BEST highlights I’ve ever gotten. Krissy did my blonde highlights (here and before and after pics) for a reasonable price, the spa is sweet, clean, a super friendly environment and I’ll 100% only be going to Krissy in the future. Loved it!!

Visited the Loma Salon yesterday for the first time and was very impressed. Krissy was my hairdresser and I absolutely love my haircut! She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and the results exceeded my expectations ! 10/10 experience will most certainly be going back !

Kim is an incredible hair dresser. I have been looking for someone in San Diego who I felt I can really fully trust with my hair and I finally found it! I went in for babylights and a trim and left feeling so much brighter and blonder. It was truly the pick-me-up I felt I needed and I could not be more grateful. Her 20+ years of experience really shows, I feel beautiful.

We are staying at liberty station and this salon came up when doing a search for a salon that did facials and hair. Let me tell you, they were all amazing. They got my daughter (8y) and I in on same day for a mom-daughter day out. Everyone here was super sweet and did a fantastic job. We both had facials done by Sheila and she took the time to discuss my needs and took extra time to make sure I got what I needed. She took extra care for my daughter and not to stress her since she has never had one done. Daughter had her hair cut by Chrissy and mine was done by Kim. Both were amazing and we love it. Bernadette was a super help when we called and also helped up make another appointment to get some fun colors. We are from Louisiana and we don’t come across these nice salons not nice staff very often and I am soooo happy we chose here. Highly recommend this salon &Spa for anything you might need.

First of all the salon is so pretty and inviting! Everyone is nice and the salon is clean and bright. My stylist is Kim who’s been taking care of my hair since 2006! I followed her here from Riverside (because she’s that good), and was thrilled this is the salon she now works at. After my recent appointment, we walked over to Shelter Island for some food at one of the many restaurants on the water. Food just tastes better when your hair looks good! :) Very impressed with The Loma Salon!

I LOVE The Loma. Amazing salon with all the services you could ever need. Bernadette, the owner and my favorite stylist, keeps the place fun, fresh, and immaculately clean! It is clear that attention to detail matters here. At each appointment, she listens to my wants and makes great suggestions for styling and products. PLUS she makes sure my hair is always perfectly blonde and on trend ;) Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I always have such a great experience seeing Megan for haircuts and the occasional color. She is support talented and personable, and I knew when it was time for my wedding a few years ago, she was the only stylist who I wanted to have create an updo for my big day. She's the only hairdresser I trust with my curls and I'm looking forward to seeing her at my next appointment!

I literally drive from Hollywood past thousands of hair salons to come to the Loma and see Bernadette. She clearly goes above and beyond to make this salon unique, thoughtful and so fun to come to—You will be the luckiest alive if you can get onto her schedule! Bernadette is a color guru wizard and pure delight! Highest recommendation.

I've been going to Bernadette for my hair for about 7 years, and she does an amazing job every time! She's excellent at listening to what you want, explaining how it will look on your particular hair type, and then executing it perfectly. There is truly no one else I would trust to do my hair other than her. Can't recommend The Loma enough if you're in the neighborhood!

I've been seeing Bernadette for almost 10 years now and she is amazing at what she does! Not only does she do beautiful work, she always has what's best for you in mind. She's the reason my hair is healthy and has grown so long! I love the salon, it's such a nice space to spend a few hours.

I’ve been a client of Bernadette’s for years and she’s truly wonderful. She has never steered me wrong! She takes her time and does absolutely amazing work. She wants you to feel like the best version of yourself and she’s really honest about what will work for your hair and what won’t. I think her work is top-notch, especially her balayage. On top of being an amazing hairstylist, Bernadette is just the sweetest person ever. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Kimberly Shibuya is a 5-star hair stylist! I have been going to her for over 20 years and would not trust anyone else with my hair. In that time, my mom, sister and niece have also trusted Kim with their hair. I have loved every color and cut she has done for me through the years. Kim listens to what you want, gives her expert opinion and then, ultimately, makes you feel beautiful with a fresh cut and color as you leave the salon. For that reason, I have followed her from Riverside to The Loma Salon in San Diego. The drive is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Kim! You will not regret it.

Megan Hefti has been doing my hair for years . She’s meticulous , caring and patient . Not to mention a genius with color and cuts ! She also has done many gorgeous extensions on myself and others . I recently moved out of state and I really will Miss her so much . I don’t trust anyone else with my hair ! My son also goes to her and he’s 13 and so picky . He told me he wants me to fly him back to CA to get his hair cut 🫣

In particular Megan Hefti, I have never felt so cared for by a hairstylist as I have with Megan not only does she care so much about your hair but she ensures you feel confident in whatever style you want to rock. She is a ray of sunshine who will make your hair look incredible! I highly reccomend this salon which is always so clean and friendly staff as well.

Such a great place. The new owners have done an amazing job making this a full service Spa. I love getting my haircut with Christina. I have been Here since the inception. But this is the best ownership yet. And the staff is so professional and so polite and very friendly. Worth every penny of it. I walk out here looking 100 years younger and ready to take on the world.

The Loma Salon is the best! I’ve been going here for 8+ years. The location is perfect and parking is not ever a problem. The new owner, Bernadette, is top notch! She is so passionate about what she does, and she has created a wonderful space that is cozy, chic, and super clean! All the stylists are awesome.. everyone just seems happy to be there. Highly recommend for any service you may need. Hair, nails, facials, massage, lashes.. they do it all in this little gem of a salon!

This is really an all in one stop shop. I came in for permanent jewelry services, and might I say, I am in love. The process was so quick. And I love the option that I chose. Most definitely will come back for more. And of course for the hair service as well. Bernadette greeted us with mimosas and snacks while we waited. You must visit if ever in the San Diego area.

I feel like I hit the jackpot when it came to finding an amazing hair dresser. I moved to Point Loma in 2016 when I got engaged to my now husband and I was looking for a new hairdresser that was local. I met Bernadette when she was at another salon and followed her to The Loma Salon and Spa. She is a wonderful person inside and out. Support Local and go to The Loma Salon, its a hidden gem in Point Loma and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Salon is modern and bright, and the people that work there are very friendly and nice. You won't find a better salon or stylist!

I've been going to Kathy for color and Brazilians for three years. It’s no exaggeration to say that she’s transformed my hair. She is an expert on Brazilians, and I’ve learned a lot from her about color and hair in general–she will tell you what she’s doing and why. She makes great suggestions and will work with you to get the absolute best look. She is a master of her tradecraft and cares about the results. I also love that Loma Salon is owned and managed by stylist Bernadette. The salon is beautiful, the vibe is casual and super friendly, and the stylists are top-notch.

My long term hair stylist moved out of state and I took a chance on working with the new Loma Salon and Kimberly. We clicked easily and I requested we try a haircut I’d been wanting for a long time and she not only agreed but was brilliant at creating exactly what I wanted. Can’t recommend the salon and Kimberly enough!!

Ok. To be fair, I found out about this little gem because they have my FAVORITE lash lady there. So when I started noticing little changes around the salon, I was SO excited. The new owners brought their lovely touch to the whole place and made me INSTANTLY fell more at home. The decor, the SERVICE and the location are all perfect! HIGHLY recommended for any of your beauty needs!

I love love love The Loma Salon!! All of the ladies who work there are SO friendly and helpful. It is a very organized and cute salon! Since I’ve been going to Kathy, she has transformed my hair into my dream hair! I hadn’t realized how bad of shape my hair was in and how unhealthy it had become. Kathy has an amazing eye and talent with hair, she brought my dull/dry locks back to life! Her passion shines through in her work, and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for her!!
