I spent a lot of time searching for a good spa, and I’m glad to say I found it. I have now had two scalp treatments with Sarah that have been absolutely wonderful. The spa is very clean, and the environment is so relaxing. The value for the service is also great. Can’t recommend this spa enough!

Very wonderful, most relaxing massages. I always choose Sandy. She’s very detailed always pays attention to what you request and remembers your needs and likes every time. I’ve been to Hershey plenty of times and Omni hotel spa resort in Bedford springs and although those places are more spa like and have the robes and relaxing rooms and saunas etc, I always am most relaxed with my massages here!

I had a lovely experience at the Serenity Spa at Heritage Hills Golf Resort. My fiancé and I won a giveaway at a bridal expo and had the pleasure of getting a couple massage. Sandy was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job! From the moment I stepped in, she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. Next time you find yourself there, ask for her! In addition, the rooms and facilities were very clean! They do a great job keeping it neat and tidy!

Sabrina was phenomenal once again! She cared about my needs and areas of focus. Checked in with me to gauge how I feel for wanting to stay on a certain area or move on so I was taken care of. She asked questions and helped explain to me how the muscles connect and work to allow for me to help get the most out of my massage after leaving. Feel incredible right now and greatly appreciate her time and skills to improve my health and overall well being! Thank you.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. THEY cancelled my massage appointment 3x because staffing issues. We had a couples massage booked for our 5yr anniversary and go figure someone called off sick AGAIN AND THEY WANNA RESCHEDULE AGAIN!! They won’t refund me for my gift card. Don’t EVER GO HERE!!! Go somewhere cheaper and some where that their employees actually show up for work!!! I’ll never recommend this place and I will tell everyone to go somewhere else! Customer service SUCKS!

Megan was wonderful! This was my first facial and she throughly explained what all she will be doing! We had talked for a little and she was so friendly! Very gentle! 10/10 recommended her and Heritage Hills Spa!

Very grateful for the kindness the staff showed me even after showing up late for my appointment. I had to cut it down to thirty minutes instead of sixty and Beth made sure every moment was felt! Can’t wait til I go back!

Received a 60 minute deep tissue massage from Adam today. He was kind and listened. I asked for focus on my shoulders/upper back and he did INCREDIBLE work in that area. I will recommend Adam to all of my friends and will be booking all of my future appointments with him. Left my massage feeling relaxed and with my shoulders feeling brand new!

This Spa used to be fantastic and offer some great packages. Guess due to the Pandemic they have lost some staff therefore can not offer services they had in the past .

Visited the spa for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. The spa is clean and quiet with friendly staff. My message, executed by Lauren, was fantastic. Years of stress removed. Lauren is terrific.
