I had an amazing experience here. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive to detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great selection of colors. My nails turned out perfect, and I’ve received so many compliments!

I am not one to leave reviews, but I hope this helps someone. I scheduled my appointment on January 1st, booked online because I wanted to go on my day off. I was prompted to confirm my appointment via text, but still was surprised they were open on the holiday. The day of, I called to make sure, but the phone had not had their voicemail set up. I showed up to the salon, and *surprise* they are closed. I contacted them via text through their website, and the owner shortly called me back, apologized, and offered me a discount for the next time I came in. I rescheduled to the sunday after. I received no confirmation email, text, or anything about this rescheduled appointment. I called day of, to see if they even had it down? the owner said yes, are you coming? and I was on my way. When I arrived, I had to WAIT FORTY MINUTES. I was so irritated, almost left but I really wanted my nails done. The workers there were super nice but it was very evident that they thought I was a walk in / had no idea about my appointment. I gave them the backstory and they said they needed to call the owner (who wasn't there at the time). She said she could offer me a 10% discount. I was so frustrated. 10% off of $90 for me to show up to the salon and have it closed? It's not that hard to have your appointment availability reflect online. Not to mention, the late cancellation fee is like $25 (which in my opinion, they late cancelled on me) . The young girl did a great job on my nails, but then when it came time to pay, the employees informed me that the card payment system was down, so I would need to Zelle. ??? Seemed very sketchy as the owner was not there. Also when I zelled it said she hadn't enrolled in zelle yet (she did shortly after I left). I loved my nails, but they only lasted about 2.5 weeks before one of them popped off (mind you, I do not have acrylics or extensions, the literal polish came off in one piece) and I had never had this issue with previous Russians. TLDR: Salon is very nice, nail techs very talented, but management needs a lot of work. The nails only last about 2.5 weeks before coming off. Would recommend just spending the extra money to go to Best Nails, whose nails last me 4+ weeks.

I had the best experience at The Maya Salon in Dallas! The Russian manicure technique they use is absolutely top-notch and left my nails looking flawless. Anastasia, who did my manicure, was super nice and professional. She took her time, made me feel so comfortable, and the results were perfect. I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for quality service and attention to detail. Can't wait to come back!

I had the most amazing experience getting a Russian manicure in Dallas! The attention to detail was incredible my nails have never looked so perfect. The technician was so skilled and meticulous, making sure every cuticle and nail was shaped to perfection. The process was relaxing, and the results are flawless! I’m so impressed by the precision and care that went into the service. My nails feel stronger, healthier, and look absolutely stunning. If you're in Dallas and want your nails to look their absolute best, this is the place to go.

This was the best nail place I’ve gone to in YEARS, and I’ve been to plenty of Russian manicure places. My nail tech, Alena, was amazing. I could see the way she payed attention to every detail so ensure perfection with my manicure and pedicure. She removed all my cuticles, and had the gel actually go all the way to the end of the nail which a lot of other salons don’t do. Best part of their salon is that their goal is to ensure quality and nail growth while simultaneously strengthening your real nail. She always checked in with me and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. Alena is so sweet and polite I highly recommend this place and you’ll never be upset with your results.

I just recently moved to Dallas from Seattle and Im soooo happy I found “The Maya” because I most definitely did not want to ever go back to dip. Switching to Russian manicure technique is the best decision I have ever made for my nails. They are now the healthiest and strongest they have ever been. At The Maya salon the technicians are skilled and meticulous, taking the time during each step of the process. I was amazed by the precision of the techniques used, especially the cuticle care, which left my nails looking pristine and well-groomed not to mention the final result was nothing short of stunning. Not only did my nails look fantastic, but the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set this salon apart. I left feeling pampered and with nails that I can't stop showing off! Clean and comfortable! This was my first Russian mani/pedi experience and I'm so glad I chose this place. The tech I worked with was friendly and meticulous. Overall very pleasant, my nails have never felt so polished. Def coming again :)
