I’m very been here a few times, always with a different tech because I go with whoever’s available. No more! Today my lashes were done by Dipa and they came out sooo good that I’ll always book her from now on. The salon has great atmosphere and is clean and chic.

This place provides a good lash lift. My only complaint is that the technicians don’t wear gloves. I find that to be really strange since they’re touching your eyes and wearing gloves wouldn’t make it difficult for them to preform their service. They say “Oh we wash our hands before and after that’s why we don’t wear them.” That doesn’t get rid of the natural oils on someone’s hands that are now on your eyes and wherever else they rest their hands on your face during the service. Also, during the lash lift you have several long periods where you lay and let the product sit. I could hear my lash tech on her phone, which we all know phones are super dirty. Then she goes back to touching my eyes with her bare hands. I would find this service much more professional if they took that extra step to be more clean.

I had the most amazing 2nd experience at the Lash Loft in Flatiron. Dipa did my lashes even better than the photo I showed her for inspiration. The last time I got lashes done here, they lasted ~6 weeks!! I will absolutely be back for future visits and will recommend the services to my friends.

Meredith does a PERFECT lash lift. I have had some shitty experiences in nyc (overcurled with the old foam rollers, or lower lashes getting curled up) and this place is legit! pics are immediately following the appointment. This will be my new go to spot!

I am kind of new to the lash game and I was so happy with the experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, as well as the lash tech, who handled me with great care. The ambiance was also quite relaxing that I even fell asleep during the service lol.

My lashes have never looked better! I would recommend Paola or Aja for the lash extensions since my lashes tend to last more when they do the service (almost the whole month!). At 3 weeks I still have lashes (note: I wash them every day as instructed with the lash shampoo sold there and sleep on my back to avoid ruining them). I also purchased the Volume Mascara to refill at 3.5 weeks for a weeding and I looked stunning. Overall I am a happy customer. THANK YOU GALS!

In two words LOVED IT! Not big into the whole beauty scene but I do luv some eyelashes lol. I, like most, have tried doing the "at home" lashes; you know the ones that you buy in CVS and that was a DISASTER so I was a little freaked out about spending a little money at the salon to get them professionally done. I have to say, boy was it worth it!. The staff was really nice and professional and I didn't have to sell any vital organs to pay for them. They took great care of me from start to finish and most importantly my lashes look AMAZING!! Great people and even better job..

Me and my daughter came in and they treated us both so well! We both had Thomas I believe and did our brows, my daughter convinced me, and they came out perfect. They look so good, I feel like I do not need to do my eyebrows anymore when getting ready !

While visiting New York, I got my brows done at The Lash Loft. Thomas did and an amazing job. Omg from the moment I walked in the store the ambience completely took me! I felt fully immersed in the most lush little place , I am a very visually sensitive person so environment is everything to me . And when I walked in I just from start to finish felt so comfortable, loved , and cared for and it place itself was stunning.
