10/10 recommend working with Ashley. I cannot say enough about how finding the Lotus Spa has improved my quality of life. The only regret I have is not beginning laser hair removal sooner. Seriously, it will change your life. If you want to be able to just throw on a swimsuit and go, Ashley is your lady🩷

The facility is beautifully decorated, boasting a vintage, up-cycled vibe, and filled with unique, artistic, and stylish decor. The service I received from Ashley by far exceeded my expectations. She is kind, caring, genuine, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. Also, she makes you feel valued as a client by being receptive and responsive regarding scheduling and questions related to the procedures. I also loved the specials she offers and the gift bag! I wish I could capture how amazing Ashley is in a single review. She has changed my life and I'm not exaggerating! I came to Lotus first with deep insecurities of decades long shame related to facial hair. Ashley met me with such care, skill, understanding, and encouragement! And my only regret is that I didn't find her sooner! I could not be happier with the work she's done and again, the stress this removed from my life I will forever be thankful for! Since then I have also done Dysport at Lotus and again - I am SO happy! I wish I could go to Ashley for everything! She is such a skilled and knowledgable person, her prices are so good, and so much more than all this - she is so very very kind. I go to Ashley for laser hair removal. If I’m being honest, I was somewhat nervous to go to someone I didn’t know because it’s uhh... kinda up close and personal. Bottom line, Ashley is absolutely amazing! She has a super high end laser, her place is adorable and I instantly felt comfortable with her! She’s extremely educated and talked me through everything, not to mention her prices are really good! You won’t be disappointed!

Ashley will change your life! She’s got the best prices in town with the most personalized touch and wants to see your skin results just as much as you do! Her options for laser are the most flexible and she will help you pick what’s best for YOU. Heated bed and calming atmosphere, she explains the process and answers any questions or concerns about the treatments or your skin. The lady is a guru and can definitely be trusted (nothing like bonding over a Brazilian laser hair removal treatment...) I honestly want everyone who’s considering laser to experience the boost of confidence she’s given me through her work. So thankful and worth every single penny!!

Ashley did an amazing job, and I'd recommend her to anyone. I was looking for someone who could safely eliminate the hair causing bumps on my neck, and thats exactly what I found. Not only is my neck smooth now and bump free after the 6 quick laser treatments, but I also have not been burned or discolored in any way. This is a common concern among laser recipients with darker skin, and as the picture shows, this has not happened, and my skin irritating hair is completely gone. Great Job!

Ashley is amazing!! She allowed me to add on to my laser hair removal package as I wanted (purchased voucher and wanted more areas done). I was provided with enzyme cream to ensure my discomfort after treatment was kept to a minimum. The overall procedure was not awful and Ashley made sure to check in with me during it. She also is super flexible with my always changing schedule which is much appreciated! I will def be back to have other areas treated!

I absolutely love Ashley and Stephanie!! I took myself and my 26 year old daughter to spend the morning getting pampered and the jet clear exfoliation with LED light therapy. I'm in my upper 40's and have combination skin ... including sensitive skin ... and my face felt so clean, soft, and glowing like it did when I was much younger. My daughter's skin is acne prone and the treatment really helped her and everyday it looks better and brighter. It was a great way to start the weekend and will definitely do it again. I highly recommend any services at this spa!!

I really like the Lotus Spa, the owner Ashley and her colleague Kati are great and very knowledgable about skin care. The spa itself is beautiful, located in an older building on St Mary's Street with huge beautiful windows. I've had two facials there so far, and can't wait to go back for more!
