Delaney is amazing! She truly listened to what I wanted and provided her professional input when I was unsure, which I really appreciated. I’m beyond happy with my haircut! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, offering me a variety of beverages and making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is so charming, with thoughtful extra touches—like perfume in the bathroom—that make the experience even more special. The Mane Lounge is an absolute vibe!

I am super picky who I let touch my hair after some bad experiences elsewhere! But I will drive from pretty far to see Kelsey at The Mane Lounge. She always does a wonderful job and I definitely 10/10 recommend!! The salon itself has such a great vibe and I always love coming here. Scheduling is super easy too with the online system which is a huge plus 😊

Kelsey at Mane Lounge is the best stylist in Greenville! Not only is she an amazing, kind person but she’s a fantastic stylist. I look forward to our 5-6 week color, cut and style appointments to catch up with Kels, have a glass of Prosecco and relax! The salon is a treat to my peace of mind and my hair! I recently started getting my brows laminated and colored there as well which has been a game changer to the overall look of my face! Run, don’t walk, to Mane Lounge! Ask for Kelsey!

Kelsey is THE BEST. I’ve been going to her for a year since I moved to Greenville and it was such a relief to feel so confident with someone new doing my hair. The mane lounge offers a great experience with the best staff. The Mane Lounge is exactly what I’ve been looking for!!! I went to four different stylists when I moved to Greenville until I finally found Kelsey and I cannot say enough good things. I get the cut and color I want every time. She also convinced me to see Kara for brow lamination and I’m SO thankful!! Love Katie! It's been almost a year now and she's been great. She does a stellar job every time. I love the luxury service I get: she skips no steps and I get to enjoy a glass of champagne at the same time. Her whole team is great (honestly get a little jealous of every girl's hair whenever they're done!) and you can tell they're friends. It's always a great vibe in there. She's so good that last time I was in a client has driven 4 hours to see her. Absolutely recommend.

Katie takes the time to understand your hair goals and uses her expertise to formulate a plan to meet your goals while taking the upmost care of the health of your hair! The whole staff is so sweet and they make you feel welcome right away. If you’re in the area, this is the place to go!

Katie is a true gem! She's kind, listens, is attentive and explains everything step by step, gives honest advice, and performs hair miracles :) My hair has never looked better and felt more healthy after a blonding service. Her co-stylist, Delaney, is super sweet and helpful and gave me the best blowout ever!

I got an eyebrow wax/tint and lamination today by Kara Ann! She is so personable, friendly, and thorough in her work. I was a first time client, and felt right at home! The girls at The Mane Lounge are super friendly and inviting, offering me refreshments upon arrival. The salon is beautiful and has a sophisticated and chic environment. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I’m very upset with my recent experience with this salon. I went in Saturday from 9am to 345pm with the session booked as a “full blonding”. My goal was for my brunette hair to lighten, with the knowledge of knowing it could not go from brunette to blonde in a session. I sit down, go over my goals with the stylist and get told that I will not be extremely light in one session which is 100% understandable. Once we begin and I’m foiled, she washes my hair then tones it. Then we go back to blow dry and I can see how flustered the stylist was then I point out there are multiple parts of my hair that had greys that were not covered and a orange patch right in the front that looked horrible, the entirety of my hair also looked about the same as when I came in. The owner then comes over and says it’s my hairs fault, that apparently this is a color correction (which it’s not; I just wanted a change in my hair and it was booked as a full blonding, not a color correction anyways) then proceeds to tell the girl how to try and make my hair better. I’m there for more hours as they try to make it “better”. Time goes by, she begins to blow dry and the greys are finally covered; she curled it and had me go look at it and I was happy leaving with the warm tones in my hair. I go home and I style it the next day and it still has a minimal difference after paying $400. Even my co workers couldn’t believe it doesn’t look any different. I reached out to the salon (the owner and stylist) and my hair was blamed, they did not even give me the option to help me, they stated there are no refunds on services and then the owner said we are not the best fit and do not feel like continuing on with the conversation because it is going no where. I then expressed my feelings of disappointment and I’m extremely unhappy with the way they handled this when I just wanted to be happy with my hair after being so excited for this and now they will not even answer back. I’m truly upset with the way this was handled, how much I spent and the customer serviced I received.

Katie did a wonderful job styling my hair last week. She listens to what you want and stays focused on the job she’s doing. She really cares about her clients and has such a sweet personality. Definitely would go back for more services from Katie.

I’ve been going to Katie Grecian for my extensions for about a year now and SHE IS AMAZING! I never feel like I have extensions in and never have a slip! She blends them in with my hair PERFECTLY! She also colors my hair and blends it so well! She has amazing customer service and I truly look forward to every visit!

So so happy I found this salon! My experience was wonderful! As seen in other reviews, I was immediately treated with kindness and respect- from the moment I called! Katie Amanda is such a sweet soul and truly did a miracle on my blonde highlights! She is very knowledgeable and seems to take a lot of pride in what she does!! Let’s not forget to mention my “Galentines” drink that she served up!! OMG, delicious! Even mottled the raspberry’s- r u KIDDING!! It was a great experience from start to finish and I literally cannot wait for my next appointment in April.

10/10 for service/aesthetic/customer service and of course, skill. You will not be disappointed! I came to Katie with long hair, damaged ends and needing a revival and that’s what I got. I am now almost a full year into regular visits with her and my hair actually looks thick at the ends now and shines like never before. Katie has poured her heart and soul into this salon and her technique. Anyone looking for a salon to call home, this is it hunni 👏🏻!!

Loved my experience at The Mane Lounge. Amazing customer service and amazing attention to detail. Katie and Ari always know what I need and don’t cut corners…no pun intended lol. Before turning 36, I had never had a color service done before and decided to go for it. Katie’s help and direction helped create a version of myself that I didn’t know could exist. All of my friends want to know who did my hair. Never going anywhere else.

I have never trusted someone so much with my hair. I get extensions and color done by Katie and every time I walk out of the salon I am amazed by how good my hair looks! Katie listens to what I want but also tells me what my hair needs and it hasn’t been this healthy in so long, she really is so knowledgeable which makes trusting her easy. Not to mention it’s always a fun time with Katie and Ari! I’m definitely a forever client.

My hair journey was far from the greatest until I met Katie. Katie is so knowledgeable about hair health, and that is something I really appreciated about her. I love how she tells me how to care for my color treated hair throughout the year and recommends products to use. I never knew glazes were even a thing that I should be doing every so often to maintain my color until her. I used to be a client of hers in Myrtle Beach and when she moved to Greenville, there was no way I was giving her up. Not only is she super talented, knowledgeable, driven to continue to learn but she also is such a kind hearted person. The Mane Lounge is the best of the best. Seriously one of the best salon experiences. I came in the salon having a rough morning but was met with extreme kindness and understanding by all the staff. I left with healthy, and beautiful hair! Arianni is not only talented and skilled at her craft but you can tell she cares!
