So thankful for The Medspa Austin. When I moved to Austin I tried a few different medspas and was turned off by aggressive sales techniques, less than welcoming staff and a lack of thoroughness in treatments. From my first visit to the Medspa I felt welcomed by Lauren and now Erin. They answer my questions without pushy sales tactics. I liked the idea of a membership to stay on top of my skincare. Their packages are competitive and I realized like most things “maintenance” is needed for quality results. The best part is Brooke, a well-qualified esthetician, does great work including hydrafacials, microneedling, and laser, and more I’m sure. She is detail oriented which has meant great results for my skin.

The medspa Austin is great! Very knowledgeable, helpful staff and they are always on time with the appointments. They are very conveniently located with 2 locations and the spas are always neat & tidy! I love that they do women’s health as well as cosmetic services. A one stop shop to look and feel your best!

All I have to say is...Elizabeth! She is the absolute best injector. She is so careful and cautious and discrete/conservative. She really takes her time and does such a good job. She is super particular and really listens to what you want. She goes to the latest conferences and is up on the latest uses for fillers and botox. I won't go to anyone else for scultpra, prp or filler. She's awesome at under eyes too! Not only that, she's kind and compassionate. Thanks Walden Medspa and Elizabeth! So glad I found y'all!

Had my first facial yesterday and it was honestly such a great time! Erin was so calming and made me feel as though I was drifting away on a bubble. Going back next month to try out the Hydrafacial!

I’ve had a number of treatments at Dr. Walden’s office and each one has been a pleasant experience. Elizabeth injects my lips and crows feet and I like the results. I referred my mom to her so we can go together next time. The office is clean and the staff are helpful. I am doing the skinny shot to lose weight for summer and already seeing results at month 2. I like that they offer multiple services in one location so I don’t have to worry about beating the traffic

At first I was a little nervous to get my lips done because I didn’t want them to be too big, I was personally not wanting to look like I had injections. However, Leigh did such an amazing job with my lips and I’ve been back to her for a second round of filler since! I get so many compliments on my lips. She heard what I wanted and accomplished just that. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my filler.

I went to Dr. Walden for softwave and was very hesitate at first because most tightening treatments I’ve tried have not worked. The results are amazing! The provider you choose makes a huge difference in the treatment outcome. I’ve been in the industry for over 11 years and Leigh Ann is by far the best specialists and injector I’ve ever encountered, she is extremely knowledgeable and always puts the patient first. Results matter!

Being a very honest person I find that Jennifer Walden has turned For the worst. Unfortunately I keep getting canceled over and over again they blame it Cov19 but yet all my friends have been going to them with no problem I heard that they do go through clients to see how much money they spend on their procedures. They pick whoever they want for clients who spend Multiple procedures and ignore the ones who want to or less procedures. They didn't used to be this way until the virus showed up. Now they want as much money as they can get the greed is unfounded. I complained and when I did I was banned after being a regular spending thousands and thousands of dollars at this Spa for many Years. My ex was a surgeon and I know How Procedure's work and they try to tell me otherwise why my lips look bumpy and not done correctly within a minute or 2 they're done without looking and seeing how they look. I have found several other places I have been going and been very happy but the thing is is I have to find for someone who does juvaderm not very many people do that anymore.I refuse to come back and nor will I there are many other reputable spas that don't look at your pocket book because they're in the West like area they seem they want to be able to put a price on everything and multiple procedures is what they're looking for. Just so you know do your research and find out for yourself and what I'm telling you is true. I also don't think it's professional for them talking about other clients they do and I hope they don't do that to me there HIPPA laws and they are IN VIOLATION OF.

I just had my first Botox appointment with Karen at Dr. Walden’s Medspa and I cannot say enough positive things about this practice, the staff and overall quality of service and treatment. I’ve had some fairly bad experiences with Botox in the past with estheticians at my former dermatologist office and this was totally different! First off, I’m pretty sure Dr. Walden only hires people doing any of the treatments who are all nurse practitioners or at least highly medically educated and trained. The staff is simply incredible. They listened to all my little stories of what I wanted to focus on and what I didn’t like and they just made me feel good, actually they made me feel great about myself just as I am right now when I was there. It’s not an intimidating office where all the people have had all this work done and try to sell you up on things. I also had a PA come in for Dr Walden who gave me a consultation on double chin that I want to get taken care of. The first thing she did was did a little quick exam but then immediately wanted me to know the costs, the recovery and just everything. How many doctors offices for elective procedures are upfront about costs and tell you all your options while still telling you at you look great as you are?! Welcome to Dr. Walden! This is the best practice in Austin for anything body related. I recommend them very very highly. Also I hear everyone raving about Kristin Dunn as the best person working here but Karen really is amazing as well. (Also I went May 6 during Covid and the office was super clean, professional, masks etc.)

They texted me as a reminder, that’s great. They don’t answer phones before 9, my apt is at 9. The location is very complicated, I spent a half an hour walking up and down hills. Finally find them. They say oh that’s tomorrow, and they seemed as though this happens a lot. I ask if others made the same mistake? They say yes, I suggest they put the day of the week in the text, not just the date 12/9. The suggestion was not well received. What an incredible hassle! There are other places to go, it’s my mistake but they just are not helpful.

I couldn’t love Kristen Gunn more! She is by far the best Botox and cosmetic filler specialist I’ve EVER been to. She explains everything in perfect detail and has the most gentle touch. I look forward to seeing her every few months!

I don’t often give reviews unless I am super impressed. The Medspa at Walden Cosmetic Surgery is wonderful. From the moment I walked in and visited with the knowledgeable and very personable front desk person, to walking out after my treatment, I felt like I had made the right decision. They are highly skilled and professional. They took the time to explain all options and gave me recommendations for the best current and future treatments. My friends, and husband, are blown away by the results. I have already made my next appointment. This place is amazing!

Tried to set a consult with Walden Medspa after reading about Dr. Walden. Was told there would be a $50 consult fee and you don't get to see Dr. Walden unless you are talking about surgery. Consults are part of building business, there should not be charges. Also - you do not know if you need/want surgery until after you meet with the doctor. I was a very good business opportunity for them because I am very serious about my needs, but I am not paying them to sell me their services.
