I have been coming to this place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love the friendly staff. They are very caring and attentive. Sonia is very nice and gentle. No pain whatsoever!

Melissa has your back!! She makes you feel comfortable if you're too nervous and she makes you feel welcomed she will answer every one of your concerns, she will guide you step by step on the process of what your about to get done!! 10/10 experience with her

Both visits were excellent! The diamond glow facial was amazing. I'm grateful to Lexi and Kimora for their professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and customer service skills. 😃🏆

Seems to be a lot of issues with the front desks at both locations. I have experienced being double booked, and failed appointment follow up scheduling for services paid. Front desk customer service is mediocre, and does not go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Long wait times are a given. Doesn’t matter if you show up early or on time, you will still wait for 15-30 minutes before being called back for your services. Providers have been great.

The Manager Lily has awful customer service. She is unwilling to work with you on anything. I was a VIP member but due to the pandemic in 2020 I couldn’t keep up with the payments and had to cancel my membership. I had 4 months left on the membership and 3 unused credits. I called to see if I can enroll in the membership again. The receptionist mentioned I could use those unused credit to pay off the fee I owed from the canceled membership. But when the receptionist spoke with the manager (Lily) she denied it. Why would the receptionist offer that option if that wasn’t something they offered to the customers. The manager Lily acted very rude and unprofessional. I would have hoped since it was a serious matter of a world wide issue, they could have worked out a better solution.

Melissa always does an amazing job on my lips and botox. She is very pleasant and listens to your concerns. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a good injector.

So many options to pick that is cosmetic. I had no idea of what's new till today, personnel very good, I scheduled an appt that I am looking forward to, was informed about procedure and I am so happy it will be happening soon. I will update😊

I had a wonderful experience getting a hydrafacial with Bianca. She was so sweet and made my facial such a relaxing experience. I immediately saw the results right after. I had my consultations at the West side location but have to say the East side is much better due to the front staff and the waiting times. Although I decided to keep looking at different clinics for fillers after my consultation, I still highly recommend for any kind of facial! I edited to add another star because a big plus about this place is that you can schedule more than one consultation for different procedures with the same 100 dollar consultation fee. I was also very sick on the day of my consultations and they happily rescheduled me at no extra charge.

Customer Service is always good. Technicians are polite & experienced. I get Diamond Glow facials with Bianca, she's fabulous but they keep moving her to West Side, Please keep her on East Side 🙏

My monthly facials are always much needed. I appreciate my esthetician, Julyza Uribe who is very knowledgeable and always has personalized skin care treatments to get my skin looking and feeling its best. I highly recommend the MedSpa. The staff is professional and courteous.

The Medspa East with El Paso Cosmetic Surgery is the best place to be! I have been a loyal client now for many years and am very happy with the entire staff. They are super attentive and always go above and beyond for their clients! Especially Rachel and Roxy and Mitzy and Patty, they are the best! They have been amazing to me every single time and I cannot express how much I appreciate them. They are total assets to the Medspa!! I very highly recommend El Paso Medspa East to anyone and everyone for all your beauty needs! If I could give more stars I would. Thank El Paso Medspa East- Keep up the fantastic work!!!

A family member of mine had some fillers done to the face by nurse Mora (Lee Trevino clinic), but was not satisfied with the results, so they went back to hopefully fix the issue. The nurse was very unprofessional and offered no solutions, no discounts or anything for that matter. My family member had to seek immediate help from a completely different provider and clinic. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had a consultation and it only lasted about 5 minutes. The nurse who did the consultation only had one option since I’m already doing everything else for my hair loss. PRP, which I’ve done before and it didn’t work for me. I’m very disappointed that their consultation is $100 for 5 minutes. I will not recommend.

I had a hydra facial done with Mitzy and she was so sweet and helped me learn a lot about how to take care of my skin. She made my experience fun and I even bought some of the products she recommended. On the other hand, I’ve had a lot of trouble with the front desk when I call and it seems like there’s miscommunication between the East clinic and the west. Whoever is answering the phones needs better training so everyone is on the same page and managers should step in and actually call back and not make front desk do it for them. I almost lost out on $100 that they swore they refunded me which never happened. I kept getting transferred to different people who would give me excuses to why the money wasn’t in my account anymore and one said it was refunded but when I went to my back account I found out the refund never happened. It feels like they do anything to get you off the phone but nothing to resolve the problem. They said they would have someone call me back to email me a receipt of the refund and that never happened. When I went in today I asked the receptionist one more time what could have happened to the $100 and it magically appeared in my account. She said it was probably the west side I called. If I wasn’t persistent about it then I would’ve lost out on my $100. I only came to get a facial because I had credit with the clinic but I won’t be coming back after all the trouble.
