Nelle is AMAZING! She is always open when I need her or fits me in and I am never dissatisfied with her perfect work. She does my lip fillers, lashes and brows and I even go to her for my full faces when needed. She NEVER disappoints. I HIGHLY recommend her for your beauty needs!!!

This last bar is one of the best lash bars here in Jacksonville clean and fast service as for Nelle she is reliable accountable, fast, personable, and she has great customer service. I definitely recommend to go try it out !!

I normally go to my nail salon to get my eyebrows tinted faithful every week…. But then I found this spot and it was beyond Amazing, clean & very professional. I love love LOVE my eyebrows that Janell did.(I hope I have her name correct) . I’m about to write a book because I love my brows that much….wish I could have tipped her $100 or I swear I would have!!!! My boyfriend broke my mirror cause I couldn’t stop looking at the GREAT JOB she did!!!!! Okay I’m done.😊😊👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️ Worth the wait time!!!

Came in for a shaping and a tint.was extremely happy with the results!!!BUT I paid for the tint that lasts two weeks and I kid you not I was very surprised when I took a shower and didn’t even fully wet my face and it started to come off half of my brow was off

Emily and Nelle are professional and both know what they are doing. The shop is professional clean and quiet. Now you will wait but it’s well worth it I typically just go on a day I have open agenda sign in and wait for a call back. I have followed Emily since she was on the Northside at the hair store so I was hesitant to move over to Nelle but I allowed her to do my brows and haven’t been back to Emily chair since lol, saying that to say Nelle is just as on point as Emily. Thanks ladies and may you continue to prosper!

OMG! I don't know where to start with these two Awesome Yung ladies! I had been going to Beauty Town for over 10 years getting my lashes and brows done. Over the years the place was changing along with staff. The customers were also, changing which made me feel uncomfortable. Over the years I'd witnessed fights, folks coming in stealing, all kinds of drama. I decided to take my business else where. I just happened to stop by Emely one morning. And, feel in love with the two Awesome Yung ladies. Their shop is Absolutely Beautiful. from the time u walk in there's a warm very friendly atmosphere. Nelle is my (girl) she listened to how I wanted my brows done and she did just what I wanted. Not, what she wanted. She's very patient and very respectful of her customers. No Drama in these Queens Palace! I love It! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Ladies. I love y'all
