I had an amazing experience getting a lash lift and tint with Brittany! She was incredibly gentle—I barely even felt her working on my lashes, which was a huge difference from past experiences. The space was quiet and relaxing, with a comfy bed and blankets available if I got chilly. My lashes turned out perfect—the lift is just right, and the brown tint gives them a beautiful, natural look. I couldn’t be happier!

I was disappointed with my service as my lashes barely lifted, despite following all aftercare instructions, including keeping them dry for over 24 hours. Now, just a short time later, they’re almost completely flat. On top of that, at checkout, the technician overcharged me by $52, even though I had already paid in full. Overall, an underwhelming experience with both the service and billing.

I had a great experience here, everyone was super nice and accommodating. It was my first time getting lash extensions and my tech, Emily, explained everything so thoroughly! I can't wait to go back for fills and try different styles!

Many people will say that getting lashes is addicting….well, I believe it to be a necessity!!!! Lash Lounge is an amazing place to relax and let them work their magic. Madison is the absolute best, I just told her how I wanted them to look without any pictures ready and she did them perfectly. And to top it all off, the deal is so good that I will be getting a membership!!!

Brittany was absolutely amazing! I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to treat myself before baby arrives. The ladies at The Lash Lounge were very accommodating! I needed a few sit up breaks and got warm, which was met with water, a cool down cloth, and reassurance on the needed breaks. I highly recommend! Plus my lashed and eyebrows look amazing!!

Cris in Fort Worth was fantastic! She is excellent in her craft and comforting throughout the threading process. Zenobia, the manager, runs a top business. Everyone (employees and clients alike) were friendly. I could not ask for a better experience.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received at The Lash Lounge. Zenovia, the manager was superb. She actively listened to the look I wanted to achieve, and gave her expert recommendation. Taylor, lash tech, executed the assignment perfectly. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to my comfort during my lash installation. I recommend the establishment.

I've been hesitant to do lashes because I was worried they'd be too much for me. But I'm in love!!! They have a natural looking option called "classic" and I just feel so beautiful! Natural and beautiful!

So, I didn't have the best experience with the first technician I encountered here HOWEVER, I communicated my unhappiness with manager Zenobia and she was so professional! She took my feedback and made it right by fixing my eyelashes the next day , free of charge, and she provided me with a discount for a future service. The two Taylors, Taylor S and Taylor P, were lovely as well in their roles as receptionist and technician- I'm sorry to say, I can't remember which is which! Anyways, I know that mistakes happen and the main thing is how a company handles them. I'm happy with how this was handled and will be returning!

If you could give 100 stars, I would. I had a lash disaster and I'm getting married in a week and have no extra time at all in the next week. I called this place and this beautiful soul heard the distress in my voice, got me in right away and gave me a hug to calm me down. The lash technician Cris was amazing, and let me ramble on through my anxiety lol but she did an amazing job. I love these ladies so much. They listened to me ramble. The love and the respect I have for this place. The facility was clean and the technicians were very knowledgeable.

Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile & friendly banter. I went in today for a lash lift & tint along with a brow tint & threading.
