If I could have given zero stars I would have done that. I had an appointment when I arrived they told me to set at station #7 and insisted I pick out my color, I tried to explain to them that I wanted the same color I had with them last time & I had a picture of the bottle which had the color name printed on the bottle. Well the technician said she couldn’t do the same color because I spray tan & it would turn sticky & yellow. I explained to her that I always get a spray tan 1 a week & always the same color without an issue of turning yellow & sticky. At this point I was ready to get on with my appointment & picked another color. The technician explained that she could not due the color I picked the second time around due to it would take 2 HOURS to dry....this is another color I have had many times in the past. So eventually she get started with the process of filling and shaping I went in with ballerina/coffin shaped nails and wanted to keep them the same shape. the technician would round off the tips on every single nail I had to remind her constantly what shape I wanted. I was able to kinda of put together what went wrong with this appointment. Apparently when I signed in the guy told me to set at #7 when the technician was due to leave ? I would have set at another station rather than endure this arguing and stressful appointment. I did not give a tip - 1st time ever in my life. The female technicians are extremely rude. Side note I feel it’s not professional at all when u have English speaking customers to constantly be talking with other technician in a different language. I was able to understand that u were upset about me setting at ur station but I was doing what I was instructed to do

I have been going here for years and typically don’t have any issues. However I went to get an SNS set on Thursday Sept 26th and three days later I had 5 nails that were broken and cracking and it looked terrible. Since they are closed Sundays I emailed them using the email that is listed on their page in order to explain my concern and my wanting something to be done. Well I gave them 2-3 days to respond and they never did. So I went to the salon after work on Tuesday to ask about it. The owner was EXTREMELY rude to me stating she never got an email and there’s no email and as I was trying to explain she continued to interrupt me and just “What do you want to do then”. I told her I wanted a new set and she rudely tells me go pick a color and so I did. But I chose a different color and she got very aggravated at that. She had someone bring her acetone to soak off the old set but then out of frustration she didn’t even use it, she just used her tool to file down as much as she could and apply the new color on top of the old. All the while she’s slamming her tools around and clearly talking about me to her staff because every time I’d look up they’d be staring at me. It was one of the most uncomfortable appointments I’ve ever had. If she likes you she will talk to you throughout your appointment, but she didn’t say one word to me. She rushed and then walked away when she was done so my nails could dry. Then instead of coming back out to check my nails and telling me I was good to go she sent her daughter over to me to say “mommy said you can go now”. Despite it all I did leave a tip because I was appreciative but to not even come check them before I left and to send your child to me to tell me to go was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. From the pictures you can see how bad the first set looked in a short period of time, that I did in fact email them using the email listed on their Facebook page and I was not rude or disrespectful in any way and yet I was treated so poorly. It’s very disappointing and clear that I’ll be finding a new place to get my nails done, hopefully by people who are kinder and more professional.

Man with 3 fingers is ROUGH! Every time the man with 3 fingers does my nails he is extremely rude, rough, laughed at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Take your fake ring off when you give your hand massage. It hurts and you know it! Take the earbuds out. So Rude. All my friends make fun of you and dont like you. We are finding a better place to go in Morgantown. We love Tracy. But can not continue with rude 3 finger man. Dump him before he ruins your business. Thank you

I got a pedicure that was priced at $40 and I asked for regular polish. I don’t usually do gel on my toes. They informed me while they were doing my pedicure that they didn’t have the color I wanted in regular polish, only gel. Wasn’t sure I believed that but I said ok. Well when I went to pay they told me my total was $60. I questioned them on how it went from $40 to $60. They charged me $20 for the gel polish! I knew there would be an up charge for gel but $20!!! Is this a typical amount for gel polish versus regular?! I’ve never paid that much more for gel polish versus regular! I thought that was a huge upcharge especially considering that I asked for regular polish and they didn’t inform me that they didn’t have it until they were almost done. Ugh!

Went there on March, 29th 2024. Thought the lady did a great job and took her time, although hurt my big toe on my left foot. So two weeks passed by and the corner of my nail is dark blue and throbbing with pain. Went to the dermatologist, and I’m now on an oral antibiotic. It’s infected! I’ve gotten my feet done for years and have never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing… not only did I pay for my pedicure, but now I have to pay for both medications and a trip to the doctor.

Tracy and her staff are always so friendly and welcoming to their salon. I have been going here since they opened their doors. It's a very clean salon, comfy atmosphere, and prices are comparable to the other local salons. They have such a HUGE color selection in gel, regular polish and SNS dip powder.

