Finding a new salon can be scary, but these girls made me feel so comfortable since minute 1!! The salon is clean, new, and beautiful, and they use great quality products. My hairstylist Alyssa has given me the BEST haircuts and I am so so happy with everything in this salon💗

I recently moved to Tampa from NYC and was looking for a salon that does men’s hair but not a barber as my hair is on the longer side. And I’m really glad to have found this place! I’ve now worked with Alyssa a couple of times who has done a wonderful job. I’m happy, my wife is pleased with the results, and I’m definitely going to be a regular. I highly recommend!

Love the cut and color. Melanie asks lots of questions to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I really appreciate that. We discussed the possible outcome of different procedures and were able to figure out what I wanted. Awesome experience!

I have seen Jessina twice thus far and I cannot say enough good things about her and her skills. She is one of the best stylist I have seen in 30 yrs - my previous stylist had retired and after trying several other stylists, they could not give me what I wanted and needed. Jessina nailed it and I have received so many compliments from family, friends and strangers!!! Her rates are great and she doesn’t try to upsell anything. She just did what she thought was best for me, skin tone and face features and suggested that I didn’t need anything more than what she had already done. The salon is conveniently located, clean and very friendly.

I was recommended to go to Alyssa from a friend. I don’t consider myself picky, but I have cut my own bangs for years because no one has ever been able to do them well. I decided to trust Alyssa to cut them and when I tell you I’m OBSESSED. She blended my hair so well. I still can’t get over how much I love it. She is incredible at what she does.

Melanie is AMAZING! I came in for extensions and am absolutely in love with my hair! She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly explaining every step along the way. WOW!! I have so many wonderful things to say about The Little Black Door Salon and Chelsea! It was my first time going and let me just say I am blown away. The color, the tone, the cut, the styling…all exceeded my expectations! Being blonde isn’t easy but Chelsea totally color corrected my wrecked blonde hair and sure did make it look easy! The time spent consulting with me on what I wanted and how we could get there was perfectly explained and executed. I never thought my hair could ever look this good, be this healthy and feel so great. You are an incredibly talented and super amazing woman Chelsea!! I just had my first appointment at The Little Black Door Salon with Chelsea and I could not be happier! First off, Chelsea is the sweetest person who listens, is easy to talk to, and down to earth. Second, she is very skilled at what she does and is thorough with explaining every step as she does it. I was so pleased with the full highlights, cut, and style. I have naturally dark brown hair that I've gotten highlighted blonde over the years. I'm picky about who I go to because I'm so particular about how I want my color to turn out. I'm happy to say that Chelsea nailed it and I've found my new hair stylist! Thank you Chelsea and The Little Black Door Salon! ❤️

A small salon recently redecorated that is cool & clean. My stylist was Alyssa, who was friendly and gave a nice basic bob which I love, and a blowdry. She is cheerful and the salon is pleasant. The location is on Gandy Blvd between Manhattan and West Shore. I recommend you give it a try! I'll be going back for highlights!

Chelsea was amazing! My hair was two toned from waiting over a year between coloring it platinum, and was breaking off, making it two different lengths (about 3 inches difference). She did a partial foil blonde and gave me a cut, and it looks so natural and healthy! I absolutely LOVE it!!

As someone with thinning and very fine hair, it's difficult to find someone who understands how to cut it with the precision that it requires. But Chelsea is amazing! She really listens to me and hears my frustrations. She thoroughly examines my hair to get a complete picture of how it falls and how I style it. She's so friendly, kind and remarkably talented. This small salon is unique and well designed. It feels warm and the aesthetics are pleasing. I went here for a scheduled appointment with Jessenia.
