She takes care of them to the best anybody out there that would like to get braids or whatever do you like she would take care of you with pride God bless, this is the only place I ever go get my hair done

Marie wasn’t there when we arrived for our appointment. The other lady working called and she said she was running late but she’d be there in 45 minutes. Decided we would walk around and wait. An hour later she still wasn’t there. She didn’t communicate at all and didn’t answer the second call. Very frustrating to have mine and my child’s time wasted. Zero regard for our time and so unprofessional

Absolutely OBSESSED with my extensions and the level of professionalism from Kathryn. I came in for a full set of tape in extensions ( I have shoulder length hair that lacks any fullness or body) and she made me fall completely in love with my hair. We did a full set of tape in hair extensions, wax, and color (within 2ish hours). It was just the change I needed. I feel like a brand new woman! Kathryn was very transparent with the pricing, let me know how to take care of my hair between appointments and had some great recommendations on the products I should be using. My hair has never been so happy. I won’t trust anyone else with my hair except for Kathryn!

I took my pre-teen granddaughters for a girls' day out. The ladies were very nice, but they got a little aggressive with the girls and hurt their fingers. Also, if you don't pay the extra for gel polish, their polish will be chipping off the same day. They looked very clean and seems they use sterile tools. Maybe it's best for adults, or at least older teens.

Ms. Marie is amazing. She has been doing my daughter's hair for over a year now. Besides being an incredible stylist is also explains and teaches my daughter and me how to maintain her hair. I would highly recommend the Mitz salon to anyone seeking the best stylist in Colorado Springs.

I went to this Salon and seen Kathryn. I had full blonde highlights and wanted an all over blonde. She didn't listen to me about what I wanted and she put something in my hair to make it darker when I asked her to make it lighter. She agreed she messed up and tried to fix my hair. It came out terrible so she said to come back the next day. I did and its still so terrible! I have spots all over my head. My hair is falling out. She wouldn't give me any money back. She only offered me to fix it for a 3rd time, but she obviously has no idea what she is doing. Marie allowed me to go to her salon and be butchered by this woman and even when she knew it was bad, she said there was nothing she could do because Kathryn is an independent contractor. Only go here if you want extreme unprofessionalism, them to double charge you, 8 colors in your hair, and your hair to fall out. Run from this salon!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for 27+ years and I love it. Marie is my stylist and I have had a variety of styles, colors, braids, anything I have asked her to do she has done to perfection. The shop is always clean, she is punctual and friendly. I have and continue to recommend her to anyone.

I found my home finally after 6 years of hair fails!!! Ms. Marie, Mac, and Jasmine were and are some of the most kindest, genuine, professional people I have ever met. I will not be going anywhere else ever again. I could not be happier with my hair! Thank you Ladies!

arrived at The Mizt salon for my appt on time and the salon is dead. stood there for a sec before I'm even acknowledged. I explained I have a 3p appt for color and flat iron but was never given a stylists name. the lone person working has to leave her client to check the books and verify who is supposed to be there (my apologies to the client who is in the chair half done) to fulfill this service and didn't have the common courtesy to call me. mind you I booked this appt 2 weeks prior and explained I was trying to get it done due to the school semester starting so I would not have time to reschedule and understood that I had to schedule at this time due to the company having some sort of hair show, so I get it and adjusted MY time to accommodate THEIR priorities. the owner (Mary I believe) is the individual who is supposed to come in but isn't there and can not make this booking. I'm beyond annoyed and would not recommend this salon based on this experience. as a business owner you should know what's going on and have coverage in case you are sick or whatever the reason cuz ultimately YOU are the last line of service. now I'm left on stuck, thanx for that.