DONT EVER COME HERE. I WAS CHARGED $60.00 FOR THIS. I had an emergency and agreed to pay for the removal, but he proceeded to charge me $60.00 for “long nails” an absolute joke. DONT COME HERE RESPONSE- My nails were the same length as my sisters that came in??? How was I charged extra for XL nails….when they’re short….? My nails also weren’t done?? Maybe don’t charge someone for a full set if majority of their nails aren’t finished??? I also asked him twice to please stop due to an emergency and he completely disregarded me. I will not be returning, and if you want a good experience you shouldn’t either!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE— I want to preface this by saying that I REALLY wanted to like this place and have been on three separate occasions now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days, but this place is hands down the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the younger gentleman who has a sleeve tattoo and is missing a few fingers. Not only was he incredibly rude, but he was extremely ROUGH— it was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. When I tried to communicate this with him, he ignored my concerns until I threatened to leave. Their prices are super inconsistent, too. I’ve had the same service each time, and each time it’s been a different price (and tbh they’re high for their work and their area). That being said— today was the final straw for me. Each time, I have specifically asked and PAID FOR a gel manicure…. but I found out today that they’ve actually been giving me acrylic with a gel topcoat this entire time. I’m a nail newb so I didn’t know any better, which is 100% on me— but how was I supposed to know that I couldn’t/shouldn’t trust them, ya know? Obviously, I will not be returning. EDITING TO ADD A RESPONSE: -I understand how missing fingers could impact his ability to do nails; HOWEVER, it shouldn’t be and isn’t fair to use it as an excuse. I DID ask for another tech and told him MULTIPLE times that he was hurting me and that the pillow prop he was using was incredibly uncomfortable on my wrists. Instead of apologizing, changing his tactics, etc. he blamed ME and said it was all because I was stiff. I’ve never had a tech have an issue with my hands, stiffness, etc. before so I know it wasn’t me. And more importantly— not only was he rough, he was also extremely rude. I guess he was tired of me complains about my pain, because literally put in his earphones so he didn’t have to talk to me. It was incredibly unprofessional. -I’m not sure how “a gel manicure” and “acrylics with gel polish” could get mixed up, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Again, though— your staff is rude. When I came in the last time, I told the tech up front I wanted a fill-in for my gel manicure, and she belittled me in front of the customers checking out because what I was saying I needed wasn’t what was actually on my nails. -I highly suggest you print your prices and display them in your salon in the future because I just checked your Facebook and I can confirm that I’ve been overcharged by at least $5 on each occasion. I appreciate your apology, but I think three visits is more than enough visits to give your salon a fair chance to make a good impression. I will not be returning, but I do hope that you treat folks better in the future.

I have been to The Nail CEO twice now and my nails always look great when I leave, but my experience has always been terrible. The people that work there are so unbelievably rude which makes the entire experience uncomfortable. After reading other reviews, it seems like a lot of people have had similar experiences with the staff.

So my experience was incredibly horrible, I was there for over an hour, but when they sat me in the chair she didn’t start the water so I just sat there, & sat there, eventually when she did start the water i was only soaking for a few seconds and then she took my feet out, by that time I was freezing and I tried to put it back in & she kept taking my foot back out, usually they let one soak while they do the other but ya know, then by time she took the polish off I was just done with the experience & put my shoes on, they tried to get me to pay for the pedicure even though I just had the polish taken off after 1 hour, & she fought with me forever. I’d go someplace else 1000%. & it’s unfortunate because at this time I didn’t really have the money but wanted to just treat myself & it just ruined the entire day.

This establishment did a decent job on my nails and toes. My complaint is customer service. Not one person was nice. The male who did my nails rolled his eyes twice and sighed because my fingers were stiff. He was laughing while doing my nails because he was focused on what he was listening to, not me.They are quite rude. Feeling comfortable and appreciated as a customer is just as important as doing a good job. Please learn some manners and respect, this will help people return.

the guy doing my nails was mad bc my fingered were stiff and he didn’t ask me how i wanted my nails done just painted them one full color. and some are uneven and there’s a hole in one and i just got them done. and my friend has a guy who basically yelled at her for being on her phone. it’s annoying how some stores don’t know the basics of costumer service.

First off if I could give this establishment negative stars I would. My sister and I had a terrible experience here. From the second I walked in I wasn't greeted very kindly and was given little to no direction. While looking for a nail color I had put one aside that I liked and one of the nail technicians came up and took it away even after I mentioned I was saving a few on there that I liked so I lost all of the colors I was looking at. Then when my sister and I went to sit down for nails we were supposed to get them done together at the same time. Tracy started working on my sisters nails and when I asked if I would be getting mine done at the same time she was extremely rude and said I made her just sit there and wait so they would see what they could do. She said a few other rude comments before my sister and I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They are not only unfriendly but go out of their way to be rude and make you feel uncomfortable. I have seen on previous negative reviews that they have responded and said "you must be talking about a different place" but I have experienced it first hand. Don't waste your time and money. Please go elsewhere. Tracy and the entire salon at Nail CEO are horrible. Went someone else and had a wonderful experience

Rude establishment, clipped nails and dirt on the floors, employees do not wash hands before servicing new customers, and they’ll cut up your cuticles until you bleed. Owner/manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. She constantly answers the phone while with a client and her breath smells terrible. 0/10. Would not recommend.

yesterday was my first time at this salon. i have been around town trying to find a quality nail salon that treats their customers with kindness. this place was exactly that! my nails look AMAZING and exactly like the picture. all of my friends have complemented my nails saying how beautiful they are! thank you so much and i will definitely be coming back :)

They are friendly and are able to do whatever you ask. They have the largest selection of gel & SNS polish I’ve seen. Prices are decent as well. They also removed my acrylics for free.
