I bought a Groupon and called to make an appointment. Susan answered and was extremely rude. I guess she's having some kind of problem getting the promotion to stop running. If she had been nice (maybe a little apologetic about me wasting my time thinking I had found a new hair place) about informing me of this problem I would have been very understanding. My one star is for her lack of professionalism, good luck to anyone that has a problem with their service.

Susan has been doing my hair for 7 years and I couldn't be more pleased! Her professionalism, perfectionism, and warm personality always shine through. She offers wonderful suggestions, while still respecting my vision, uses quality products, and consistently demonstrates extensive knowledge about hair. Strangers have asked me were I get my hair done, which pleases me and underscores the talents Susan possesses. Time spend in her salon is very enjoyable and she is someone one would want for a friend, which I consider her to be. And to top it off, the pricing for services is fair (which typically is not the case for a very fine Naples salon). We are very fortunate to have Susan in our neck of the woods!

The worst haircut I have ever had! I was in from out of town. When I called and mentioned Groupon, she asked I don’t use them and she would honor the price. I sent photos of my hair. While chopping layers that I did not want, I said I wanted to keep my length, she chopped that as well. I got outside and saw that my hair was destroyed! I was in tears!!! She put maybe 6 highlights at the very top of my head. I’ve had partials for decades! This was NOT a partial! I had to return back up north and have ALL my hair chopped off. The conversation was mind numbing and ranting about politics, her cat and men. Also, 3/4 of the way through my hair being butchered, she decided to mention she was charging an additional cost. I’m utterly disgusted!!! It cost me 5x as much to fix the disaster she made!!! First two photos are before, I did not want layers and wanted to keep my length. 3rd is after and last, the repair to the disaster she made. My hair had some length in back but very short in front.

Had my hair done by Sue and she was simply amazing. Sue listened to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions as I decided to grow out my grey. She did some highlights to blend in my grey and a fantastic cut....so happy with the results. Thank you Sue!!

Susan made me feel right at home even though she took me in as an emergency appointment. It took only minutes till I felt at home in her chair while she told me about New York. I left the chair having made a friend and looking like I spent $400. The products and tools she uses are top of the line, but she was so affordable that I can get a new two piece. Thanks susan for your outstanding service

Susan is a wonderfully talented woman! Not only did she over come power outages and the holidays, she transformed my damaged, dry, flop mess of what I was calling my hair; into a beautifully updated style and various shades of blonde! It was a total transformation! From blah to breathtaking! My whole family was in town and my husband said I looked beautiful and YOUNGER! I will be seeing Susan from now on. She is amazing!

I was vacationing in Naples last year and found Susan via Groupon. She gave me the BEST haircut and highlights. When I returned to NY, I received so many compliments from family and friends. This year I returned to Naples and Head Hunters and was not disappointed. Susan is a gifted stylist and colorists. Just wish I could get her to move to NY!,

12/1/2017 Susan has done an amazing job on my hair. She has made it look full and the combination of highlights is just beautiful. She has.transformed my hair from being dull to vibrant and healthy. She is an amazing stylist and will take your ideas and make them come to light.

I purchased a Groupon for a partial highlight, cut and blow dry with Stephen. I went to the appointment last Friday and I am thrilled with the results. The color is absolutely beautiful and the cut is very flattering. I wanted something fresh and Stephen delivered. I do believe I have found my new stylist!

Please do not believe these 5 star reviews. I've just gotten possibly the worst haircut of my life at this place. The worst part is it is totally uneven with unwanted layers and inches shorter than I asked. Now I will need to wait months for this to be fixed. Extremely unhappy, please beware of this place, not worth the cheap price.

Since moving here 11 years ago, I had one disappointment after another with getting the right hair color for me. I dreaded going to a hair dresser that I knew would probably not get it right. I am a redhead and as you might guess there are endless shades of red and I have had every one UNTIL I met Susan. She nailed it!!!! My color is perfect for me. I get so many compliments and I love my color and her.

Stephen has been coloring & cutting my hair for almost 20 years. He is a "chemistry wizard" with the Goldwell product. My only regret is that I'm a seasonal resident and can't find anyone like him up North. I have also gone to Susan, his parter, for the past 2+ years for Keratin treatments. She does an excellent job and my hair always feels stronger, healthier (and no frizz) - you definitely get what you pay for at The Head Hunters ... quality service, quality products ... and really great people!

Stephen did an excellent job! My hair was lifeless and he added just enough layers and styled it perfectly! Will definitely go back to him in the future and I would recommend him to anyone!
