My experience was very, very disappointing. I went for a balayage and asked for an ashy blonde and I got yellowish brassy asymmetrical highlights. I'm honesty embarrassed to go out with this hair. I went to another Hair Standard location trying to fix this and the hair stylist there confirmed that it was a very poor job with uneven color tones and not a balayage at all, but highlights at best. The blond stripes in the front are much thicker than the rest and they're also brassier. I don't honestly know what I'm gonna do since it wasn't fixable with toning.

Brought my daughter in there to get a cut. And Briannna was able to cut her hair, the way she wanted it. Thanks Brianna for making my daughter happy with her new cut. She will be back again.

Emily Lamb gives a haircut that keeps its style for weeks. She added layers that made my hair fuller while framing it softly around my face. My hair’s volume is in between… not thick but not thin. She was able to keep my mid-back length, even though I had a lot of split ends. I recommend this salon and hair dresser.

It was my first time coming to this salon, made an appointment for a haircut and got Rachel as my stylist. She was very lovey, personable, and most importantly listened to the vague idea I came in with and executed it better than I could have imagined. 11/10. I'm looking forward to my next haircut with her. The salon itself was very clean and big, and the woman at the front desk was very polite as well!

I love the environment here, everyone is so friendly and sweet. You’re offered a beverage when you check in, and the waiting area is comfy and cute. The stylists are very nice as well :)

I recently visited the Centennial location THS and was blown away. I went in for a consultation with Emily yesterday, and she was able to give me my dream hair. I wanted a simple cool, dark brunette color to cover up some outgrowth and some old color from a while ago, and she did it perfectly. Now, I’m confident in my hair and feel like myself again. I’ll 100% be coming back to this location

Such disappointing service. Called and was told to come in for a consultation for my mom. Dragged my senior mom only to be turned away because they said they are “busy”. But we are busy people too. Hairdressers just looked and looked away quick very smug. Will just take my money elsewhere. Turn off!

Another bad experience but now at this location. Decided to give them another try but now this is due to a communication issue. Called yesterday to setup an appointment and was told I need to call Emily L directly now to setup appointment. Texted her and she never replied.

Ceci is absolutely amazing! I came from another stylist who did not leave my hair in the best condition and Ceci brought it back to life while also maintaining the health and integrity of my hair! I could not recommend her enough!

Chloe was amazing!!! My hair was an absolute mess when I walked in due to a box hair color disaster (😖) and she totally fixed it. Super friendly staff there too. I will be making this my regular hair place! Would absolutely recommend 😀
