Antonio is great! So skilled and friendly. Professional service. The salon is pleasantly decorated. There is soft music, not loud and pounding. So nice that way.

Do not see Chelsea if you go to this salon. I don’t know about the other stylists, they might be good but my experience with Chelsea was awful. She came in smelling of alcohol, and didn’t take the time to listen to what style/color I wanted, she just rushed through my appointment. Afterwards I texted her to see if she can fix my chopped up looking hairstyle, and she didn’t even bother responding, despite charging me $260 to color and cut my hair. By far my worst experience at a salon. I have been wearing my hair in a bun ever since, cause it looks so bad.

Liz Costello is the woman to see!! I can't tell you enough how good she makes me look. Lol.. This place is clean and has a cute boutique feel. Everyone that works there seems very happy and they have an awesome skincare guy as well!!

I made an appointment with Dakota for balayage and a cut. She was amazing! I have naturally thick, dark brown hair and she made the blonde perfect (which I was very nervous about because I’ve never done it before). She was really sweet and professional, I’d highly recommend her to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for touch ups and cuts! 😊

My stylist moved over here right before covid and when I was able to go in after it reopened, I could see how serious they took everything and still are. I have been back a few times now! Everything is spotlessly clean and no overcrowding in the salon. I love my stylist Zhanna so much and she always helps me look fabulous. (Ps I change my color a lot!) Happy she is now there as they seem to really care about people and she is a perfect fit!

If I could post a picture I would. I went to "The Loft, a studio for hair and body" to get my hair blow dried and straightened and I was very disappointed with what I got and how I was treated . My hair was done by the only male hair stylist in the salon and it looked like he didn't even touch my hair with a straightener it just looked blow dried and I was charged $65. I said I did not like the job that was done and if I could have not a full refund but $20 and I was told by the male stylist that "you are just a walk in I will never see you again". I was very insulted because nothing was done about the poor job this man had done to my hair. He insulted my hair many times because I am mixed and have curly but her manageable hair. I didn't think it would be such a difficult task to just straighten my hair for the fact that I could easily do a great job myself, I just didn't feel like it and thought that I would treat myself for once. What really gets me is that I asked him before hand if he could even do my hair and he said yes! I wanted $20 back for the fact I would have to waste time and even more money just to go to another shop for someone to fix my hair which was a Dominican one . The Dominican shop I went to did an amazing job . Like I said I wish I could post pictures because there is a big difference in how I left the loft studio and how I left the Dominican hair salon.

Terrible experience with Jillian Moreno! I felt uncomfortable every second of the appointment. Her attitude made me feel like I was not a valued costumer. I honestly felt harassed the entire haircut. I have gotten my hair cut by lots of different personalities, but I have never experienced someone as rude as Jillian! I left very unsatisfied. What a rude and demeaning hair stylist.
