I see Amir once a year as I don't get my hair done often, but the day I see Amir is the best day for me and I get excited for weeks after I make an appointment. Amir is hardworking, the most telented and caring and my hair loves her!!!

First time trying this salon, and I don’t feel inclined at all to come back. My hairstylist didn’t remotely follow the reference pictures I showed her. Gave me choppy, lazy layers, and uneven and short bangs. Felt so rushed, I wasn’t there for even an hour. Ridiculous for $80+. The salon itself is clean and pleasant, but needs better stylists.

Do yourself the favor and book an appointment with Issell! Her vibe is immaculate, and she's a perfectionist in the best way possible. My hair came out absolutely amazing! She provided a very thorough consultation and a realistic expectation of what my color would look like in the end. She has excellent pricing, and informed me of each new step during the process to ensure my comfortability. Issell is my forever stylist and she should be yours too!!!

Good haircut, however I didn't feel very welcomed during the entire process. The girl cutting my hair paid little to no attention to me the entire time. She put on a youtube video + earbuds in while cutting my hair and didn’t speak at all. For an $80 haircut I would have liked to feel more cared for.

I came in for a trim and partial highlights (website say ~$200) but I was charged over $300 for misc things that were due to the stylists mistakes. I was there for over 3 hours too! When I called to express my concerns about essentially getting hustled, the owner said sorry not sorry. Save your money and go somewhere else that values efficiency and customer experience.

I haven’t been to a salon in years and wow I was speechless when Amir finished my hair. She did such a great job. She took her time and asked what I preferred. Literally I am amazed at the job she did on my blonde highlights and trim. It was the exact color blonde I wanted. I will definitely be coming here again :)

Izzy is fantastic! I’ve never had a stylist educate me on my hair as they were cutting it, which was really helpful for me so I can (try) to replicate the styling results at home. Thank you for the great cut, Izzy!!

Simply marvelous! Brittney was so patient with me,as I rambled on. My hair is alive again w/auburn,caramel,and milk chocolate once again, after almost a year of just let it grow out to unwanted signs of aging. Hair cut was exactly how what I asked for. Over the top pleased.Only her hairdresser knows for sure!

This review is well overdue. I have been a client at The Mane on Lincoln since its beginnings and have been a client of Ashley's since 2015. This salon is the brain child of co-owner sisters Brittany and Ashley Walden. Let me start by saying that I love the remodel that the owners did a year or so back - the salon has a great vibe, it's decorated really cute, and they have the cutest greeter (Fred, the shop dog)! Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and professional - they make you feel right at home. There is so much talent in this little Westchester salon - I am a loyal client of Ashley's but I follow all of their stylists' work and each of them consistently puts out beautiful results. About Ashley: She is truly a blonde genius. I consistently get compliments on my hair -- whether it's freshly done or the day before I'm due for a touch up. If you're in need of a color or cut, this is your place - but be sure to schedule your appointment well in advance because they do book up quickly! I am so grateful I found this little gem of a salon - I'll be coming here for years to come. Check them out, you won't regret it.

Took my 15 year old in and she loves her haircut! She immediately developed rapport with the stylist, Carly, who listened to what my daughter wanted and intuitively executed what she asked for. I love that you can book online, price is reasonable and free parking nearby. Also appreciate that it’s local to where we live

ABSOLUTELY NOT. The prices online don’t reflect what they charge. I went in for a student haircut for $55, was charged $75 instead. $10 of the additional charge was for BRUSHING MY HAIR! Marnie charged me an additional $10 because she has to brush my hair a little more than someone who doesn’t have long hair. Absolutely ridiculous. She cut it shorter than I asked for by 1.5 inches or so. I asked for soft layers and instead got chunky layers that don’t allow me to put my hair in a ponytail. Don’t go if you don’t want to get scammed I’m really relaxed when it comes to things but this was just insane.

Cute and friendly place to get your hair done. All of the staff was so friendly and my stylist brought in the cutest dog that chilled while she worked. I came here on a recommendation and was not disappointed. Each stylist sets their own prices so I can't comment on this broadly, but I loved mine and thought she was very worth the cost.

Love this place! I get my hair cut by Jen - she’s a sweetheart who always leaves me feeling like a whole new woman after she works her magic on my hair. While I haven’t had my hair cut by the others who work there yet, they always greet me nicely. Great service, great cuts, and great vibe overall!

Sandra is amazing! It was my first time going to this salon, my first time ever cutting my hair super short so i was very nervous, but Sandra treated me with such kindness and made me feel so comfortable that my nerves quickly went away. Service was so amazing that it felt as though i had been going to the salon for years.
