I had an AMAZING experience here today. I came in with a few inspo pics, and Christina delivered! She was so meticulous and I really appreciated her attention to detail. She was also very easy to talk to, but I didn't feel awkward in the silence when I started people watching. I have tried several places in Ahwatukee, and this is the first time I've found a place where I plan to come back.

I made an appointment online through their website 24 hours prior to my appointment. I received two emails confirming my date and time. I went in for my appointment and they said they didn’t have any record of my appointment even though they acknowledged my email confirmation was right. They were too busy to get me in. I had a broken nail and now I don’t have anyone to fix it.

I'm so glad to have found this place! Last month I had a great pedicure with Tracy and Cindy did an amazing job on my dip overlay. At the end of my appt I asked her if she could officially be my nail gal?! 🤣 I went back today for another dip overlay and I AM OBSESSED. She took my vision and nailed it while helping pick colors and changing a couple of times to find the perfect shades of pink and orange. Thank you, Cindy. See you in 3-4 weeks! ☺️

This is the first nail salon I’ve gone to regularly in my life for good reasons! Cindy and Khoi are awesome, but everyone there is super friendly, nice, and talented! They are also give quality but efficient services and run on time which I value highly. Love this place!

1st time visit. Great Service! They were on time and ready for me as soon as I walked in! The guy who did my pedicure, David, is great at massage! Best pedicure massage I've ever had. I WILL definitely be coming back! 😌

I was desperately looking to get a pedicure and happened to stumble upon this place on google. It was easy to book an appointment online on the day of — when I got to the nail salon it was nicely decorated, very clean and accommodating. Tracy, my nail tech, did an amazing job with my pedicure which was also reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

It was a last minute decision to go get my nails done but I am so glad I found this place! I called and told them I could be there in 10 minutes and they got me in right away! Khoi did my pedicure and he was amazing! He was so sweet & personable! I was just looking to relax and did not have a color in mind; Khoi picked out my Fall colors & made sure my nails would match! Trang did my dip powder and she has the softest hands! I didn’t even feel like I was getting my nails done but they came out amazing! Overall, I was very impressed with the cozy atmosphere & amazing staff! I will definitely be back!!!

Online booking was so easy, and I was greeted so warmly. Tracy did an amazing job and was so kind. I had a hard day, and I appreciated that she let me just zone out while she went to work. Fantastic experience, and I can't wait to come back!

Second time at this salon and another great experience. Received a VIP pedicure a couple weeks ago and didn’t even get gel polish but my nails still haven’t chipped. Staff is always pleasant. The massage chairs are great.

The powder ombre (which was new for me, never seen ombre done this way) is already chipping and it hasn't even been a week. $70 was very expensive for it to not last. BTW I came in with coffin shaped nails why would you charge me for coffin nails? Now I'm going to have to go elsewhere to get it redone. This was very costly for me. I don't recommend this salon.

This is my favorite nail salon I have ever been at since I've lived here in the area, I love the owners of this salon, they are the best!! I've been a client of theirs since the beginning of their business! Their service always leaves me happy and satisfied with their work! Cindy does an amazing job doing my nails every time and gives me the best recommendations on what color or design when I cannot decide! I recently had to get my acrylic nails removed for a surgery I had coming up and Cindy made time to help me with this! David is amazing on doing pedicures, he is my go-to person for doing mine, he gives me the best foot massages and pays attention to detail on my toes! Overall I love all their employees, they always make me feel welcomed and always look forward to seeing them!

Wow I'm absolutely impressed with not only my nails but the amazing service and friendly staff here. I highly recommend this place for getting a mani Pedi. Very clean and quick to get us in, I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done here!

After arriving the nail tech was an older gentleman who was performing my pedicure very sloppy, not wearing any gloves and being extremely rough with my pedicure and after telling him to please be careful he continued and I got a huge cut on my big toe which he proceeded to continue to touch while I’m bleeding without any gloves, then the attendee from the front desk came over and instead of offering an apology and another tech he instead tells me that they can stop the service and I can leave which is such poor customer service and so unprofessional you would think that since there is five nail shops around them they would at least try. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone either .

After my last gel manicure from another salon started chipping in a day, I came in to get a fresh one from The Hills. Awesome convenient location and my tech was great! She was very meticulous and made sure my nails were perfect. I’ll be back!

Quality was far below standards. Not happy! Ugggh... wanted to go back and get my money... SMH just can't understand how both techs justify workmanship and charge you for work that was not complete or even done unsatisfactory. Should have been clued in by previous posted workmanship reviews...Pedicures aren't the best.

This was my first time visiting. I finally found a nail salon that treats me the way a client should be treated. From the time I called to make the appointment to the time I was leaving after my appointment, I felt like their only customer. The attention provided to myself, my sister and my daughter while we were visiting was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I was not sure how I wanted my nails to be designed. Ana came through with a cute winter idea and I'm so happy with them. I can't wait for the next time I need my nails done! They are literally the best nail salon I've ever experienced! I've tried several salons in the area and this is 100000 times better than any other one. Update - Ana came through again with adorable valentines day nails!

I spent the day hitting the gym and working on my truck with my friend. By the time we wrapped up, we were feeling WAYYY too manly. We began experiencing unnecessary aggressiveness, and an urge to spread out our bodies and take up too much space in public. We decided that we needed a calming activity that would bring balance to our masculine/feminine energies so that we could once again be whole human beings. The Hills Nails & Spa delivered, and gave us exactly what we were needing. Anne did a fantastic job with my gels. She was even able to work one of my favorite Disney characters (Stitch) into the design! The service was quick, clean, and relaxing. The family that owns the shop puts a lot of care into their work and it really shows.

Such a wonderful nail salon. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It’s super clean and the atmosphere is so calming. I also love that it is family owned. Definitely support small businesses when you can!
