Nice staff, great ambiance. That is why it is a two star. Threading completely fail - the person who did the threading really tried hard and was sweet, but she just did not really know how to thread. The business has to assure consistency and all staff needs to practice thoroughly.

I absolutely adore this place! Maddie is truly amazing when it comes to doing lashes. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, which really helps put you at ease. You can tell she really knows her stuff, and the prices are very reasonable too. It’s such a comforting experience!

I’ve been to lash lounge a few times for eyebrow threading. When a place, Idolize Brows, opened up next to where I live, I jumped at the chance to try them because of convenience. After trying them twice, I came back to lash lounge because of their customer service, attention to detail, relaxed atmosphere, but most importantly significantly less pain. I will definitely stick to coming in to Lash Lounge for an eyebrow refresher! This place is well worth it, and the staff is so friendly. Today, I had Brook. She was absolutely amazing! Thank you to all of the staff at Lash Lounge at O-Town West. I’ll be back!

Brook was amazing! Very kind and informative about the process. I had brow threading and tinting. I’m new to threading but she did a fantastic job and matched the tint color perfectly! The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Will be coming back.

Super cute space! Madi was my stylist who did my lash lift and she explained every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and was personable! Definitely recommend The Lash Lounge to anybody looking for brow or lash services! :)

Amazing experience!! Brook at the front is so sweet & the location is BEAUTIFUL & clean inside. So welcoming! Tiffany was awesome! I fell asleep on her like 3x! She was so informative and explained every detail I needed to know since it was my first time. I absolutely loved it & highly recommend!

First time doing threading and brow tinting and everything went great and I’m so happy with how my brows turned out Madi did an amazing job explaining every step and was super patient with me and somehow made my very sparse brows look like incredible This location is very pretty, the beds were so comfy and the girls at reception were super nice too

I highly recommend the Lash Lounge! I’ve gotten eyebrow threading, eyebrow and lash tinting, and lash lifts here, all have come out beautifully and lasted for weeks. All of the staff are very professional and kind, and walk through the entire process (or let you take a nap 😉).

OMG this is my 1st time at lash lounge and my experience was overall amazing!!! Joslyn was so passionate about making sure I was well taken care of, I was very iffy about getting my lashes done due to a previous bad experience elsewhere but decided to take a chance and go to an actual lash specialist and thank God I did!!! Book with Joslyn I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The Lash Lounge has a very calming vibe and they make sure you are very comfortable during your appointment. All the staff members are very nice and friendly. Madi was my lash tech and she made sure that my lashes were perfect for my eye shape and for what I was looking for. I highly recommend coming here!

From the moment I arrived, Joslyn was welcoming and professional. She took the time to discuss my preferences and explained the process thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills. She was knowledgeable and gave great consultation on the right type of lashes for me. The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a pampering session.
