I had the best experience with my highlights and cut! Darby was my color expert and stylist and did an AMAZING job! Not only did she have a wonderful personality and put me at ease instantly, but her attention to detail and careful execution of giving me exactly what I wanted was masterful! I’m so excited I found Darby, and now I am looking forward to my future color and styles!! Thank you so much Darby!!!

Unfortunately the salon is just not reliable for getting an appointment and actually having it be followed through. The two times that I've had my haircut. The service has been great. However, I've had two experiences where I've arrived for my appointment and nobody's been there. And outside of those experiences, I've had at least three appointments canceled/ rescheduled and it's just really hard to get an appointment that works for my schedule and have them follow through. So unfortunately, despite the good service, it's time to find a new salon for me.

I got an "ok" haircut but it wasn't what i asked for or what i wanted and i had a photo. It was a realistic request for my hair type and length. so disappointing. now i have to let it grow out so i can hopefully find someone who can give me what i wanted. I feel so unattractive like i got a "mom" haircut that was not flattering.I can't even put it in a ponytail which was what i need for work. my daughter got a great haircut and highlights from a different stylist .she looks beautiful and got what she asked for. I wish i had a great experience and left feeling good like the other reviews stated but, my experience was disorganized, not relaxing and just ok. I wont be going back especially for an "ok" $65.00 haircut and partial haphazard still damp blow out.

I went to Katwalk for the first time and I’ll definitely be going back. Chris was my hairdresser and he was amazing. I love the cut and style he gave me. He was very professional and friendly as well as a very skilled hair stylist. Thank you Chris 😊👍🏻.

My hair is extremely long, And Claudia (Bunnie) did absolutely beautiful work on my hair!!!! It’s everything I wanted and way more!!!! My hair feel so soft too after all the bleaching and coloring ❤️ if she’s not coloring your hair your living life wrong. 🤣

Chris was fantastic! He nailed the color I wanted for my hair- dark brown/burgundy and gave me the cutest hair cut. Definitely a great stylist who really cares and takes pride in his work, would recommend!

First time today...I went in with orange brassy hair! I honestly did not think it could be fixed! Chris totally transformed my hair into a beautiful soft brunette color with natural looking blonde highlights. I’m so in love!! Y’all ask for Chris! Not to mention he gave me an excellent haircut to fit my natural wavy hair! Perfect 👌 He’s my go too from now on!

I asked for half an inch off due to split ends. I had hair to the small of my back and left with half my hair chopped off... It’s so short! I explained to Chris PRIOR, I did not want to lose my length and I spent years to get it this long! I am so unhappy looking at my hair everyday. I still have split ends and layers are off. I am devastated.

I bought a groupon for deep conditioning, cut, and blowout. They fit me in that same week. My stylist was Christian "Chris" and he was amazing! He took his time and was very friendly. I absolutely loved how my hair came out. Highly recommend him!!

I hadn’t visited a hair stylist for over a year because of the pandemic. Chris took time to ask about my hair and my preferences. He then explained his suggestions before washing, conditioning, blow drying, and cutting my hair. I just love the results and left feeling great. I look forward to next time.

The salon was very nice and clean however my haircut was not. I walked in, showed a picture to the stylist I was scheduled with (Chris) of what I was wanting and informed him that I wanted my cut at shoulder length. I walked out with my hair way shorter than shoulder length. I am not one to complain and make a scene so I left completely disappointed with my cut. After I left I returned to see if he could fix an area of my hair that looked choppy but all he did was make it worse. ( I wanted to cry) They also charged an extra $20 on top of the Groupon I purchased even after having me there for like 2 hrs for a haircut and walking out not happy. I was there from 11AM-2PM. I definitely did not get a "master" stylist haircut. now I'll have to wait for my hair to grow out evenly now that my hair is super stacked in the back (what I requested not to do)

The woman who does waxing did my brows. She was amazing. I ALWAYS welt and react to waxing. Not with her! Gental hand and took her time to shape exactly what I wanted.

They cost so much yet their quality of work is so bad. Then they try to charge again to fix their own mistakes and make excuses for why the hair came out that way. Pretty bad customer service, I wonder if these reviews are just friends of theirs putting them up.

Rebecca is the best and so her daughter. She explained and educate me about what I am having and what the product will do to my hair. Her place might not look that much from the outside because of all the construction going on but when you get inside, she did pretty good with the place. Clean, calm, and the clients have their privacy. It was my 1st time bleaching my hair and she uses one of the best products i guess coz my hair was soaked for hours and it didnt break or damage the strands of my hair. She takes her time to study the products she’s using and analyze. I had a great experience even just by chatting.

This location is always clean! Inside you will find a group of highly trained professionals. Hair, nails, body contour etc. Great job everyone at the Katwalk! Thanks Melissa Cortez is a very finely tuned hair dresser:) thanks for keeping me looking as I should on a weekly basis!
