Saw Avery today for my yearly trim. It took 15min and I got exactly what I wanted. 6-7" cut off so my hair was lighter, but still long enough to twist up in a clip. It looks much better and is all the same length now, no more scraggly knotty hair. I have anxiety but this was quick and easy. Beautiful, clean salon. Also no extra charge for long hair!!

Theresa is the best hair dresser I have ever had! I have been seeing her for over 2 years, and will never switch. She listens to what I want, explains what will or will not work for my hair and why. She is conscience of my budget and schedule. Both my teenagers see her now, and they love her too (not an easy task). I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Avery color, cut and styled my hair almost 2 months ago. Worst cut I every recieved. Still trying to grow out and make sense of it. New hairdresser thought a child cut it. The color was good, if you could stand a hairdresser talking continually about herself for over 2 hours. Also, works very slow and stops to talk. I never give bad reviews, but my hair is still a mess and I thought I could help others.

I had yet to find a hair stylist I liked and felt comfortable with after moving to CT a couple of years ago. After my haircut with Lauren, my search is over! She understood what I was looking for with the cut but somehow made it turn out even cuter than I thought it could. She really understands how to cut hair so that it falls just right. Would absolutely recommend.

I recently moved back to the area and needed to book something quickly, so I booked an appointment with a new stylist Avery as she had a bunch of immediate openings. I had been this place before and had a really great experience. However, this time was unfortunately not the same. I needed highlights touched up on my roots with toner and a trim. Long story short I had 5+ inches cut off my hair when I asked for 1-1.5 inches. It was the worst haircut I've ever gotten, jagged and uneven. My long layers and face shaping that I just wanted cleaned up was ruined. My hair was so bleached it was white and was noticeably falling out to the point where she stopped using a comb to cut my hair and tried to use a brush. My roots, which is where I needed the highlights, were still very dark and still looked grown out, and the highlights were not placed well with no attention paid to my part. They looked very sloppy and streaky. I have never written a review before and am usually pretty laid back, but this was an awful experience. While she seemed like a nice person, the girl clearly had no idea what she was doing. I called and the owner tried to fix my hair that same day. She was amazing, so nice and clearly very skilled, however there was only so much she could do. It's been a couple of weeks now, and while there are worse things in the world I'm pretty devastated. My once healthy hair is so damaged and short that my baby hairs stick straight up all the time and you can see where my hair was so bleached it broke off. My hair is also falling out at a much higher rate. It's still not the color I want bc some of the strands were so bleached they are white and didn't take to the toner. It will take years for my hair to get back to what it was before that appointment. Please do your research when selecting a stylist and don't be afraid to speak up IMMEDIATELY if you don't like how something is going.

My new hair stylist is Avery Richard is super talented! She did an amazing job with my hair. She listen to what exactly what I was looking for and I left the salon feeling beautiful thanks to her! Such a cute salon too!

Lauren is an incredibly talented artist and hair is her medium. My daughter’s first hair color experience (4 colors and 4.5 hours later - see pic) was so flawless and perfectly executed that everyone she saw didn’t think it was real hair (thought it was a wig). Simply remarkable. Thank you!!!!!

Anne did an amazing job. She gave me exactly what I was wanting! I have challenging hair because of the thickness/density but she took the time to really make the highlights natural. The hair cut was great as well!

Anne did my hair for my October 2022 wedding. I went to see her for a trial the week before the wedding. She was honest with me and told me that the style I wanted might not work for my hair type. She was right and I appreciated her honesty immensely! Anne worked out time for me to come in for a second trial a couple days before the big day and the new style was beautiful and suited me perfectly. Anne took her time during the trial to make sure that my hair was secure, figured out what worked best on my hair, and that the pins felt comfortable. She also played around with what kind of curl my hair my hair would hold. All the time she took with me at my trial helped her achieve the style efficiently on the day of as I had a 12pm ceremony. My hair never holds a curl and it held all day long. My hair looked incredible and I am so thankful to Anne for her honesty at that first appointment. Anne is very easy to talk to and kind. I highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Anne for my hair for a couple years. She goes above and beyond for me because I do perms and color. She knows what I want and gets it done perfectly. She is awesome!!!

I went to hair tree for the first time after my husband tried it out for his haircut and recommended them to me. Lauren did a great job on his hair, which is hard, because his hair grows in weird (no offense, honey). I saw Theresa for my appointment and she did such a great job on my hair! She was nice and very flexible when I was deciding on if I wanted to try a certain service, plus she answered all my questions to help me figure out if it was what I wanted. I appreciated her sharing all her knowledge with me and I walked out of there feeling so beautiful! I don’t think I’ve ever loved my hair this much!
