I got the 60-minute signature plus a blowout and I’ve never felt so relaxed. My hair felt like a brand new head of hair afterwards, so silky and light, my scalp so clean it was almost tingling! Erika is truly the best! I am SO glad I came here, I have been here twice now and during the entire treatment I keep thinking how amazing this service feels, is, and truly the difference it has made in my scalp. Her space is so cute and relaxing - it is so nice to have an experience where you get a head and scalp massage, blowout; and leave like you just left a spa. The most relaxed I have EVER been! I had been really wanting to try a scalp massage after seeing countless videos on social media. I came across The Head Spa and decided to try it. It was the most relaxing experience, and the space is so clean and peaceful. I immediately texted all my friends about it afterwards and booked a second session.

This was my very first head massage, and it did not disappoint! Erika made sure that I was always comfortable, and her studio was nice and relaxing. It was so cool seeing the before and after close-ups of my scalp. I have itchy scalp and a little bit of dandruff, and this one appointment definitely helped. I was a changed person afterward! I can't wait to go again!

100% suggest! This is my first time doing head spa and I’m very surprised and satisfied! Erika was so nice and sweet to help me check my head skin first and did the full head spa after. At the end, she dried my hair and styled it. It’s such an amazing experience, I will definitely suggest to go.

A little tricky finding it but that made it all the more a hidden gem 💎 Erika was super welcoming and warm; her gentle tone, along with the tranquility and ambiance of the space created the perfect atmosphere. Decor matched perfectly and there were beautiful, soft robes to wear while being pampered. Every single product used had an invigorating, inviting, and pleasant scent. Erika made sure to check with me regarding pressure and water temp preferences. The whole experience was pure bliss and I’m so glad to have started my day there! I even bought some gift certificates for friends because no one should miss out on this place!

Erica’s head spa was the best one I’ve experienced- coming from nyc, I tried many head spas there and was blown away by her service here in Portland. She was very detailed, took her time, and was very knowledgeable. She helped my scalp so much! She’s the only one I’ll be going back to in the future!

OBSESSED WITH ERIKA, OBSESSED WITH HER SPACE. I feel like I could go on a long rant but to keep it short & sweet: - my hair has never felt healthier - Erika is an incredible space holder and I can't wait for her to start offering Reiki - Her spot is suuuuch a vibe - Super affordable for what she's offering etc etc etc I've already sent 3 of my friends her way.

This was the best thing I've done for myself in years. I've already booked for another. The detail given in the scalp treatment and massage had me realizing how stressed and tense I had been and every care was taken to make sure I had the best experience possible. The suite is private and your experience is exclusive so the world just melts away. So happy!

Absolutely amazing! If you are looking for the real head space experience Erika is your gal. I have been to a head spa in Japan and this experience was very similar. The room is calming and inviting. I was completely relaxed. It was really neat to see my scalp before and after my treatment. I highly recommended going! My scalp feels amazingly clean and healthy. If you want to do your scalp a favor. Go here and enjoy the amazing experience.

Erica is absolutely wonderful! The head massage I got was so incredible, I was transported into whole other plane of relaxation. I got a blowout to boot and my hair has never looked so good. On top of all the skill, care, and excellence that Erica brings, she is genuinely warm and kind, which makes the whole experience that much more special. Overall exceptional experience! The space was cozy and beautiful, the service was impeccable (Erika has thought of it all), and the results were stunning. I came to relax, and relax I did, but got the benefit of a clean scalp and the shiniest, softest hair on top of it!

Such an incredible experience! Erika’s space is so relaxing and exactly what I needed for a “treat myself” day. The Head Spa is amazing! I came in with an itchy scalp and damaged hair and walked out with my hair and scalp feeling the cleanest and softest it's ever been! This was an incredible experience- so relaxing and luxurious feeling while also providing me SO much relief. My scalp was super irritated, itchy and flakey (as per usual in the winter) and when I left I had no pain and my scalp looked so much better. Yay! Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

This was the best treatment I’ve ever received in my life! Her space is so beautifully done with the perfect music, scents and warmth. I have a very oily scalp and we looked at it through her microscopic camera and it was such a big difference before vs after! She puts so much passion into what she does, I can’t explain how relaxed I was during the appointment! It was the ultimate treat and I would recommend anyone to come here!

This was honestly the BEST spa experience I've ever had. I've been to a lot of day spas and tried different services, but I usually have trouble fully relaxing—it really depends on who’s providing the service. I’m a huge fan of a good massage, especially when it involves neck and head rubs, so I was excited to try the head spa and learn more about my scalp. Erica has such a calm energy, and her space feels so inviting—it really set the tone for a relaxing experience. She was amazing the whole time, and every tool she used, along with her hands, felt AMAZING. She also took the time to explain things to me, but wasn’t pushy at all. I ended up asking her about products because my hair felt so great. I’ll definitely be back soon!
