Emily has been doing my lashes lately and I am in loveeeeee. The employees are all wonderful, and the salon is always clean. There are a ton of stylists too so if she’s ever too booked there’s always someone available which I love.

I was a member for several months but wasn't happy with how quickly my lashes were falling out, so I decided to cancel my membership. Because they have a 30-day notice policy, they still charged me for an entire month even though I wasn't interested in getting any more fills. I used the credit that I had left to get my mom a full set and a subsequent fill. The day of my mom's fill appointment, she woke up with one eyelid completely swollen and draining puss. She called the salon as soon as they opened to let them know that she was having a medical emergency with her eye and that she wouldn't be able to make her appointment later in the afternoon. She even texted them a photo of her swollen and draining eye, and also sent them a screenshot of the appointment confirmation to see her ophthalmologist later that day. She was told that the account would still be charged because they don't accept any reason for canceling within 24 hours. They told my mom that even if she was in a severe car accident she would still be charged. She asked for the owner to call her and they said the owner wouldn't be available for several weeks. I tried to call and text the salon to find out why they are charging when she gave them so many hours notice for a medical emergency. I also told him that I wanted to speak to the owner and I was told that the owner would call me in a few weeks. My mom called back to say that she no longer wanted to cancel her appointment, and she showed up at her appointment time with her swollen eye and they refused to do the fill on her (as we predicted ) but the point we were trying to make was that she still showed up for her appointment and that it was them that declined to do the fill on her. Even though she showed up to prove to them that it would be impossible to do the fill, they still charged me. A week or so later I received the attached text. So be warned, these people provide the lowest level of customer service.

The Lash Lounge is the best spot in town for lash extensions. The front desk is always professional, the shop is always clean, and the environment is sophisticated. Luna is such a great lash tech- listens to what you want and does an amazing job. My lashes always look great and natural.

The following is my personal opinion, based upon our experiences and the voicemails The Lash Lounge left to our family and their twice refusal to refund for a non-perfomed service as they were unable to keep the appointment that was requested. LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE PATRONIZING THIS MESS!!!!!!! We are not alone!!!! This place is an absolute mess with zero customer service understanding and borderline fraudulent business practices. When the technician was no longer available for her appointment, she received a scatter-brained voicemail asking her if this is ok, with the appointment time changing from 10:30 to 11:30 twice then back to 10:30 through the confused babble. My fiance did not want to continue due to their disorganization and inability to schedule her with her preferred technician. They charged her anyways. When she called, the lash lounge lied to her face (I checked her call logs to verify) and said they spoke to her about this and she approved the charge, even on her second call to fight the charge. Now we’ll happily do a chargeback and avoid this terrible facility at all costs, they will lie to your face to try to take your money when they can’t keep their commitments. ✌️ EDIT: I’m not going to post her name publicly, you already denied her a refund over the phone TWICE. No lies or misinformation of any kind has been spread, only opinions as stated. Added screenshot to show there was no actual appointment scheduled just a confused babble from “Kay” and to show we are actual customers. It’s $260 because you can’t organize your tech/people, it’s not fair to charge us. You denied twice, we’ve been refunded by the credit card company and have exported all voicemails for documentation. The fact that you made us do that all instead of just providing the refund for the non-existent service, shows what kind of person you really are.

The lash lounge is a very peaceful beautiful space. The staff was very friendly and organized. Luna did my lashes and brow tint. I love them! Very pretty and tastefully done. I highly recommend The Lash Lounge.

Came looking out the same. Lashes never lifted..stylist did it twice but she seemed lost and uncertain as well. Sounds and looks like a great place, but unfortunately I think I may have gotten someone still under training or something. A bit upset due to the price(payed for nothing)I appreciate her effort, but she should have done something

I have been here twice and Karely was my Lash Technician both times. She is great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Explains everything as she goes. Definitely recommend!

I was very nervous about getting my eyebrows threaded for the first time even though Sofia is still learning she made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job 10/10 highly recommend and definitely going again!

My daughter and I were in a car accident and had to go to the hospital. They still charged me 50%. I get that rules are rules… but it just seems a little unreasonable.

Sophie applied my second ever set of lashes. She was calm and gentle which was nice because the process is still kind of new to me. And she took time to really inform me about all of my options so that I could make a good decision. I was very pleased with the end result and decided to buy a membership.

Worst customer service ever they just want your money. I came in person to make an appointment to make sure i get my brows laminated before my birthday and after 30 min talking with the receptionist who didnt know pricing well, couldn’t explain the difference between extra fees for master vs regular technician or how much they were or pick a time correctly first 2 tries, finally she booked a tech Courtney for 2pm on Saturday and took $25 mandatory deposit from me. Then I got a voice message few days later on Thursday telling me Courtney is going on maternity leave and they need to reschedule me. I called back but no one picked up, so i left a message explaining that i am booked solid on Monday and since i need the brows to be done before Tuesday I can only come this Saturday. Since they are the ones canceling, I requested a refund. But next day on Friday i get another voicemail saying exactly same “please call to reschedule” and that a textBot will text me later with details on how to do it. Do they ever listen to their voicemails, or pick up their phone? I called many times and it is always a recording. So now because of their poor planning (i am sure they were aware of the maternity leave for longer than just 3days so why schedule with Courtney in the first place?) they caused a huge inconvenience disrupting my birthday preparations, avoid talking to me in person sending voicemails and robots to text, but still want to keep my $25 deposit they took at the time of booking. After all this mess why would anyone want to reschedule with such an unprofessional business?
