I had the most wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of positive energy. Meg did an amazing job on my hair—she was incredibly detailed and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their hair. The owner was also so sweet and made me feel right at home. My hair turned out gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fantastic experience and top-notch service!

I have been looking for a new hair home for a while & have found it with Legacy Salon in Raleigh. All the staff are very friendly & welcoming. Great atmosphere. Taylor is a very experienced & naturally talented stylist. Highly recommend Legacy Salon!

Requested an appointment for a haircut and they got me in same day! I have had a lot of bad experiences with hairdressers in the past but Taylor completely blew me away. She did exactly what I asked for (a trim with blended layers) and worked with my hair qualities to create a haircut I am so so happy with! She explained everything that she did and offered tips and tricks along the way. Megan did a wonderful job styling my hair at the end. The best part - I walked away from a hair salon fully satisfied for the first time in my life!

Taylor is amazing. I had full blonde highlights before for years and she took me to full ice blonde in 1 day. No brown pieces at all. The color hasn’t washed out or faded and this was probably the best service I’ve had. I RECOMMEND.

I went to get my natural color back and a hair cut , they did an amazing job ! Esp Megan . She really puts in the effort and takes her time to make you feel and look amazing . And Taylor is also amazing with her consult . She gives the best advice and really listens to you .

the atmosphere is great, the people working there are all so welcoming, they offer you snacks and drinks, the prices are reasonable, there's an adorable dog that greets you when you come in, my stylist megan was so helpful and nice and did a great job w my pixie cut making sure i was fully happy with it. what's not to love here. would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next time i need my hair cut :)

Taylor and her whole staff are terrific!! They take care of you from head to toe and are so great and comforting. They have a passion for hair and I receive compliments even weeks after my cut and color.

I got my hair done by Taylor today for the first time and she absolutely killed it! She talked me through the whole process and gave me a quote before we started which I loved. You can tell that she really cares about the integrity of your hair and making sure you love it. I have not loved my hair this much in a long time. I cannot say enough good things! 10/10

Amazing amazing experience as always! This is my second time going to Taylor and she is my girl!! She is so sweet and really talks you through of what you want. Plus due to something I had to get to quickly, she got it done fast but did not rush it at all! And make my hair look fabulous! 1000% recommend this place!! Definitely will be coming back and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I really appreciate how open and honest Taylor is about hair and what’s best for it! I have wavy/curly hair and it’s so nice to see a stylist that cuts my hair for its type. Taylor is really good about shaping my hair cut for my face shape which I really like. Im excited to have found such a great stylist near me. 🙂

I went in to see Taylor at the Legacy Salon to see if there was anything that could be done to tame my gnarly lettuce. Taylor was able to trim things in such a way to make my longer crazy hair somewhat manageable. Well done!

New to the area I researched for a salon for cut and color. I had been coloring my own hair since pandemic and my roots and overall condition of my hair were reflecting this. The "Legacy" of this salon as the owner, Taylor, is third generation colorist and stylist. I am about 50% gray so needed expertise for coverage and was drawn to the background and message of the salon. The crew at Legacy, under Taylor's direction, are knowledgeable professionals whose passion for their work beams from them. Shout out to Vinny and Nick! I felt from them that their #1 mission was to have their customers be beautiful reflections of their passion for their work! Their client care is top-notch and being in their space is a welcoming and fun place to be. That's the cherry on top of walking out with healthy and shiny hair!

Taylor is a hair magician! I came in with a hair shelf and very mismatched colored hair and she gave me the color I was looking for and cut. We even added a bright pop of color. She's also very fun to talk to! Highly recommend.

The team is awesome everytime I go. Taylor always lets me know that she wants to know what I think and asks how it looks, guaranteeing its 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Taking the extra time to get the color I want just right before I go to a big convention or whatever trip I have planned. The team work between everyone is awesome to see too, makes the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming.

This is the best place I've ever had my hair done at!! I've had work with bleach/toner done twice here so far, and Jess and Taylor gave me the best blonde I've had, and they're also very considerate with making they're not hurting you when they're working, and also making sure you get exactly what you want with your hair (within what's safe to do per appointment without damaging hair)

UPDATE: Taylor and her wonderful team were my Glam Squad for my wedding and ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT. I felt like the most beauty of bride with my wonderful hair and makeup don’t by Taylor and my bridesmaids, and both moms all each had their hair and makeup done as well. My hair and makeup stayed all day through the tears and the heat and constant hugging. Truly consider them for your wedding or next big event. They will do whatever they can for you. -photos by Ezer I loved every second in this salon. Taylor was absolutely amazing, very personal and charismatic and so sweet. She made me feel super comfortable and helped me achieve exactly what I wanted for my hair. The salon dog Loki is so so cute and gave me a great welcome.

Hands down the best experience I can remember! I drove from the Fayetteville area to go see Taylor, and she talked to me about my hair about what I wanted and, more importantly, what I didn't want. She seemed so knowledgeable about hair and not just how to cut long swoopy layers(what I'm used to around Bragg), took into account my hair texture, face shape and even let it air dry so we could see what it looked like. Annnd, since I was there to fix a previous unliked haircut, she even let me style it and play around with it to make sure I actually liked it and worked with me. Now I have an amazing haircut, that actually looks great. Love it!

I had the best experience getting my hair cut with Jess, Tay & Nick! They all worked together and make you feel so comfortable coming into their environment, Tay’s puppy Loki even greets you when you walk in! I’ve been doing my own hair for 5+ years now so I was really nervous coming to a salon for my first time to say the least, but I immediately knew I made the right choice when I came to Legacy Salon. Jess & Tay fully walked me through every step, I came to them with extremely damaged hair from my many years of DIY bleach jobs & they helped me create a game plan to get my healthy hair back! I am so happy to have found this salon & I hope others are able to seek this place out as well!

I've finally found my go-to salon in Raleigh after trying a few places over the past 5 years since moving here. Jess, Taylor, and Nick are kind and easy going. Jess did an amazing job on my hair and eyebrows. Most important to me, Jess discussed my options to help me achieve my hair goals, made suggestions on what would be least damaging to my hair, walked me through the whole process, and was very transparent about the reasonable cost for services. I had a number of places that didn't help me achieve the color I was looking for or didn't talk to me about damage, and my hair is paying for it now. The salon itself is fun and stylish. Loki, their low-key salon dog is a major add on to the experience.

Love going to TayTay's. Happiest I have been with haircuts ever. When I sit in the chair, we collaborate on my hair like we are doing an art project together. Taylor is so creative and easy to talk to in this regard, but then when she starts cutting and dying it is even more impressive. She details what she is doing as she does it and you can tell that she is highly skilled and educated in hair. I am guilty of cutting my own hair and sometimes it has turned out great, other times it has been a hot mess. But I kept going back to cutting my own bc I wasn't getting what I wanted at any salon and didn't know how to get better haircuts. I am really glad Tay cuts me now bc she has the expertise and knowledge to understand what I am trying to say, and then she explains to me in technical terms what I am talking about, then she details the process she takes. I am getting better at understanding my own hair, how it falls, the weight, the cowlicks etc bc she takes the time to teach me. Don't get it twisted I don't cut my own hair anymore 😜 no need to because I love the cuts I get. Nick is my booboo bear, I love chatting with him. He usually does my Olaplex and he is so gentle. And I NEED JESS! Jess threads me up and dyes my eyebrows. Highly recommend getting Jess to assess your eyebrows. Same as with Taylor, we collaborate on my look and she does not miss! I am now obsessed with getting my eyebrows colored bc it really pops off my whole look. I could go on but this is already so long. THE END!
