She has been taking great care of me for years! Her massages and so relaxing and a needed reset. Her facial are always tailored to my needs for the season, especially during the winter seasons! Her yoni streams have also been a game changer for my monthly cycle, my steam is also tailored to me! Thank you for providing great quality service that has stayed consistent over the years!

One of the best facials and spa experiences I’ve received after attending virtually every major institution in the Charlotte area. Janelle is personable and knowledgeable, all while maintaining impeccable professionalism. Still deciding what my next service will be as there are so many amazing options I’ve been interested in. Certainly looking forward to it!

For a wonderful experience, I highly recommend The Lotus Journey. The massages are "heaven sent". I've never had a masseuse take such special care in making me feel relaxed and appreciating the massage days later. I guarantee that you'll book monthly massages! Other services include a plethora of self care options, including waxing, facials, eyebrow tintING and much more.

I’ve known Janelle for years and she has a kind and generous nature that is evident in her work. I have received microdermabrasion treatment from her and the results are fabulous. I’ve been told I look younger, refreshed and glowing. The treatment itself is one of the most relaxing I have experienced.
