I’m never disappointed when I come here to get my locs twisted and styled. They use good products and have proper knowledge on locs. The atmosphere of the shop is top tier. HIGHLY recommend

I was in town and decided to get a last minute loc repair. Thought it would be a long shot to get an appointment at the last minute but gave it a go. Chrissy was able to squeeze me in and I was so grateful. She literally made a loc on the spot and attached it in no time. The loc is seamless and is conducive with the rest of my hair. Thanks again!

Nelle B is a young and talented barber, stylist, braider, and loctician. As a recent hire, she has been a great addition because of her versatility. Nelle B is currently my barber and has been for almost a year now. I have tried several other barbers in the city who were overpriced and not as talented. She is always on time and her prices are more than fair and reasonable. Her schedule is flexible and she can do haircuts for men, women, and kids. I always get asked by other men “who lines me up” and Nelle B it is. I have locs but Nelle B currently takes care of an occasional taper and I see her weekly for a tune up on my line up as my facial hair grows really fast. Nelle B can do it all. If you are looking for a barber, stylist, braided or loctician with very reasonable prices, is actually talented and wants to work in the profession, and who is not too busy to book you, choose Nelle B. She even sometimes styles/refreshens my locs so that they continue to shine, look good, and last longer. If you read this review and it convinces you to book her, let her know you read my review.

NelleB serviced my 3 year old son with his first hair cut and I could not have gotten a better barber. She was prompt, professional and offered top tier services. She made him feel welcome and explained what she was doing each step of the way. She even allowed him to feel the clippers by hand before putting them to his head. Her calm and professional demeanor also allowed my son to feel very calm while she cut his hair. I would highly recommend NelleB to anyone whether adult or child for services needed.

I've been on the search for a reliable barber for 2 years until I met Nelle at the Loc Loft, she leaves me crisp and clean every time and the environment in The Loc Loft is a great vibe.
