I had gone in to the massage with a headache that had been lasting for a few days. My therapist really worked on my neck, head and shoulders and was able to give me some relief.

A one hour relaxation massage at the Knotstop was a delight. I though Phil did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a great massage experience. The entire staff and setting are so welcoming as well.

Knotstop is an oasis in the middle of Bankers Hill, San Diego, providing various types of professional body treatments in a tranquil environment. I have so far had massage from 3 different therapists, all of who listened carefully to my needs and treated my body accordingly. Making appointments is easy and staff at the front desk is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Knotshop to those who look for expert body treatments or simply a relaxed time.

Renee is amazing and has helped release my chronic tension from a car accident years ago. I’ve been going to her for over a year and during that time her service has been consistent and she’s worked with me every session to progress my healing process. I’ve never had more relief than with her from a muscle relief therapy massage. Her energy is great and makes you feel super comfortable. Highly recommend!

I’ve had countless massages over the years, but none have come close to the experience I’ve had with Mateo. He is truly amazing and has now become my go-to therapist, something I’ve never had before. Mateo’s energy is incredible, and his technique is outstanding. He strikes the perfect balance, providing enough pressure to make it feel like a deeply therapeutic massage without ever going overboard. I genuinely look forward to my sessions with him and can confidently say I’ll keep coming back because of the exceptional care he provides. Highly recommend!
