I am a 2023 bride and from the first initial consultation that was available and scheduled I have been treated with low priority, a consult I PAID for might I add. You(Brittany) missed the first consult because you were moving, but it's too easy to let future clients/brides know. She called me later on that night and apologized so I gave her another chance to fix the situation. We rescheduled for the following week and did an in-person consult which I had to take off of work to do but it's okay because I wanted to make sure we did it properly. Everything seemed great until the Bridesmaids had questions. She answered me initially then nothing, crickets for a whole week. I'm still texting her asking the questions no response. So I send my mom to her shop. SURPRISE! SHES THERE, gave some excuse about her not having her phone over the weekend well thats a good thing I texted you during the week. Finally heard a response asking about the bridesmaids quantity (which she didnt even have right)no apologies no nothing. It is time out for people to be playing with folk money stay away from such unprofessional I'm tired and over it

Highly recommend Falan! at Haus of Luxe in Statesboro! She does amazing hair and understands exactly what I want done. I always leave feeling beautiful! She is not only amazing at what she does she is an awesome person! Love ya girl!
