My experience at this establishment was extremely stressful and disappointing. I booked an appointment online, drawn in by their $99 first-time customer deal. At checkout, the total clearly stated $99, and I paid in full at that time. Nowhere during the booking process was I informed of an additional $75 charge for a "master" or "senior" stylist. This information was only mentioned in the confirmation email—buried deep in the text—after I had already paid. After my lash appointment, I went to the front desk to finalize payment and tip the artist, only to be told that I owed an additional $75. I was completely caught off guard, as the charge had never been disclosed before or during the checkout process. I even checked my confirmation texts and emails, none of which mentioned that I had agreed to this extra fee. When I questioned the charge, the front desk employee insisted it was their policy. I asked why this wasn’t stated before I booked or paid, but instead was hidden in an email after the fact. Rather than addressing the issue, she put me on the phone with the owner, Michael. Instead of acknowledging the misleading pricing, he insulted me, suggesting that the issue was my inability to afford the charge rather than their failure to be transparent. I didn’t bring an extra $75—I had only budgeted for the stated price plus a tip. I pleaded with them to allow me to pay what was originally promised. Michael then showed up in person and continued to belittle me, insisting that I was being unreasonable for expecting clear pricing. As I became more distressed, he even threatened to call the police and press charges for "shoplifting," despite my willingness to pay the originally stated amount. After nearly 40 minutes of stress, waiting for someone to send me the extra money, I pleaded once more, and Michael finally agreed to accept the $99 as initially advertised. By that point, I was emotionally drained, shaking, and in tears. This experience left me deeply unsettled. I strongly suspect that the unclear pricing structure is a deliberate tactic to manipulate customers into paying more than they initially agreed to. This encounter ruined my entire day, and I still feel upset about how I was treated. I have included screenshots of what it will tell you at checkout despite clicking any difference between the lash artists. I have also included a screen recording of my email that I got showing that it never stated that I was paying for this $75 extra charge because of the artist I chose. However, it does say in the giant sea of text in one small area at the bottom that a master stylist is an extra $75. This would've been fine if I was made aware BEFORE paying and going to the place a month after booking the appointment.

Such an amazing service all around here! The place is soo so clean and inviting. The girls up front are so accommodating and Mya my lash tech was the sweetest ever. She gave me more options then I’ve ever been given in my ten year history of getting my lashes done and honestly that stood out to me so much. She was so kind, the perfect amount of talkative and my lashes turned out so beautiful. Thank you so much Mya! ❤️✨

The owner, Michael, was my first point of contact and was the perfect host as I received the red carpet treatment from reception staff, Jami and Faizah, and the utmost care and consultation from my stylist, Mayra. I love the results and will return.
