I found this from a referral but honestly it’s become a home away from home! If you are looking for a salon that you can thrive as an independent individual and be responsible for your own business but be apart of a creative team…. This is it and it’s so affordable and flexible!! It’s safe to safe I’m hooked!!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and not once have I ever been disappointed! Coco and Erica are some of the best braiders and overall hairstylists in Denver! It’s amazing that each stylist is their own business, the environment that that has created is one of the most diverse I’ve ever seen in a salon.

I have enjoyed the experience in the Industry everytime I visit. From getting my own hair done, using the space to take my own personal clients at such an affordable price, and the networking/events experienced is certainly unique to any space I have been in. Definitely recommend!

I love this place has no employees and that everyone are their own business. This place is so diverse to come to a place where everyone is their own person own their own business. Is Amazing! Everyone is so friendly loving and have so much energy. Always a great place to come and get whatever I need when it comes to getting my hair done. I even stop by when I don't have an appointment because I build relationships with other owners in the shop who are so down to earth! Which is very hard to find no a days!

I’d give this a 20 star. The people are incredible. I use Hairica Baca for cuts, color, and styling. She provides a high quality service everytime. The other stylists here are also very nice and knowledgeable. Coco always greets me when I come in, even though I’m not her client. Which makes me feel like the whole location appreciates my business. Definitely recommend!

Kiko will review with you and will give you exactly what you ask for. He is the best in the area for cutting hair as well as hair color and highlights. He is an artist with amazing insight and provides a positive and comfortable atmosphere. You will be renewed and will leave with the best haircut of your life!

This Salon is the funnest place to get your hair done! Not only is it filled with the most talented and professional hair stylists and colorists in Colorado, but they also are the sweetest and most welcoming staff ever! The ambiance is fun and the music is popping...the staff is so accommodating and they do so much for their community. They hosted a free, makeover for a deserving mom for Mother's Day. They also throw tons of events for their clients especially during the holidays...you feel like you're their Bestie when you're there! Great Job!

I have been coming to The Industry for over a year and I am so glad I found it. I needed help with my daughter’s hair bc she is biracial and I have learned so much. I have worked with @officalhairbycoco and @touch_of_wong both are professionals and extremely knowledgeable. I have thick long hair and a lot of it and they have done wonders for me. I feel so comfortable walking into The Industry. They have a very talented team that specializes in different types of hair textures, colors and services.

My go to hair salon!! I see Toni as my hair stylist (who is the best), but I would trust any other hair stylist there to do my hair! Very clean and very well kept salon with very nice people who there and it is an upbeat, charming atmosphere as well. I have recommended many to go here and will continue to do so!

Toni is the best! I have only gone twice to her so far, and she has given me exactly what I want with my hair! She has been the only person to get me to the exact color I want (ashy/grey tones). She is so easy going and I love how she asks throughout my service what I like with my hair to make sure I am happy with the end result. I will definitely be coming back! :)

Brooklyn is amazing! She’s been doing my hair now for a few years. I’m a darker red head naturally, but as I get older it’s starting to brown out a little. Reds are super hard to achieve. Especially getting them to look natural. Brooklyn nails it ever time! She’s talented in so many ways and one of the sweetest kind hearted people I know. You definitely won’t be disappointed when you sit in her chair.

I cannot stop raving about Toni! I have Asian hair, and I've decided to go light years ago... I've tried Aveda, I've tried very high-end Cherry Creek salons, but Toni is easily the best for so many reasons. Asian hair is hard, especially if you want to go platinum or ash, it's a process. At one point, someone tried to lift my hair and I was orange like a pumpkin!!! It was traumatizing. Toni would never let that happen and she can fix you if someone messed you up! She is so meticulous, she spares no expense to give you what you want. Toni is extremely professional, answers client questions very promptly. When I first met her, she asked so many questions that I didn't realize were important. No stylist has ever done that for me. She said she wants to make sure she understands what a want, no assumptions. I don't understand much about the hair but she educates you on why it's important to understand the entire process, the goal, the upkeep. I told her how damaged my hair is over the years. I've said this to previous stylist and they give me the brush off or recommend different products. But Toni... took the effort to put a mask treatment in my hair after processing it. Then when she dried my hair, she made sure to put protectant in it first. These are the little details that I noticed. She doesn't even tell you that she's doing it, she just does because she wants you to have great hair for the long run. She also did a fabulous shadow root on my hair... it helps blend the color so that your roots don't look hideous as soon as it grows out. I still get compliments on my color even 6 weeks out. Go to Toni so that you not only have beautiful hair but also healthier hair. It's not a quick appointment... if you want a fast 2 hour appointment (for complex color... their are people out there that do that.. and your hair will fall out some day. Recognize that the time and care needed for a high end procedure should never be sacrificed. So here are the important things to understand... YOU ARE WORTH IT. YOUR HAIR IS WORTH IT. TONI IS WORTH IT!!!!!!!
