I don’t like leaving such a low review but I am very unhappy with this company. I ordered a very expensive skincare set from them ($250+) and once a week had gone by with no trace of my order I reached out via email to inquire about my order. No response. The next day I called, with no answer until I had tried 8x and left a voicemail. Finally there was an answer and at that point I was already upset. So I did have an attitude with whoever answered. But I was given attitude right back which only set me off more. All I had wanted to know was when I could expect to see my order and the person kept repeating, “for the 2nd time, for the 4th time, we can cancel and refund your order.” And I kept saying I did not want a refund I simply wanted notice of when it would even ship (why would it take 6 days to even process the order?!) Overall a very unpleasant interaction and I felt the “customer service “ rep was highly unprofessional. I’m still waiting on my order, tho they were quick to take my money-will not be shopping with them again and will be recommending others not to either. Unacceptable service and treatment.

I highly recommend The Luxe Medspa! From the moment you step in, the beautiful and calming ambiance immediately sets the tone for a relaxing experience. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, and her caring demeanor and attention to detail made all the difference. This was one of the best facials that I have ever gotten! My face feels so refreshed and rejuvenated. Emma was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to better take care of my skin. The ambiance was relaxing and I felt like I was fully able to decompress. I definitely will be coming back!

CANNOT RECCOMMEND ENOUGH. I've always had an issue on a truly customizable facial and skin artists working/recommending products that work with my hyperpigmentation + uneven skin tone. I literally left GLOWING. Emma truly took the time to sit down and consult me on my skincare routine, history, product regimen, everything! She immediately targeted and provided follow up routines that best fit me. Even throughout the facial, she took the time to educate me on every product she used and it's intention. Cannot cannot recommend enough! ✨

First chiropractor adjustment I’ve ever had. Also got some good exercises. My back pain has decreased and have been able to sleep better. Dr Arndt did a great job. Can’t say the muscle therapy (message?) was too helpful for me but maybe it is for others.

If I could give them seven stars then I would. The Luxe Med Spa is a beautiful establishment with top of the line technology and products. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I will definitely be visiting them again.

Phenomenal facial! I was greeted at the front desk by Ms. Casey, in the service room she explained how the facial will be beneficial for me and answered any questions I had. The next hour was one of the most revitalizing & refreshing facials of my life. I decided to invest in a at-home skincare regimen & left feeling like a brand new person. I will be back monthly!
