I had the absolute best experience here. From the call to make the appointment to checkout, I couldn't be happier. Bill is so knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. Beyond happy with my decision to book an appointment with Bill at this location! Making the appt itself was super quick and easy. Abby was such a great help and very friendly. She sent clear instructions on how to find the office and sent me a confirmation text a few days before my appt. When I arrived Abby and Bill were both there and were professional and kind. Their phone was ringing off the hook so I know they have a booming business. Bill was beyond patient and took his time listening to my past experiences with fillers in NY and bounced different ideas off of me and explained in detail how he could address my concerns. He even went as far as come up with a game plan that would in the end save me money. That right there is professionalism and integrity at its finest. I never felt rushed or dismissed. My filler and Botox didn’t hurt at all. I barely felt anything at all in my lips which has never happened. Whatever numbing cream he uses it magic! I’m looking forward to going back and happy I found someone I could trust with my face and my ego. Thank you again for everything!

Bill at the Laser Lounge was so nice and professional! He made me feel comfortable throughout my whole appointment and took his time to stop and fan me when I felt dizzy. The consultation was thorough and I left with exactly what I wanted. Would recommend!

I have been going and will continue to go to the Laser Lounge in Ft Myers at the Verandah Shoppes in the Publix Plaza just east of I 75 off Palm Beach Blvd. Billy and the staff are wonderful people. From the initial phone call to the lounge visit. Billy and the staff make you feel like you are part of the family. Very professional and courteous. I ask questions and they always are answered. I ask for the latest appointment of the day due to my work schedule and it is provided. I would highly recommend that you give them a call, if you have a question about any service, just call and all you will be glad you did. Treat yourself to a rewarding experience, you will look and feel wonderful, you deserve it.:)

I'm from out of state visiting my family. Right before I came I had similar work done but felt something was missing. So I Googled and found Laser Lounge Spa🙌 I was greeted by a very nice, helpful and informative young lady by phone. Literally made this process instantly easier. Not to mention they were able to accommodate my limited schedule. Met with Bill and he was amazing. He greeted me with southern hospitality and expert knowledge. I am so happy to have found Bill! I had Botox done recently at a Botox party and I was very nervous. Bill made me fell very much at ease and answered all of my questions! A big plus too, he has a great sense of humor! Thank you Bill! I'll defitinly be back. 😃 😃

I have done the sclerotherapy treatment a couple of times before, so I know what to expect. After the slight bruising (which is normal) is gone you can see results. Not this time. After going to "The Laser Lounge," in the Verandah shops plaza, I did not see any difference, whatsoever. I am starting to think they did not use any of the solution which I paid for. I really feel like I just threw my money away. Go to someone that is more reputable. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I put one star because that is the only way they will let you post anything.

I heard about The Laser Lounge from a friend. She said Bill was patient and took the time to listen to her concerns. I decided to give them a try. Bill and Jenny were so kind and welcoming. Jenny went out of her way to make me feel pampered. Once I was in with Bill everything my girlfriend said was true. He addressed all my concerns and put me at ease. I also talked with Mariah, the facial girl who was just as kind.

I love, love , love the Verandah Laser Lounge Spa! The staff are very kind and helpful and they go out of their way to make your experience comfortable. Bill and Jeni are very welcoming and positive. I came in for laser hair removal. A girl named Paris did the procedure and she was reassuring. I was nervous at first; but, she made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend the Laser Lounge Spa at the Verandah!

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. She wanted laser hair removal and then decided to try botox for the first time. Paris, the laser tech was very sweet. Bill was nice and helped walk my girlfriend through her first round of botox. She loved the results.

The Laser Lounge in Fort Myers is a pleasure. The young awesome couple that run it are just amazing. I had an great experience and will be staying with them forever. This is such a personal experience and i am so glad i found them! You have to experience this for yourself and you will not be sorry.
