I have been going to Megan for 3 years and I am very disappointed with how she handled a situation. I was trying to follow her mask policy that she updated via social media and was charged a late cancel fee. I replied within 1 minute saying I can still make my appointment time and please refund the cancellation charge and that I would be there at the original scheduled time. She then said (45 minutes later) she already rebooked my time slot with someone else and would not refund. To make matters worse she replied to my email during my original time slot...which makes it seem to me that the slot was not actually filled if she replied to my email during the appointment time. Very disappointed after years of loyal business.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing spa services from Megan for YEARS now, and she is by far the most professional, warm, welcoming, FUNNY, and client-centered provider I have ever been in contact with. She is prompt, fair in her pricing (bc her skillset is worth MUCH more), and gives her undivided attention during appt times. I am moving out of the Fort Worth area and will still happily make the trek to FW to keep enjoying her services. I wish her nothing but continued growth and success as I know no one who is more qualified and deserving! <3 :) ***Side note: If you had any experience other than the many great ones you see here, that's YOUR bad. And thanks for making room for more dedicated clients to enjoy Megan with the rest of us. Good day!***

Megan is amazing! She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and her customer service skills are top notch! She explained everything while she was doing it and was very patient and gentle! I have no opinion about this salon, only the young lady Megan, who needs to understand it is unacceptable to call a customer a liar, despite the change in our society and morals. It would be benificial to remember this, I would be remiss if I were to turn away and not remark on the fact that in all my years I have never before been called a liar, please be careful Ms Megan, what you say and write is a reflection on who you are.

I brought my 13 year old one with several issues - pimples, blackheads in her ears and some issues from her flute. Megan took great care of her, took her time and explained everything. She told her what caused the problems and explained what she needs to do for her skin- hopefully she will listen to Megan! Super professional, clean and nice treatment area. Love the entire salon concept there. She will be back for a follow up and I will be there for a facial too.

I saw the perfect five star rating on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did, Megan totally made my day. I was pretty clueless about skincare but Megan explained it in a way that was easy to understand and apply to my daily routine. I would definitely recommend this spa in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area!
