Shedron is one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered. She’s always soft spoken, smiling, and attentive. ALWAYS! Along with daily warm blackstrap molasses, I tried her tea concoction for fibroids and very soon after… the bleeding stopped followed by the fibroids themselves coming out. I don’t want to leave out the fact that my baby girl placed her hands on my uterus and prayed for me the night before but the first prayer after almost bleeding to death was for God to send me or guide me to what I needed to help my body heal. The next day after that prayer I spoke to a person I hadn’t spoken to in quite a while. That person suggested I call Shedron. I did and I am forever grateful for her and the role she played in my healing! I also want to add that when I start feeling the effects of menopause I grab a cup or two of the tea concoction and just like that no more night sweats or hot flashes. I have decided to just make this tea a weekly thing! I haven’t even tried the V-Stream yet! I can’t even imagine how much that will add to my overall hoo-ha health!

I booked a party for my mom’s birthday weekend celebration and I couldn’t be happier. The ladies loved it and left feeling rejuvenated! Shedron was AMAZING to work with a really went the extra mile and was super accommodating to ensure this each attendee had the best experience possible. Family, friends and I went for my triple 20th Birthday. Some ladies received the V steam and some received a foot massage. Everyone was very happy with the whole experience. From the time we arrived until the end of our session was amazing. The food was also great. The staff was very professional. I look forward to visiting again.

From the moment I stepped into V-Steam Hot Spot, I knew I was in for something special. Shedron, the owner, has such a warm and calming presence that instantly put me at ease. Since it was my first V-steam, I felt a bit nervous, but she took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The whole experience was beyond my expectations—the peaceful, tranquil environment, and the tea... oh, the tea was absolutely amazing! V-Steam hot spot has definitely become a part of my monthly self-care routine!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Hot Spot V-Steam for the first time a few days ago. I had no expectations and left having the most amazing experience with Shedron. As soon as I walked in I not only felt the peace and calm from the environment, I also felt it from Shedron. She is a beautiful soul whose energy can be felt from the first time you meet her. She took the time to review the intake form to ensure my needs in order to prepare something specifically for that need. The tea she made was DELICIOUS. The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch! I will definitely be going back monthly and adding this to my self care of health and wellness!

I visited The Hot Spot Vsteam and Shedron and I will be sure to make these services apart of my monthly regimen. What a beautiful business! I received the abdominal massage and individual steam and left feeling restored, cleansed and full of knowledge from Shedron. Honestly words cannot express how grateful I am for finding Shedron and her business. I've had 2 sessions and soon a 3rd. I've had some of the worst moon cycles you could possibly imagine. Tried lots of remedies that didn't work and eventually resorted to getting the pill (just another band-aid). Recently I started detoxing from the pill. I've done lots of work the past few months determined to make womanhood a better experience. And I finally had my breakthrough after my first steam session with Shedron. I recommend getting a membership, it's the best option for making this part of your self care routine. You just have to experience it for yourself! I always leave feeling so refreshed and uplifted, I can't wait to go back!

This is a very very late review but in March my girlfriend and I got to experience Ms. Shedron at our most vulnerable, and she didn't even know and she made us feel more than comfortable. By sharing her experience as well as listening to what we had to share about our wounds that needed healing as well as that time of the month complaints before our yoni steams. Which made it that much more rewarding to have worked with her in this experience. We got the pineapple ginger tea and ommggg it was amazing! We also bought a deck of cards that we use to this day. A couple months later, as someone who doesn't have heavy periods but my cramps be cramping, after the yo I steam I didn't recognize a little bit of a reset and less pain. I haven't kept up with it but for me, my pain has been on a decline since I've been.

Coming here is a MUST. This was my second time coming. I had the massage experience with Cedric. I can tell this isn’t just a job for him and that he is truly passionate about what he does for a living. He’s also really passionate about providing the best experience for his clients. Upon coming here, my neck and back were sore. My body was tense and my feet were aching. Initially we discussed the areas I needed more attention in. Cedric painted mental pictures in my mind so that I could relax and let go. Which also helped me to practice deep breathing. Sometimes we don’t know when we are tense until we come get experiences like the one Cedric provides. It’s mostly because we go through everyday life and stress never really taking a break. Especially physically. Cedric was very attentive. Frequently checking on me to make sure that the pressure he was applying wasn’t too much for me. As he began I felt the stress/ tension in my body being relieved and released. I felt this way the entire time while he went from one spot to another. I swear he has magic hands. You won’t find his technique anywhere else.. His taste in music definitely set the tone and atmosphere for me to unwind. I ended my experience with delicioussss tea while I had a hot towel wrapped around my feet. Overall the experience was amazing😮‍💨 and very much needed, appreciated, and worth every penny I promise you. Go experience it for yourself. You definitely won’t be disappointed !!! First of all Shedron is amazing!! Her voice is calming and safe. She provided me with Hot Spot steam so intentional, spiritual, mood lifting and empowering. The atmosphere is very zenful. So it was easy to relax and unwind. She is very intuitive and knowledgeable. She provided space for my needs. She guided me through the whole experience and we talked and laughed . I highly recommend!! I went down there with my bestfriend for a girls weekend 2 1/2 hours away and she definitely made it worth our while. The vibe was calming and relaxing. She told you everything she was doing and the benefits of the steams. I don’t even like tea but that was the BEST tea I ever had! I seen results immediately after my steam. 10/10 recommend 👌🏾

Well, I’ve gone to see Shedron for massage and v-steaming FOUR+ times now with no end in sight! I need you to know Shedron is a natural healer. Have you ever met someone operating in their purpose? First, know that it is a blessing and Second, know that it hits different. You will know exactly what I mean when you meet Shedron. She operates from a higher vibration that we should all strive to achieve. Now, let’s get into the experience. I call it an experience because it is exactly that. Shedron made sure to curate the most tranquil environment and paid attention to every detail to ensure her clients experience transformation during their sessions. The calming music, herbal steam selection, lighting, cleanliness, and overall ambience create such a safe space to affirm, set intentions, manifest, and just be. It’s actually somewhat difficult to fully articulate the peace that comes over you during your v-steam. It’s just amazing to know that you are detoxing and healing your body - getting rid of whatever no longer serves you. Whew! AND Shedron makes the best herbal teas that will completely warm your soul. It doesn’t matter what flavor you get, you will enjoy it. Get the tea. ANNNND she has crystals, y’all. The Hot Spot V-Steam was more than just a stream it was life changing. The experience was surreal. I went in thinking I was just going to sit down and get a V steam; that was not what happened at all. I learned how to relax with breathing exercises. The singing bowl is a must it helped me focus. This is one if the best experience I ever had. I have never done something like this and very relentless. I went there with an open mind and when I tell you I left in tears. All I can say is if you never done something like this try it here. It was amazing. I did the V Steam for cramps. I sat there and was taken aback. She took me on an experience I have never been on. I cried. I was transported to another world. I laughed. I finally exhale. The tea was amazing. The young lady was amazing. The experience was yes AMAZING. I finally had my cycle and when I say not one cramp not one. In 20+ plus years this is the first time I had no pain. No cramps. I was in AWWW. Not one. If you have bad cramps try the V Steam for cramps. Its the best. I will be going back this month.

This was my 1st V-Steam ever and I absolutely loved it. The room decor perfectly matches the vibe and is very inviting. Shedron made me feel very relaxed by doing a sound bath and making some delicious tea! I feel that Shedron has unlocked my spiritual side and she encourages me to explore that more.
