Came in for a simple hair cut with Cassie! What a treat has been, Cassie is very sweet and gentle, very knowledgeable and make you feel beautiful right away. I express what I wanted and she deliver beyond my expectations. She also took time to give advice how to handle my type of hair and took time to answers all my question, something that you don’t get much nowadays. Just moved into the area and I found my hair girl. Thank you, will definitely be back.

I made an appointment online for first available for a cut and partial highlights. Upon arrival, I was talking to the hairstylist about the type of cut I wanted and she said she can do a light trim or soften the the look but she doesn't do complex haircuts. I was so confused. So when I was sitting under the heat lamp , I looked at my confirmation and it said that I had one appointment for color and another appointment for cut with someone else. When I showed her that, she said that I did not have an appointment for a hair cut at all. She found someone who had time to do a haircut but it literally was a 15 min cut. Nothing special. The gals did their best to accommodate me but in all honesty, I was extremely disappointed. The cut is fine. The color I'm not crazy about. It kind of looks green and I specifically said I don't do ash. But I was told by three different people at the salon that this scheduling mix up is not the first time it's happened. So why keep the option open on the website? When you work hard for your money, being a single mother, and find time to pamper yourself, and it falls short of your expectations, it's just a major bummer.

Owners, please train your cashiers to understand how to do split transactions. First, I want to say that Bailey did an amazing job of cutting my hair. However, when I went to pay, that's when the issue happened. I wanted to give the stylist a tip, but all I had was a $50 bill. So, I asked the cashier to put $40 in cash toward the cut, give me the $10 back so I could tip Bailey, and to put the remaining $25 on my card. The cashier gave me the $10 in cash, but rang my $40 in cash as credit. Then, she still charged me another $25 on my card as debit. When I pointed out she did it wrong, the cashier said, "Oh, that's just how it looks on our end." So I left. When I got to my car, I checked my account, and saw that the entire $65 charge had been charged to my card, plus, she still had my extra $40 that I gave her in cash. I went back into the salon, showed her that she had charged both the $25 and $40 to my card, and asked for my $40 in cash back. She gave me the cash back, and apologized. Owners, train your people how to do split transactions. And if they don't know how, they shouldn't lie and say they do.

Went to a young hairstylist. I got the right lengths for layers I wanted but it took *multiple* requests to get there. Overall, okay haircut I can live with. It certainly doesn't look like any of 5 photo samples I showed her. She seemed to be in a hurry at the end, kept looking at the watch. Considering it was Saturday and she had asked for an earlier time (I rescheduled it for her), I think I was the last person. Will probably go back here again but would try a more experienced stylist.

10/29 Autumn was so sweet to talk to & have me exactly what I asked for when cutting my hair. I went from long to short. I'll be back for color! $65 11/12 Autumn was again, so sweet to work with. She did my hair color nicely & fast. I was able to get rid of the red & black box dye I had had on my head. I'll be back in Jan for partial highlights! $120 1/08 Autumn is always amazing to work with. This was my first time getting highlights done & I love them. I also got little wispy bangs for the first time, which I also enjoy. I'll be back next month for the same appointment! $215

I still need an actual haircut. I left one stylist after she threw a temper tantrum on my hair when I said I was thinking about moving, and the next one only cut off the overgrown back. I went back to the second stylist again to get the front balanced, since the first stylist cut one side quite differently from the other, and the second stylist only cut the back, and I got the bare minimum again. I even had to stand awkwardly behind her chair while she texted for a while when I came in for the adjustment. She sent me out into the cold with sopping wet hair once she snipped a little off one side. It’s still the same temper tantrum hair I was trying to grow out and get cut properly. I need an haircut that looks like a professional did it. So far, two stylists gave me their worst. I suppose another customer will always come along, so it doesn’t really matter to them who they treat with respect.

Bailey cut my hair this morning and did an amazing job! I had gotten a very bad cut about 6 months ago that is still affecting how I can have my hair cut and she took the time to understand the issue, worked with me to even out some of the issues and styled it perfectly so that I headed to work without having to stop home to “fix” it the way I usually do. I will definitely be back… thanks Bailey!

I had booked an appointment online for my first time here and was unsure of what I wanted to do. I needed color due to hair growth since my last coloring while having some grays to deal with on top. I chose first available and was greeted warmly by Holly G. She was easy going and I didn’t feel pressured or stressed on making a choice since I was indecisive to begin with. She was very helpful and supportive on making a choice. The color that she chose ended up being an amazing match to my roots and bringing the whole tone together. She styled it after a wash and dry and I am beyond happy with the outcome !

This was my first time stepping into this salon and my fiance booked me with Stephanee. We were aiming for a balayage and it came out SOOOO GOOD. She is amazing at formulating a plan to get what you’re asking for, yet still keeping it healthy and achievable. I’ve been to many hair stylists and nobody cane close to the magic she worked. A huge thank you, I will be back.
