I remember him telling me all of this when I walked in. So rude - there was no apology or setting any expectation of how much longer I should reasonably expect to wait. I sat back down - giving him the benefit of the doubt that it wouldn’t be much longer. At 4pm (30 minutes after my scheduled appointment!), he still wasn’t done working on his other client’s hair, so I let him know I was leaving. I was no longer confidant Matt would start our hair appointment soon and did not want to risk being late or missing my scheduled plans for the evening. So I left. Had I not gone up, he wouldn’t (and didn’t) notify me of updates or acknowledge how much time had passed from when my scheduled appointment was supposed to start (which was 30 minutes and counting from the start of my scheduled appointment of me sitting on the couch waiting before I left). Also, if he knew he was running late, he could have called to let me know and give me the option to reschedule. So disappointing and disrespectful of my time! The Appointment Cancellation Policy for the salon states that “if a person is 15 minutes late for their appointment, you may not be able to have your service on that day. We appreciate everyone doing their part to make sure we are respecting each other’s time.” If that policy exists for the client to honor the hair stylist’s time, I would only assume the same respect would be shown back to the client. Really unfortunate. I definitely will not be going back or recommend the salon.

I have been going to Taylour Buford Johnson for about 5 years now . She has colored my hair and helped keep it healthy through out the process. My hair is now waist length because of the proper hair care I have received from her ! I have Type 4 hair and at times it’s hard to handle on my own so she always makes sure that I receive my deep conditioning treatments as well as trims to help maintain my healthy hair. Hands down the best at Rita b salon. No one else will ever touch my hair unless it’s taylour! Just being honest 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was able to get my hair done at Rita b's today! Had never been in before and it was such an amazing atmosphere. All of the stylists were so nice and welcoming and everyone who came in seemed so happy with their services too. Sky did an amazing job on my hair especially for how particular I am about it. Had highlights put in and a cut with a blow out. I'm so excited to come back again 🖤

It's hard to find a salon that does African American Hair, even less of a chance to find a Hair stylist like Taylour Johnson. Taylour is great at keeping my hair healthy and giving me hip hop cultural fades . I highly recommend Rita be Salon in Denver area.
