Shawn is absolutely incredible! I'm in love with the way he cuts and styles my hair, it is perfect every time. Their team is always upbeat and welcoming when you come in. Highly recommend choosing this establishment.

I came into The Master's Touch Salon to shave my head as I was losing my hair from chemo. I was extremely anxious about having to do this and fully expected to spend my entire time in the chair crying. Instead, my stylist, Elle, jumped right in and had me laughing in no time. I spent the entire visit just having a genuine conversation with a wonderful person - laughing and sharing life experiences. I'm extremely grateful I went to The Master's Touch Salon for this part of my treatment journey. They were caring, kind, and compassionate and I highly recommend Elle and this salon. What's more, they didn't even charge me for the visit. I know this isn't a typical salon review as I seemingly had my hair "undone" but any salon and stylist that shows this degree of care and compassion is certainly the kind of place I'd go to again and again.

Can't recommend unfortunately. They didnt take any care while cutting my hair into a bob, i walked out with it super lopsided but the woman had styled it in a way that i couldnt tell how uneven it was until after i showered. I reached out to have it fixed less than a week later only to be ignored until enough time had passed for the owner to try and charge me AGAIN for a six week trim??? Even tho i get my haircut maybe twice a year... Shady and greedy and careless stylists, do NOT come if you want to feel good about yourself. Wasted $70 here and will never return.

I never leave bad reviews but I scheduled an appointment with Julie a few days ago to get a balayage earlier this morning and when I showed up for my appointment, they said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I thought it was weird because right after I called and made the appointment, a man called me and said he was “calling back” but we already made the appointment and everything?? he then said “ok let’s confirm your appointment” and confirmed it for earlier this morning at 9:30. I’m just annoyed because I’m going to formal and wanted my hair done before then so now i’m scrambling to find someone to do it.

Julie was AMAZING!!! I normally loathe having my hair done. She listened to a basic idea of what I wanted and then I gave her free range. She definitely hit the mark. And I will for sure actually keep up with my hair care now and be back in 6 weeks. I've been to more of the upscale salons before and absolutely hated it. It's like they just wanted you in and out and upsale everything. This place has more of a calm and relaxing vibe. Overall wonderful experience.

I can’t say more great things about Shawn and the rest of the Salon. I’ve been coming to Masters Touch for years and it’s always the same great service. They are all very knowledgeable. Not only that, but most of my family comes here too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I went in for full colour, cut and style, and Emma who did my hair was amazing! She took the time to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted, was very friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing hair transformation, she will take care of you!!

I went there to get my head shaved due to chemo. What I got was a cute little pixie cut. This was done by Gina and I love it. She was so kind and took her time to make sure every hair that I had left was perfect. The salon was clean and inviting. Gina thank you so much for not only my hair but my self esteem. And they would not charge me.

I had a hair keratin treatment with Sean. I followed all his advice on how to take care of my hair after it was treated. I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair is normally frizzy and wavy and the keratin treatment he did truly was magical. I am in love with my hair, so easy to manage. The reason I give it a 4 star is I wish I could have asked him to use a non-formalin solution nevertheless he did an excellent job.
