I was referred by 2 different relatives on 2 different sides of the family so I knew had give her a try. Tamala is very professional yet down to earth and makes you feel really comfortable. She truly is a healthy hair expert. The shop is clean and presentable. The ambience was relaxing and well orchestrated! I will definitely be returning, I want my hair to look this healthy all the time!

I am so happy I found Tamala!!! It’s been almost a year now and she has been awesome! She is very professional and informative. I have learned a lot from her on what products to use on my colored hair (which she did a great job on applying my color!) and how to keep my hair healthy. I've been going to this place for about a year, and my hair has benefitted greatly because of it. I had been transitioning from relaxed to natural for over a year, but wouldn't have known it by how damaged my hair was. The salon educated me on what I was doing wrong and nursed my hair back to health. I'm so gratefully for my hair transformation!

Let me first start off by saying Mrs. Tam is truly a blessed and beautiful soul in what she does. She is for Black hair care for women. It’s not just about sitting in her chair to get your hair done, but an experience of good energy with her tender touch of TLC for your hair. I got my hair done today and got so many compliments the minuet I stepped out that door. I am a satisfied client and one that will be back for every appointment set. Ladies take your daughter, sister, mom, wife, girlfriend or lady friend to Mrs . Tam so she can fixed them up real good. My hair done today and I loved it so much. I got a perm relaxer, black color, deep conditioner treatment, trimmed and pressed. Black is forever beautiful 🖤🖤🖤

First time getting my hair done by Mrs. Tam and I must say the experience was a very good one. It's hard to find a good hair stylist who cares about your hair and gives you information on how to maintain good healthy hair. She is very patient and makes every customer feel good. I haven't had a good hairdresser I can call my own for a long time but I'm glad the search is over. I will be coming back. I would recommend her to anyone with any texture hair.

I've been going to Tamala for a little over a year, Tamala was recommended to me by my friend which is a client of hers also. Tamala is great at what she does and is all about healthy hair. Her and I go back and forth all the time about me wanting another relaxer, and her telling me I doing need it. Can we say (upsetting) LOL! But I know Tamala is looking out for me best interest and to keep my hair healthy and growing. Great environment and customer service I just recently took my daughter in to have her hair done by Tamala and she loved it.

My mother went to this stylist for a hair dye and style, but the power went out during her service. Although this had occurred, she still asked for payment for my mother. My mom came home with hair clips and her hair still dripping wet. As a professional, you should not feel comfortable letting your clients leave this way. I will definitely not recommend this unprofessional stylist to anyone in Tulsa.

I have been wearing protective styles for 3 years, during that time my hair was not being maintained to be healthy and strong. I made the decision to wear my own natural hair after gettin relaxers for over 20 years. It has been the best decision. Tamala worked her magic with the silk press my hair never felt this soft even when I got relaxers. I am so glad God put her in my path. She specializes in natural hair if you want silky or wash and wear do yourself a favor and go see her!! Thanks Tam🥰💗

I have been going to Tamala for at least 6 months for monthly hair treatments that have my hair more healthier and I have seen a huge growth in my (natural) hair. She made me a custom wig that when I wear it some people thought it's my hair that I had cut and colored. She always have her own hair looking on point. You will feel comfortable around her. She ask you how are you feeling (if I feel the braids are tight. Which does be). She asked even before hand of doing my hair. Let her know and discomfort. That's great in my book. Because you want your clients to be comfortable in my opinion. What draw my to go to Tamala was her video on how she does her client hair with natural hair and I can say I wasn't disappointed . You may ask should I recommend her to anyone. My answer would be yes indeed. Let her hook you up, while keeping your hair healthy and growing. I can't speak for y'all but that's what I'm looking for. Hair looking good and being healthy while growing all at the same time.

I took my daughter to see Tamala for a healthy hair consult and she was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to help me understand what products I should use to help my daughters hair be more healthy. She made both my daughter and I feel at home and answered any questions I had. She even went the extra mile to style my daughters hair. I definitely recommend Tamala and am so greatly for all of her help!

I would definitely recommend Tamala! She took the time to understand my concerns and my ultimate hair goal. She reassured me she would get my hair back on track and more importantly in good health. Love Love everything about my experience with Tamala! I have not had my hair straightened in over 5 year! Tamala was very gentle, knowledgeable about my hairs' specific needs, and PUNCTUAL/Fast! My hair was over processed, damaged etc.... I found Tamala, online and booked a consultation. Ms. Tamala, was very nice and professional. She then explained to me that my hair was over processed and needed certain treatments to get my hair back healthy. I haven't had a relaxer in over a year now. She has my hair healthier than I have ever seen my hair. It has been last than a year and I still have months to go to make the year mark. She has revitalize and revamped my hair. When I say I was wanting to cry about my hair before I met Ms. Tamala. Now I'm smiling about my hair again and I really appreciate you Ms. Lady Thank You!!!

Tamala's has a God-given gift. She specializes in healthy hair but has studied her craft and continues to perfect every aspect of hair care. I now have chemically treated hair but she loves doing silk presses, hair cuts, color, weaves and more. I live in Chicago but whenever I'm in Oklahoma, I make my way to Level -7 to get "Tamalized"! ❤️

Took my seven year old granddaughter there because i had no clue what to do with her long thick super curly hair, I'm not kidding i was totally lost. Tamala took her time to guve me instructions on how to do her hair, I'm talking step by step from washing , drying, conditioning, combing and styling. I left tvere with a happy happy seven year old with gorgeous hair and alot more information on what to do at home. My granddaughter is mixed snd I'm just a old white woman that was completely clueless. I can not thank her enough and you can believe me we will be back time after time. Again thank you so much. Very Professional, Very Talented, And most of all always on time for all of my appointments. I started coming back in 2019, when I first came my hair was very unhealthy. Thanks to Tamala she gave me advice on what products I needed to use on my hair and also recommended a protective hairstyle. For the first time I decided to try a sew in, months later I noticed hair growth. She then started doing treatments on my hair along with a natural silk press including trimming and I immediately started seeing a change. I highly recommend her!!! My hair has grown back to we’re I am very comfortable and able to do many different styles. I definitely couldn’t have did it without her. She’s a very good hair stylist!!!
