Editing this review to reflect 2024 experiences. I have been getting my lashes done by Mahsa for the past few months (Sept-Nov) and I can say that she has superseded my expectations. She knows exactly what works best for my eyes and keeps the lashes not too overwhelming. I highly recommend going to Mahsa if she is available :)

I’ve been very happy with my experiences here. The first time around, I didn’t have an outcome I was comfortable with (happens, something was lost in communication, this was my first time getting lashes done) and Sydney at the front desk helped me get set up again and getting it fixed to make sure I was happy. I’ve been seeing Olivia after that, who, despite being newer to the field does a fantastic job! She is knowledgeable, meticulous with her work and I’m always happy with my outcome. I also like that there are so many options. Need a full fill? A half fill? Few extra lashes this time around? Something more dramatic for an event? They are great at catering to that. I’d recommend giving them a shot if you’re considering trying lashes for the first time or looking for a new place to go.

Liliya is the best! My lashes always look amazing and stay on really well even with swimming. Been getting refills with her and wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

The salon is beautiful, bright, and serene. I received a lash lift and a lash & brow tint and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mahsa did a fantastic job! She was gentle and took very good care of my lashes and brows. Highly recommended!

The technician was great! She listened to me & communicated well. The front desk receptionist was really kind and welcoming! She helped me join and gave me a great deal! Wonderful experience !

Very clean salon, calm atmosphere. Olivia took her time to ask questions about what I was expecting and how I wanted my lashes to look. At the end they looked very nice, I don’t even have to wear eye liner right now because my lashes make my eye look bigger and open. Thank you Olivia

This was my 2nd time getting lashes. The first time was somewhere else, and my lashes were basically gone within a week... I came to lash lounge this time... A week in and my lashes still look good 😊 They are very informative. They welcome all your questions you have. They make sure you're comfortable during the session. Highly recommend the Bethany location ❤️

Have been going to Jaime for a couple months now for lash tent and brow tent. Loved the service that they provide.**** BEWARE...they have a 24 hour cancelation policy and they will charge you if you can't make your appoitment. I have 2 kids under the age of 4, which life happens and kids are sick. I have never cancelled before and was extremely disappointed to receive a text (not a call)...tried to call no answer to let me know that they are charging my card after I called to cancel this morning due to my entire family have a stomach bug that came on at 2am last night. Again...life. So to others who are not aware BEWARE when scheduling!! They do not accommodate at all which is sad. I will be going elsewhere.

I received lash extensions and brow lamination. No issues with the lashes, I am actually happy with how those turned out - but my brows - they look awful. They make me so so sad and I absolutely regret the decision to try lamination. I have naturally thick eyebrows and was just looking for them to stay in place so that I wouldn't have to use clear brow gel to lock them in. I explained that I had never done brow lamination and that I was extremely nervous as I prefer a natural look and am not a fan of over plucking. The result: extremely thin, over plucked eyebrows. Reminds me of my 90s eyebrows that I loathe and took years to grow back. For now, it looks like I'll have to fill them in daily and just hope they grow back in time. Just a cautionary tale for those thinking about this option.

Lost 75% of the lashes in less than 5-6 days. They won’t last you a whole week 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Rachael is fabulous! I go in for a lash lift every 2 months, I’ve been doing that for around 2 years now. Her work is always top quality & consistent. I love my lash lifts! She is knowledgeable, gentle , and takes the time needed to deliver the best results. I always know that I'm in good hands.

Rachel was very nice and patient but unfortunately I was not happy with my eyelashes. I want them to look natural but nice and even and they did look a bit natural but not evenly around my eyes and also one eye looked different than the other. Also on my right eye less lashes and some got twisted after 2 days. Was the first time I get this done and not happy at all with the result. I asked her why one eye was more fuller and nicer than the other and she said because I had some baby eyelashes and can't put the extensions on those. (Then why even try to put extensions if that is the reason you need them? 🤔 Is been 5 days and already started failing off. No happy. Loose of money 💰

I got a lash lift and tint by Jackie today! I was warmly welcomed by Blake up front and after filling out some brief paperwork, Jackie brought me back right away to do my lashes. She let me know what was happening every step of the process and was so kind! The finished product, oh my! My lashes have never looked better. I got my lashes lifted and tinted with black tint. It looks like I have a beautiful layer of mascara on! Such a confidence booster. I am so happy with the final product and the experience overall.

Jackie was criticizing and complaining about my lashes for being too short the whole time and then force me to buy product. After that I just didn't feel comfortable. And also during the lash extensions process I can feel the chemical on my left eye under my eyelids. I thought it was fine until the next morning it got really red and irritated. Today on the 12/14 is still very infected and red and I got it done on the 12/12.

Jackie, Rachael, and Cathy are so wonderful! I come to this spot in Bethany just for them. Costumer service is amazing. I accidentally forgot about my morning appointment, but they were so kind with moving my appointment later in the day. Jackie upgraded my eyelash quality to synthetic mink because I had a membership, and showed me more about all their products! Thank you so much!!! Can't wait to be back twice a month :)

Rory! She was amazing. The best lash tech I have ever had. I loved her. She slayed my lashes! I had never gotten mine done before, and Rory was so knowledgeable about the products and styles. She really worked with me until I felt comfortable. During the service she was funny and professional. They look so bomb, and Rory was a 10/10!
