A friend recommended this salon and it exceeded expectations. I made a same day appointment and they were quick to respond and help me get a time booked. It was quiet, no big frills, but all necessary things to feel relaxed. Pricing was quite affordable. I was paired with Michelle and she did an AMAZING Thai massage. Will definitely return.

My first two experience was superb and amazing but my last visit on Saturday was very disappointing. I booked a surprise couple massage for my boyfriend. They surprised us with aromatherapy, service were really nice but the massage, which was supposed to be the highlight, were really disappointing. I mean no rude or harm to the lovely masseuse she was polite and I believe she was doing her best but perhaps she’s new. Not only she missed all the spots I really needed but she also only massage for three seconds on every spot. Sometimes she go back and massage for another three seconds. My previous massaging experience with Amy was amazing. Amy was on spot everytime even when she was just applying massage oil on my body. Amy was REALLY good and was able to tackle every area/ spot I could or couldn’t think of. With this new masseuse, she was spreading oil on my body, not only it was random as if it’s a jelly butter but she only massaged every spot for three seconds only moved on. It was no kidding solid 70% oil and felt like a 30% massaging. This masseuse also didn’t ask which spot I wanted to be taken care of specifically until i speak up later. And I keep having to slightly move my body so that she could massage the spot correctly. It was as if I’m using my massage chair at home. Most importantly, she twisted my lower legs outwards while having me facing down. It was slightly hurting but I didn’t understand what she was doing. Not until I showed it to my boyfriend who told me that that’s a knee locking position they do during jiujitsu when they’re trying to break someone’s knee. I really wanted to let this slide but the more I think of it the more upset I get. I spent $200 on this session including a 18% tip and still came out same sore, not feeling refreshed and risked my knee almost broken when I thought about it. I’m glad she didn’t sit on my leg at that time thinking that she is stretching my legs. There were several spots I requested that she did well tho . The Silver lining is My Boyfriend loved his masseuse and we both loved the friendly front desk

this has been recommended to me by two friends and it did not disappoint. the two hour massage is a great value. i loved my massage experience. it felt very good. i’ll definitely be back. note: you can tip on card, but they seem to prefer cash.

This is my favorite massage place in LA! The massages are consistently solid and I always feel very relaxed when I’m done. They also customize the pressure perfectly to my preference and I’ve never had a bad massage here

First time here! 45 min Swedish massage with Anna, price was $70, she did a great job getting into my knots and loosening me out. The massage room was clean and relaxing. However, when I sent her my tip of 15%, I was told that the tip was unacceptable. She said - " This tells me you are not satisfied with my service...It is not like when you sit at a restaurant and the waiter sets a plate of food in front of you." I felt bad, so I added $7, totaling to a 25% tip, however I don't think any person should feel bad for how much they are tipping as it is up to their discretion. The way that Anna talked to me about the tip made me feel highly uncomfortable...all in all it was a rude and unpleasant confrontation.

Great service, clean, professional and welcoming. They’re located in a random strip mall but once you get inside they’ve done a great job of creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The massage was wonderful. The masseuse wasn’t afraid to apply pressure and work on problem areas.

Really enjoyed this place. Got a couples massage with my husband. The lady Yok gave me a great and bone cracking massage, I recommend her for those looking for a deeper chiropractic style massage. My husband also got the gentleman’s facial which he absolutely loved. His face was glowing and perfect.

This place is always busy. They have 7 rooms but according to Anna only 2 therapists working at the moment. I tried 3x and always had a line was finally told by another therapist that appointment is the key. So that's what I did called and was told that there is a 1 hr open schedule. Took it and what can I say. Well it's a bit high end than most places I go to. 80$ an hr deep tissue option as im nursing a stiff muscle. The table is clean as well as the room. I was instructed to take off my clothes and go under the 1st sheet. Asked if it's ok to walk on my back. Said yes and she told me there's a different room for the back walking but she brought in a back walker to do the back walking. Hard hand massage and when she was discovered what was giving me an issue. She asked if she can focus on that. She took 30 mins to tenderize that stiff muscle near the shoulder blade. Overall It was a good massage.

This place is legit. The therapist listened to me and concentrated on the place where I was sore. They were pretty close to keeping the time accurate. I would go back next time I am in the area.

My 2nd time here and I’m just as happy as the first time! My bf got a gentleman’s facial and felt completely refreshed after. I had a relaxing massage but can’t wait to try a facial next time. Highly recommend!

Perhaps the best massage I have ever received! Did a 60min deep tissue massage that was highly effective -- she really worked the knots out of my shoulders. The place was not super luxurious but very clean and pleasant. I appreciated that it was very convenient to be able to text to arrange an appointment too. Will definitely be coming back!

I just spent $100+ to feel worse physically and emotionally. Unprofessional and with mean management in a strip mall. There are many other spots around here with better service & better massages. Very surprised by the good reviews.

I brought my fiancé here for his birthday to get a 90-minute couples’ massage and OMG it was amazing!!! 🥰 As soon as we walked in we were both pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. We were politely greeted and then promptly taken to our low-lit and delightfully ambient room. The deep tissue massage exceeded our expectations—and was quite brutal at times 😅 (which is a good thing!) It really made us see how much tension we hold in our muscles without even realizing it. Michelle and Emma were polite, professional, and extremely skilled at what they do. The whole experience was supremely relaxing and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Prices were also very reasonable, and truly worth every penny! Thank you Mist Spa!! We will definitely be back!!

I have had the pleasure of having Tracy perform 2 types of massages, lymphatic and therapeutic. Each time I have been amazingly surprised at the results that I received. Pain eliminated or decreased, and a general sense of well being. I highly recommend the services here. I am hooked!

Been meaning to review this place for a while because I LOVE IT !!! I think for the area the prices are competitive, and quality of the service is outstanding. The staff at the desk are always very friendly and both the therapists i have seen have been incredible. My massages were fantastic and both were very attentive and intuitive to the problematic spots i have. I plan to continue going to the Mist, and look forward to seeing everyone there.

I am a fan of Mist Spa, especially due to their Organic facials. I had a facial with Vanessa on Sunday and that was the best facial I have ever had in my life ! The atmosphere is so warm, inviting , clean and relaxing. Vanessa was so knowledgeable on all of the products she used and was a joy to spend time with ! The facial massage pressure was perfect, I have never been so relaxed during facial. My skin was glowing when I left!!! I will definitely be returning for another facial very soon !!!
