Update: All of my lashes fell off in one week (literally, there may be one or two on each eye). This is the worst quality I’ve ever gotten at a lash tech having lived in both NYC and ATL. I just moved to LA and needed a lash tech. I decided to try out Lash Lounge as I tried it in another city and I enjoyed the quality. I’m writing this review after my third visit. My first visit went well, but shortly after, nearly three days later most of my lashes had fallen off. I contacted the company in regard to this and they offered to redo the lashes for free. This time I upgraded to hybrid and the lash extensions held up well this time. I decided to come for a refill, this time I decided to upgrade to volume vs hybrid as I would like the lashes to be thicker. After the service was completed, there was literally a lash falling off before I left the table. She fixed the lash, I didn’t make a big deal about it. But I thought the lashes that she did looked exactly the same density as the hybrid lashes that I got before vs. volume. I confirmed with her that they were volume - I however don’t believe these are volume. Now 5 days after I got a fill, most of the lashes are nearly gone and this is after I asked the technician to put extra glue. I didn’t want to complain publicly but given the repeat service quality it makes sense to share.

I've been a member here for a while, having switched from a Lash Lounge in Walnut Creek. Overall, the service is great, and my lashes always look fantastic. The front desk is kind and friendly. The stylists are too. However, I've noticed a recurring issue with appointment times being changed every time I book. I understand that scheduling can be tricky, having worked in a hair salon. I always looked past the frequent changes so long as my lashes came out good and there was communication. Now just days before my next appointment, I was got an email that the time was changed to one that no longer works for me. What frustrated me was that I wasn’t informed at all and I was not asked if the new time would work for me. If I were told or asked I could have planned accordingly or something. I do plan my appointments ahead of time, setting aside the necessary time in my schedule to attend. I did cancel my membership before hand for my own personal reasons but I had planned on returning. I understand that there’s new management/owners, and improvements are still being made. However, it's disappointing that the issues with appointment scheduling continue. As a professional service, appointments should respect customers' time and availability, and changes should be communicated. At the very least, that's what I would expect. These things can always improve of course. They actually were getting better and I was always happy with their work enough to look past it lol.

First time getting my brows threaded and Anita was great. She asked what I wanted, work efficiently and great customer service. My brows look great and even better than they were when I usually get them waxed. I will definitely be back.

I was traveling in LA for work and was able to work a lash session in because they have after work hours. From scheduling to getting direction to waiting for my appointment to the actual session the experience was top notch!! All staff were super friendly. Victory did my lashes - she was personable and professional. The whole session was comfortable and my lashes they feel so natural even after ten days. Thanks Lash Lounge Ladera!! I’ll be back next time I’m in LA.

Smf. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The customer service and business practice are questionable. It's your advertised online booking service, therefore, YOU NEED TO HONOR THE EMAILED CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. My time is valuable, you played with my time.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been looking for quality service and reasonable prices and that is definitely what I found at The Lash Lounge in Ladera. The staff is amazing as well. Erica makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. And the rest of the staff is just as amazing. My lashes have never looked this good. I highly recommend The Lash Lounge for your next eyelash appointment.

I hoped to find an eyelash studio that was close to my place and offered easy scheduling. Lash Lounge is a franchise so I was stoked that I could easily schedule appointments in different cities so I signed up for a membership. Firstly the front desk girls here are awesome and so on it and kind. The stylists are hit or miss. Some are very good and others not so much. This was OK for $100-$150/month for hybrids + tip everytime as I paid for convenience of easy bookings. I felt it started off well, but some of the girls were better than others so there was inconsistencies. Initially it was wonderful and the girls did a great job but within the past two months there’s been some lack of consistency. I had gone in for hybrid fills and was left with very sparse lashes that would last less than 2 weeks as they started to fall off upon leaving the studio. When I went to the Laguna and Manhattan Beach locations they looked a lot fuller and lasted longer. My main frustration here is that the staff was extremely flakey. I had been cancelled on 3 times by 3 different stylists. Then when I finally came in with some weeks of delay I was charged a full set price for not having enough lashes because I had been cancelled on before and my fill turned into a full set which was then more money. I have to plan my appointments ahead of time and make time for these. On one instance, I’d shown up on time and after 10 minutes of waiting was told that the stylist couldn’t come in. The other 2 times, I would get called 15 minutes as I’m driving to my appointment saying the stylist couldn’t come in due to one reason or another. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I’m not sure what is happening with their staffing, but there seems to be some staffing issues with the last minute cancellations of their stylists. The last minute switches repeatedly plus the lack of consistent quality made me cancel my membership at this location specifically. The Manhattan beach and Laguna locations have been good tho. It was frustrating that I was not getting the quality and service that I was paying for and the inconsistency of the staffing operations here was extremely disappointing as this was a place that had good potential.

Horrible experience my right lash was stuck together. Also, it’s super loud in there . I couldn’t relax . Her hands were so heavy I told her to stop . I paid and walked out my husband suggested I stop the charge once he seen my eye . So sad bc it’s so close to my house very unfortunate experience. Ladrea Lash Louge!!! ********* update ***** YOU need to REVIEW your camera I wore exactly what I was suppose to wear. She was fresh out of lash school and it showed or no school at all .. I been lashing for 30 years I DID NOT REFUSE ANYTHING THIS IS WHY ALL CHARGES ARE CANCELED 😡 REVIEW YOUR CAMERA 🎥 final update : bank refunded my $64 I work too hard for nonsense

Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the shop was so cozy and clean! My eyelash Technician, Keshia Marie was professional, knowledgeable and a sweetheart! She explained everything that she was doing as she was doing it! Answered all my questions and took the very best care of me throughout my appointment. I will most assuredly recommend The Lash Lounge in Ladera Heights to anyone that's interest in eyelash extensions and eyebrow care 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I dont like the results, she came in late, I waited for 30 mins, she took her own sweet time, It was almost 3 hours, when I told her the lash didnt look full at all, she gaslighted me by saying that is the MAX I can do. I was so dissapointed. I never leave bad review. But this one I had no choice.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 months (twice a month). The front desk staff always greets everyone with a warm welcome :) I almost gave up on getting lashes because I’m sensitive to the glue and everywhere else overloaded my lashes with too much glue…but I gave The Lash Lounge a try and they listened to my needs - and now I’m a member here! My new lash artist (Morgan) is amazing! My lashes look great! There’s plenty of parking available too.

Just updating my review: The location and staff is exceptional. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. It's a wonderful environment and I enjoy getting my lashes done there. Bonus points is my lashes are flawless. They're exactly what I wanted and asked for. Kayla took the time to listen to my wants and needs. She gave me her suggestions. I could t be more pleased. The turned out exactly how I pictured them in my mind. I’m so happy. I got the classic lashes and it’s the look I’ve been wanting.

So I was so scared walking into this appointment today because I never do anything other than wax, my eyebrows like literally but today I decided to try an eyebrow tint and I love it. Morgan was my eyebrow technician and she was awesome. When I first walked in we had a consultation about what I wanted and what I was looking for and I couldn’t even tell her what I wanted, or what I was looking for due to the fact of, I never had a eyebrow tint before. It was very sad. The place is very cute. It’s actually beautiful like from the decorations to the staff. They’re all very nice and friendly. They offer less services also and some other services you guys should really check out this place it’s in the heart of Ladera Heights the black Beverly Hillsand ask for Morgan
