I’m a mid 40s guy who was feeling the downturn of age and had heard from a bunch of other dudes that got testosterone replacement treatment (pellets) at The Injectory. The staff are incredibly welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They made me aware of the expected results and possible side effects. I have to admit I was a bit nervous at first since I haven’t ever done anything like this… but I’ve had two treatments now and good God, what a difference! I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Any dude looking to feel 18 again should swing by this classy place and give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks to the folks at The Injectory for being awesome.

I received lip filler from Sasha and BobbyJoe , it was everything ! They were so supportive when I was experiencing some anxiety and would even hold my hand during the whole process. This is the best place to receive any beauty procedures, I’ve gotten so many compliments !!

I did my research and note nothing but high reviews and atonement in praise for the skill set and talents of this office. My visits have been a great experience as a client of Bobby-Jo. Bobby-Jo, owner is a business woman of integrity and professionalism. She also listened to her staff regarding the customers needs and she has invested in her staff through training, equipment, and then back to the customer for quality of services rendered. Bobby-Jo holds her staff accountable and will always seek to correct any deficiencies in care or fairness to secure the integrity of her brand. Now when you walk through the door, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and you know you are among professionals who are personable. When you walk out, you feel positive about the treatment team along with your personal and private goals. Every employee who has had the opportunity to work for The Injectory, has walked through the doors, and left better at their skills thanks to the owners tutelage. I recently visited The Injectory, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! My best friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday because he knew I was looking to age gracefully. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease. You leave feeling like family. The clinic itself is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere and very clean. My injector was highly knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my goals, ensuring I felt comfortable with the process, especially because I was a first-timer. They answered all my questions and provided helpful insights about what to expect. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their gentle technique. I saw results within a few days, and I was thrilled with the natural look—just the right amount of smoothness without looking overdone. I appreciate the follow-up care as well; they checked in to see how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. Overall, I highly recommend The Injectory for anyone considering some assistance with aging gracefully. I will definitely be returning for my next treatment, whether it be dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle injections.

These people are definitely caring professionals who love what they do and what they can do FOR you. They listen, and there is genuine concern and interest about the client before any treatment or medication is offered. You will not be part of the herd here. They really hear you out as an individual. This is a big deal if, like me, you've never approached anything like this kind of service before. Once they feel like they know you and where you're headed they respond with thoughtfully chosen choices with complete explanations of each. Once you start a program they periodically call, and this is really important, with GENUINE KINDNESS AND INTEREST to check in and see things are going and how you are feeling, and that's really reassuring! Their office is shiny without being ostentatious and sets the tone for what has turned out to be a series of downright pleasant experiences. Finally, there were no surprises across the board here: neither financial stuff added on here and there nor anything that I encountered with my treatment - side effects, dosage, how the medication should affect you and what to do if that's not happening - was unexpected. As the kids say, 10/10 would do again.

Beautiful new office! Amazing staff! They have always been very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. ETA: It is a beautiful office but the staff, which made it absolutely amazing, is gone! I followed Kayla here and will follow Kayla wherever she goes! I was on the email list as well that went out to everyone which exposed almost 200 people as patients without their permission.

I was a patient of the Injectory for over a year but it has gone down hill. The majority of their injectors have quit. After they left they broke HIPPA and sent out their patient list to all patients (over 190 people CC on the email). I also have almost $2,000 prepaid on my account and they refuse to give it back.

I’m honestly super disappointed in the choices made by this Clinic. I used them for over a year. About two weeks ago they sent out an email that was a HIPAA violation and had the email addresses along with names of almost 200 customers including my own. When I contacted them about it, they ignored me and sent the email again, they just took my name off of it. I had to email the owner directly and referenced the HIPAA violation In order to get any kind of accountability or response. Additionally, all, but like one of their injectors has left and they are refusing to refund money for pre-bought services. I do not recommend this place and would never spend my money here.

The newly renovated place is stunning and a must-see, Kayla has been my go-to for all my services, and I’m excited to see Jackie soon for some skin love in the colder months! Love love LOVE! I’ve been searching for a new injector ever since I moved to Virginia and I finally found my place! Kayla was so sweet and extremely meticulous and skilled while doing my filler and Botox. They look amazing and I can’t wait to come back and finish my facial rebalancing! I have seen Kayla 3 separate times for 2 different services. All 3 times have been such amazing experiences! She listened carefully to my concerns and what results I was hoping for, gave me a thorough consultation and recommendations to achieve them. My lip injections turned out exactly as I wanted, natural but full and less “sad”. My Botox is always amazing, and looks like me, but….better! I always feel refreshed and more like myself after a visit with Kayla, and I recommend her and The Injectory every chance I get!

Kayla is the absolute BEST! She has done lip filler, dysport, and Sculptra on me. She also is currently giving me semiglutide shots which have made such a difference in my weight loss journey. She is very knowledgeable and so personable. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me. If you are looking for any of these services I highly suggest Kayla!
