Rikina is absolutely amazing! Her professionalism and honesty truly impressed me. During my brow shaping and tint appointment, I asked about microblading, and she advised I didn’t need it—showing she genuinely cares more about clients than profit. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and a joy to be around. From the first visit, we clicked like old friends, and I felt completely at ease. In less than a month, I’ve had two services, both of which turned out fantastic! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows or lashes. Highly recommend!

I go here for brows/lashes and love it so I booked a lower leg wax. Super nice gal, beautifully space. Said I needed a soft wax because of the texture of my hair. Added, she’ll make note for next time. Proceeded to use whatever she was using (not soft) and had to go over multiple times. Put a finishing lotion on top continue removing the leftover wax. It wasn’t until I got home that night and saw the bruising and leftover wax that I realize what had happened. I paid a healthy tip because I didn’t really see , she spent an hour on me and I assumed it was extra thorough. She started it usually took her 15 minutes, which is usually what it takes for me at European Wax.

I had a Lash Tint & Lift and Brows laminated and Rickina was amazing. I wasn’t sure what service I wanted for my brows and she gave me the best advice, didn’t upsell me and listened to help me get the natural look I was after. I’ll be going back for sure. We also had great chats and laughs which I loved. Highly recommend!

Went for eyebrow lamination/nanoblading. Rickina was amazing from the consultation to the actual appointment. She was super informative and thorough. Incredibly friendly and professional. This was my first time getting my brows done and she made sure I was comfortable with the results throughout the procedure. I look forward to coming back for my touch up and for future brow treatments. Thanks so much Rickina.

I didn't get my service today and I want my money back!! I came on time at 1 pm on Holland rd, but that's wrong address, nobody let me know you have another address on Lynnhaven rd. I came on right address and salon was closed. What is going on???? I want to put trust reviews about your work. Your cell phone not response . How I could return my money????

Rickina is awesome! My brows have been fading away for years. I wanted natural- looking brows to how they once were. She took into consideration my face and arch to customize my brows. She walked me through the steps and design. I got my natural brows back! Some days I don’t even think about putting my on makeup! Thanks Rickina!

I had brow microblading about 3 weeks ago, but didn't want to post until I had a chance to see how the procedure turned out. I am sooo happy with the results and I am truly glad that I took the plunge. Rikkina did my brows. She is very personable, kind, funny, and above all professional. Her space was clean and well-organized. I have booked a touch-up appointment to get a scar area tweaked. We knew from the initial consultation that it would be a possibility. I know that Rikkina will make it perfect! 5 STARS PLUS!!!

Rickina did an amazing job on my lash lifr and tint!! My lashes never looked so good. The process was not uncomfortable even in the slightest and she was a joy to converse with during the process. I will definitely be back and refer others!!

I’m going for my third appointment at Lash CEO For a brow lamination and lash lift. The very first time I came here and Rickina is super friendly and made me feel super comfortable, I actually think I feel asleep I was so relaxed haha and I felt very confident walking out. I liked the results so much - I came back for a second time and now this is my third. It’s a bit expensive but similar prices to other salons who offer the same service. Highly recommend!

This review is for my experience with nano brows/microblading services at the Lash CEO: I ultimately trusted the Lash CEO as a result of much online research and consumer reviews. Permanent makeup is a big commitment that requires a cautious informed decision and I am happy to say I made the right choice trusting the Lash CEO with my brows! Initial appointment was with Noriko and perfecting appointment was with Rickina. Rickina is a true professional who communicated and executed my input in an efficient and artistic way. I LOVE my brows! Key to getting what you want is to have as clear an idea as possible about your goals and photos of brows you like versus what you do not like. I did not do this before my first appointment but wish I did so I could have been more efficient. Communication of your vision for your end result is essential to your overall satisfaction. (Examples- brow shape, color, natural vs bold look, etc). Also, expect an initial visit and subsequent 6-8 wk perfecting appointment before you know what your brows will look like. The initial appointment lays the foundation, but you must be patient as the follow up is essential to the final result. If you are considering microblading/nanobrow services, you will be in skilled hands at Lash CEO!

Beautiful place to lay your head and be transformed. There's nothing like waking in the morning to fully loaded brows. No more gaping bald spots or missing tails. My eyebrows are back to "the good ole days."
