I asked for a 20 min massage on Sunday to focus on my neck back and shoulders. The whole time no cream was applied. I just felt like I was getting rough housed the whole time with alot of squeezing and jerking. I asked for 5 more minutes for cream because none was applied. I got charged $40. I paid $49.40 which is almost the price of a table massage. I was livid, but the man didn't speak english well. My normal guy was not there. Two days later, i am in extreme pain. My entire jaw is aching. I have lumps all over my neck and chest. I feel like my immune system has been attacked. My entire left side is in utter pain. I don't recommend the guy that did my massage. I don't know who to complain to. The guy who did my massage should have used cream. He also should've not squeezed me as hard as he did. I understand he was trying to release pressure, but I kept yelling in pain. I didn't even want to pay the bill. I feel frustrated and i'm tempted to go to the doctor if the pain doesn't go away after tomorrow.

Initially went after I bought a Groupon. Liked the vibe and service so I became a member. Love it so far. Like all the massage therapists thus far. But I love Raiza! (Sorry if I misspelled the name)

i made an appointment for me and my son to get a massage. i was clear that he was 14 years old and i wanted it to be a couple’s massage so that i could be in the room with him. i filled out the required forms WITH HIS DATE OF BIRTH. I left work early and surprised him by picking him up early at school. When we arrived at the spa, we were told that they don’t massage minors. They wasted my time and ruined a nice surprise I set up with my son. disgusting.

Crazy how businesses change and become complete garbage. I had a membership with the mark spa and just recently cancelled. What a nightmare!! First of let me tell you that they’re a disaster. They can’t even keep their employees! They quit all the time so there’s no stability. The prices went up and they changed their membership to no contract, voiding any contract I had before with them. That’s a whole lie. I tried to cancel my membership multiple times on the phone and In person and they didn’t do it, instead they charged another month. When I disputed it with them, they begged me to please come to get the service instead of honoring my refund multiple times! To add insult to injury, they confirmed their front desk guy was not aware of the proper termination policy, gave me false information advising the membership would be cancelled within 48 hours, they confirmed receiving my communication about cancelling and STILL refused to give me back my money. I even reminded them how they’ve pocketed multiple months of membership from me FOR FREE because I would forget to go and they still didn’t care. They said they understood there was miscommunication but a refund could not be processed. How do you run a business that way? Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in the mark spa again. You guys are thief’s. And if it’s in my power, I’ll make sure everyone knows how terrible your company is. Your customer service is beyond terrible. And your ETHIC does not exist. Wouldn’t be surprised if you go out of business.

Do not become a MEMBER they will take advantage on every possible way. By mistake charged my credit card six times charging a membership that it wasn’t mine on top of m regular membership. Mario the front desk guy wouldn’t not even give me a print out of the services received, because they only allow you to carry over up to 4 massages but failed to disclosed it in the three (3) years I have been a member. No appointments available for the next 3 weeks and the manager apparently doesn’t work, on Mondays, Tuesday and on Thursday she’s not in neither. Doral location used to be good, not anymore

I had a groupon and they said that even though it was expired I could pay and and still they would honor the amount of money that I put in groupon. I ended up getting out of work late..... I called and said that I was running late and they said come .... Even if you're running late..... I walked in through the door and they greet me by saying my name and telling me I only have 15 minutes. They bill me the $40 additional to the $40 on my card. I think they only asked me to rush to get to the appointment was to be able to bill my card. Then the gentleman politely reminded me that next time I had a group volume to not Let it expire..... You have no idea how disappointed I am right now in this spa. I should have checked because it has very few stars. I purchase 2 other spa group ons from them and I am canceling those as well.

I have been a member here for years and I do enjoy my services. However most of the time when my husband and I come the masseuse/ esthetician talks the entire time. It’s awkward to cut the conversations… when you get a massage or facial you would assume the persons doing it would know that, that hour is meant to be relaxing a place of peace and quiet. I would say 7/10 times it’s a full blown hour of talking. It’s like how do you nicely tell someone to not talk to you .. it’s just awkward so we tend to care on the conversation the entire time unwillingly.

The Mark Spa is great! They offer reasonably priced memberships that includes discounts on extra services you book. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Always go above and beyond to accommodate me and schedule last minute appointments. Atmosphere is very nice, relaxing, and most of all super clean. They have a relaxation room as well as salt therapy room you can utilize while you wait for your therapiat. Zunilda is amazing. She is very professional and thorough. She takes the time to ask if there are any specific areas of concern and also checks in with you throughout the massage to ensure the pressure is to your liking and to ensure you are comfortable. I was the most relaxed I’ve ever been during my massage with Zunilda. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be scheduling again! Thank you for being awesome! Couldn’t be happier to have decided getting a membership with them! For reference, I have only attended the West Miami location.

RUN FAST! HORRIFIC HORRIFIC HORRIFIC ever since new management took over. I was a member for years and it used to b great! The last 6-7 months have been a NIGHTMARE!! They overcharge and double-bill the credit card you have on file. COMPLETELY unresponsive. Management will not take my calls; I have sent seven emails that have gone on deaf ears. Please DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE..... Trust me, you will regret it. They rather LOSE a loyal customer who they scammed 150 dollars out of as opposed to DOING THE RIGHT THING. RUN, RUN, RUN!

They have a membership available. They have good service with massage but the employees always changes. I loved my facials with Marilyn and she not longer works there, then Maritza, the same issue. Sometimes called them and does not have the dates and times I need as a member. But in general the services are good, and the people very professional.

They take a $50 bill and rip it in half. The people working there have no humor and are unfriendly. I don't recommend!
