I never thought I’d become a regular at a nail salon, but Caitlin at The Nail Barre - Lake Murray changed that. She just gets me—a trait I’ve never been able to find elsewhere. I tend to be indecisive about colors, but Caitlin has a way of picking out shades I’d never think to try. She’ll even test a few on my nails so I can see how they look, which makes the decision so much easier. I like my nails really short, and her recommendation for the dip gel blend manicure was a game-changer. It’s durable, smooth, and always flawless. She’s incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, but she never sacrifices on quality or engaging conversation! The Nail Barre is clean, calm, and inviting, with a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Make sure to rebook before you leave—they fill up fast! This was my first appointment and I booked online. I didn't understand that I needed to book a soak off separately but the nail tech was great and took care of that as well. Unfortunately, when I went to leave, the receptionist had left and no one could take my money. I had to make a trip back the next day to pay. When I left after having my nails done, I was told the charge would be $60 but when I went back in on the second trip to pay for the service, I was told it would be $65 because I had failed to book the soak off that their website indicates is included in the price. Additionally they had a sign in the front that new clients got 20% off. I did not receive the discount and was charged extra because I didn't understand you had to book a soak off separately. The nail tech did a fine job on my nails but the customer service I received is lacking. I own and run a small business. Customer Service is really all one has to set them apart from other businesses. Nail Barre failed miserably.

I had a manicure done by Arianna two weeks ago and today. My first manicure didn’t last for various reasons, so I reached out to the business via email and they promptly responded about my concerns. When I came back today to get another manicure with Arianna, I told her about the issues I had encountered with my gel nails. She apologized and was eager to try something different to make my nails stronger and last. I had such a fun appointment with her and another tech who was doing a pedicure at the time. The environment is so welcoming and calming to be in. Arianna was so helpful and kind and taught me a lot about the techniques they use for gel nails and other types of manicure. She is definitely recommend going to her for your nails.

Been looking forward to this appointment and it did not disappoint. The ambiance was relaxed and chic and the staff was phenomenal from walking in the door through my service. Shaw was my nail tech and was incredible! Already looking forward to my next appointment! My nails look amazing!!
