Ken was very professional and thorough. I really enjoyed myself. He helped work out a lot of rough spots. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a good massage.

Major was amazing, I'm an avid fitness gal and he was just what I needed for a Deep Tissue Sports Massage. My tired tight muscles let go! He was able to release a lot of stress knots and tension. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on what stretches I should do to relive the stress building up in my problem areas. I feel AMAZING! I would recommend Major to all my guys and gals who need a DEEP tissue with pressure, stretching and hot stones. He's a true professional.

This was an absolutely enjoyable experience. It started off great with Sabrina working magic for me before going on vacation. The Ideal Spa is a hidden jewel with a great staff in the neighborhood. They have a nice patio and the inside is awesome. The couples message area is fantastic. The message therapist Safayia was amazing. She put to rest every pain or strain I entered the building with. I will be back and referring others to experience the best hour of their lives.

I came to this place to bring my mom for a full body massage. Since we came in they received us with a smile on their face and were very nice. Sabrina was very sweet and attentive in the front desk. The massage therapist Mayor was very thorough and my mom loved her massage. She said it has been one of the best massages she ever had. The owner was very kind and approachable. It was a very good experience. I totally recommend this spa. Definitely will go back.

It was my first time at the ideal spa. I had booked a one-hour massage but the appointment was delayed and they gave me 20-mins extra session. Major did a fantastic job targeting all my sore points and walked me through some stretching tips. Very thorough and clean. Definitely recommend!

Major is amazing!! I just had my first massage in over 10 years, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The suite I was in was lit with soft, ambient light (love the color-changing salt lamp 😍), and I’m pretty sure the music put me right on the edge of sleep. I was very relaxed to say the least.. He used a combination of hot stones and trigger point therapy to loosen some serious knots along my neck, triceps, and pecs. He was VERY professional and thorough, not only in the massage, but in explaining how and why he used certain techniques in certain areas, the purposes of the tools he used, and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He also spent time after our session demonstrating stretches I should do at home to help relieve tension on my own. I spent the drive home rolling my shoulders, popping my neck, and honestly just being amazed at the impact of ONE massage. Major’s experience is evident from his RESULTS. I’m very excited to see how this impacts my sleep and can’t wait for my next massage!

Nice ambiance, got a facial with Jazzy and my skin has been thriving !! Definitely will be back Update ** don’t like the owner of the building his vibe is very strange and not really welcoming more, also I learned he doesn’t treat his employees with respect which is not good for any business**

They got me in for a last minute massage appointment and it was amazing! My therapist really knew his craft and applied multiple techniques to address my issues. I will be joining the massage membership club as I plan to be a regular. I also want to check out other services with my daughter/friends as the venue is very clean, organized and def has a beautiful spa feel. Just a nice little gem in the neighborhood.

I got a regular signature facial done and the aftermath has my skin feeling refreshed. Kaylee made the experience feel calm. I would definitely recommend an acne or glow facial. Whatever you think would be best for your skin. Also before the service happens they provide a consolation; asking you questions about your skin and health.
