Great atmosphere! I loved working with Pearl. She was amazing and very welcoming ! The environment was very clean and sanatized. I highly recommend, it was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and I had a great experience 💓

There's just no way my sister and I encouraged our older sister to get waxed (it took years) and we send her here, and they decide to lose a loyal client so easily. It's unfortunate that I have to write this review as me and both of my sisters went to Ty to get waxed. I've never been waxed by Pearl, but she messed both my sisters eyebrows up and did not give a good wax experience on one of them...still we just quietly stuck with Ty. Recently my older sister, the newest to waxing, received one of their promo texts to get waxed by PEARL OR TY for a special. My sister booked, she requested Ty, and she was told Ty would be out of town (per usual, I personally have had to pick a different day due to Ty not being able to wax me multiple times when I booked so I let my sisters know this was nothing new. All three of us have also constantly been asked to come earlier than our appointment which many times we would do to accomodate Ty. We did not want to be serviced by Pearl). Mind you, they almost forced her to get waxed by Pearl and she basically begged not to, because the text message they sent out said it could be either/or. Their argument was the money already went to Pearl, so Ty was not going to get paid for it and would have to do the service for free. Like...yall are sisters, just apple pay the money or something? My older sister finally gets the hesitant go ahead to get serviced by Ty, but they reschedule her to accomodate Ty. The new scheduled day, her cycle comes. Unlike me (a 4 year experienced waxer), my sister is not comfortable getting waxed on her cycle and was surprised it came a bit early. She asked to reschedule due to them rescheduling her and the new day not being sufficient for a new waxer due to the situation at hand (a period). They rescheduled her. Fast forward to the day before her appointment. They hit her up saying oh yeah you gotta pay the full wax price not the special because you rescheduled outside of the special pricing dates. My older sister then explains that THEY actually rescheduled her outside of the special pricing dates, and then the new date due to her cycle was the same week. So what changed? Regardless of my sister booking with Ty and Ty rescheduling her, one inconvenience to Ty and Pearl and everything went out the window. Imagine losing three customers because of a business centered approach where customers are simply dollar signs. Honor the special price that was booked that the business could not appropriately execute that's only $15 less and accommodate someone you inconvenienced in the first place. They are refusing to service my sister until she pays more. They also will not give her her money back. They're blaming her for Ty not getting paid while a service hasn't even taken place. And honestly, who would even feel comfortable getting waxed after this. So, while they take her hard earned money, I must say we're extremely disappointed in how you can be loyal, bring your entire family to a business, and experience a christian based family business like this one. Now me and my sisters will never return, we'll find new waxer for our crew, and hope that others have a better experience.

Ty and Pearl are the best of the best! The pretty kitty vajacial is a service you will want to get all the time; it’s a facial for your lady parts! The ladies are knowledgeable and well versed in this area. Great personalities and a Christian environment.

NO ADDRESS ON THE FRONT DOOR.FIRST TIME COMING HERE LITERALLY WENT TO THE WRONG DOOR RINGING THE DOORBELL FOR 5 MIN FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE ADDRESS WAS FURTHER DOWN. WHEN I FINALLY WENT THERE I WAS 3 MINUTES PASS THE GRACE PERIOD AND THEY CANCELLED MONEY APPOINTMENT AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND WHEN THE POLICY SAYS A LATE FEE WILL BE GIVEN NOT A CANCELLATION

So the first time I decided to visit I got the eyebrow wax and tint which was amazingg! The second go round I treated myself to a facial that was sooo relaxing and smooth. But the third time I went was for a Brazilian wax and Vsteam, OMG🤩 it was EVERYTHING like EVERTHING!! I don’t have any favorites. BOTH ladies were absolutely FABULOUS✨🙏 It was their kindness and the atmosphere for me!! I highly recommend to all my friends and family!
